Alan Dershowitz: Lois Lerner ‘can be held in contempt’ by Congress

Alan Dershowitz told Newsmax that Trey Gowdy was right, that Lerner can’t first testify and then try to plead the fifth. He says because she did that she can be held in contempt and she’ll definitely have to come back before Congress.
