Allen West’s awesomeness knows no bounds. Greta tried to pin him down on the comments he made referring to Obama as having the attitude of a dictator and being a low level socialist agitator, and he didn’t back down for one second. Instead he countered that the truth needs to be told!

This man is seriously my favorite politician. Go West!

This man as VP and Palin as Prez we’d be rollin in the green in no time in this country and our enemies would be shaking in their socks!

    • sDee

I was thinking about West as a VP strategist when reading this article. I believe West has Obama’s number.

      http://spectator.org/archives/2011/04/21/dont-let-alinsky-win

“Let the left, not the right, lose its cool. Let Obama be the one who loses his equilibrium. In short, learn Alinsky’s lessons, without adopting his immoral tactics. When an Alinskyite like Obama can’t goad his opposition into mistakes, when his simplistic stratagems don’t work, then he has little of substance or tactics to fall back on.”

This man is the perfect person to challenge Obama. He is a man of honor and integrity who speaks the truth. His assertions will be difficult to assail, but that won’t keep the MSM from trying, and failing, to discredit him.

One additional note, Allen West has demonstrated his implicit knowledge of not only the extensive history of radical Isl@m, but the unmistakable threat they pose to the US and democracy, now – and in the future. It is imperative that our future leaders take it seriously.

The shot w/the man and the boy side by side in the same frame. Heh.

Greta shut up, you aren’t going to nail him. She looked ridiculous.

I called one of his offices and inquired the reasons why he won’t run, I was told amongst various reasons the primary one was he did not want to “offend” the GOP.
I took that as in he didn’t want to step on the toes of the old guard. That thought does not make me happy being the shape our country is in and it is absolute that obama must be defeated. I don’t care if Romney or wimpy progressive Huck get offended, or the freshman that is basically a Tea Party candidate blows them out of the water. The American people will support him. Screw the GOP. Sorry that is not a good enough reason not to run.

Beck wants him booked for a whole hour, that will be interesting the outcome from that. I just hope he doesn’t blow it.

I am referring to Beck, he is horrible at interviewing people.

    • Virusx2k1

Stop complaining. If she didn’t try to look tough with him, then you’d be hearing people complaining she just threw softball questions at him (like O’Reilly and Obama). I’m sure it didn’t bother him, and I prefer to be asked the tough questions, myself. That way, you can’t say I tried to duck, dodge or hide from anything. The LTC, I’m sure, feels the same way.

      • Anonymous

I can complain all I want. She was weak as hell and looked like an idiot.

        • http://twitter.com/ozziecastillo The Wizard of Oz

          Disagree with you here-

This man can handle himself in combat, I have no doubt that he can do much more with polticians/reporters/constituents.

Where representatives run into problems and have to “strafe” is when they are being dishonest. I see it as the tougher the questions, the better the ‘purity’ test.

I want representatives that could handle the heat if I were to call them out on all of their weaknesses.

The ability to parry attacks will be especially important when our conservative candidate will be fighting against a socialist agenda and a complicit media.

          • Anonymous

Ya’ll are missing my thought process. It isn’t about West, it’s about how cheesy Greta was and how she was “acting” the part, Miss tough journalist. It was a joke, no way was she the great Greta going to break West, she knew it, he knew it. I thought the interview came across as really lame.

            • http://twitter.com/ozziecastillo The Wizard of Oz

I’ve seen weak interviews, and this was not on that side of the spectrum. Wallace vs Rubio was good, but she is not Wallace. Her interview was still not close to a free pass. She did actually challenge him.

            • las

Actually 22227 you’re mistaken. Greta did fine… she doubled down … I think she she should have done more on getting Allen West to explain the low level agitator comment. Believe me… I think West could explain it very well and present it with a bow on top. And people need to hear exactly what class warfare rhetoric is, how it’s conducted, and what its purposes are. Obama is a cultural Marxist using Marxists “critical theory” to undermine and topple the existing order… and West and others need to call them out on it by drawing on the examples of the tactics these Dem/left/progressive/libs are using.

Sunshine is needed to expose their tactics. What better place to start than with Jeremiah Wright. Obama’s a big fat liar regarding his sitting in Wright’s pew for twenty years. Read Obama’s “Dreams from My Father”. There is plenty of anti-white bigotry and hatred in the book to put the lie to Obama’s claim that he didn’t hear anything that Wright said from the pulpit.

Greta has to be more tough in order to prep West for what’s coming from the MSM. The last thing our side needs to do is lob soft balls.

Greta is just doing the job of a journalist. If you’ve watched her interview West before, you’ll know she is a huge fan of him.

        The interview was a joke.

    • http://twitter.com/ozziecastillo The Wizard of Oz

Where you see cowing to GOP, I see humility in West not wanting to be presumptuous as such an inexperienced “politician”. I have no doubt that he will stand when he thinks it is time. I just think that he is waiting for the moment to take leadership.

You mean leadership like NOT joining the House TEA Party Caucus ? The fawning over junior politicians, with thin-resumes and NO political accomplishments, on this site is a joke. DEEDS, not words…

        • Persephone

Touting someone’s ‘political accomplishments’ as a measure of their qualifications to be a good leader…is what the followers of Obama have done, to defend his resume.
          It also lays a trap.
If you bring up Palin’s ‘political accomplishments’…it opens the door to bring up that ‘quitting’ thing that we’re not supposed to talk about.

          • Anonymous

When was Gov. Palin mentioned in my post ? Thought so. But since you brought her name up; yeah, Palin does have a legislative record to run-on. I’m a Bachmann supporter. She formed the House TEA Party this year. Only HALF of the newly elected 75 “TEA Party” members of the 112th Congress joined this caucus. WHY ? Simple answer: the GOP is full of career politicians looking to establish their OWN brand identity. While Rome burns, these squabbling, narcisisstic pol’s jockey for future political office. Shameless pandering; not ready or able to UNIFY behind the necessary heavy-lifting righting our listing ship…

            • Persephone

              I like Bachmann too.
But when she formed that ‘Tea Party Caucus’ right after there were comments made about how the Republican Party “will have to co-opt the Tea Party freshman”…it made me wonder at the time if that ‘Tea Party Caucus’ is an attempt to do just that.
              Only time will tell.
I don’t know if West has joined it or not…and don’t care.
But if he hasn’t, maybe he’s waiting to see too.

The measure of someone’s adherance to Tea Party ideals has nothing to do with whether they’ve joined Bachmann’s TPCaucus or not….it is their voting record.
And so far, West’s voting record is stelar with regard to what the Tea Party is about.

              • Anonymous

Your factless cheerleading is duly noted…

                • Persephone

Did it ever occur to you, coffee, that Col. West just doesn’t want to take sides in the little cat fight that’s going on between the Bachmann supporters and the Palin Supporters?

The man has a wife and two daughters.
I would say that he is wise in such matters.

                  And as for ‘cheerleading’….Hell yeah!
                  It’s primary season.
That’s what goes on in primary season.

          coffeeparty4losers with no brain engaged……

Congressman Allen West IS a proud member of the Congressional Tea Party Caucus.

You are trying to associate him with newly elected Congressman Tim Scott from SC, who chose not to join the Tea Party Caucus at this particular time. He may join in the future.

But as far as Congressman LTC (R) Allen West is concerned, get your facts straight before coming here and giving bad information..

          Kabish……………???

          • Anonymous

Your smiley cat has more sense than this response to my post. Rep West is NOT a member of the HOUSE TEA Party Caucus. People respect what you inspect…

            • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_WZSJVWZUCFCWDMB6OQU4Q7KEEQ JD

Michele Bachman’s leadership skills leave a lot to be desired. She should have fought Boehner for the leadership position she wanted in the new congress instead of backing down. In other words, her staff should have sent out feeler’s to know if Bachman had a chance at victory before exposing her to failure. Her televised response to the State of the Union was pathetic and unprofessional. She also went to New Hampshire and made another huge gaffe. Bachman has plenty of potential but she needs to get all of her ducks in a row before she fires off another salvo unprepared. I want my leaders to not be unexposed on their left flank. She needs to hire new people. Whoever is managing her office doesn’t cross their t’s and dot their i’s. If she manages to win the nomination she will get crucified unmercifully. The media is salivating because they known that it will be like shooting fish in a barrel. Somebody call her office now. The woman is an exploding time bomb. She has a fantastic message but her delivery is not well thought out. If she wants to play in the big leagues she has to improve her game big time. Fire Bachman’s staff now! A leader is only as good as the people who work for them and a true leader is well aware when they staff isn’t delivering the goods.
You appear to be a big Bachman fan. If you want her to win instead of being a sycophant you will tell the truth to get your man elected.
Want proof? Reagan knew he had to fire his staff during the primary and regroup and he did just that. Bachman’s staff are bush league, lose em!

              • Anonymous

Bachmann’s staff & fighting Boehner for Speaker; WTF does one have to do with the other ? Boehner & Cantor rounded up the newly-elected 112th Congress in December 2010; then arm-twisted and cajoled their way to king and vice-king of the House. Bachmann, meanwhile, was busy putting together the House TEA Party Caucus. What did you miss here JD ? Bachmann is a DOER, not a TALKER. If you want some more slick orators, look no further than our present Community Activist-in-Chief. Over and over at this site, it’s Cain, West, Bolton Trump; last year it was Christie. The political instincts of MOST of these fawning zombies posting here will be PROVEN WRONG come August 2012….

              • PatrickS

Open season for primary contest opens for divergent views, passionate, honest debate on which candidate best suit to win and lead. Let’s not trash our own in the same conservative quarter to give lefty the talking point, a sword that LSM relish to use on Tea Party candidates.

        • Anonymous

Until we know what’s behind West not joining Tea Party Caucus, I am not going to judge his motives. It could be as simple as not enough hours in the day or is planning to in the future – or not?? IDK

    • Persephone

      That’s what they said?
I take that as encouraging…because it’s not like they’re saying “No, not under any circumstances”.
It sounds like something that someone with his military background would have his people say, out of deference to the ‘chain of command’.

It is up to us to make ourselves clear to the Republican party…that he is the one we will vote for.
We need to remind them of what happened in ’96 and ’08, when they ran a perennial candidate…and lost!

      • Anonymous

The person also mentioned West having 300,000 vs the 30 million or whatever it is the republitards have. I couldn’t quite hear what the person said, a little garbled. If they were was saying what I think they were saying, it’s because of money. Mostly I got from the conversation it was about stepping on toes as a freshman.

I agree, if the Tea Party and others would put the pressure on the GOP and West perhaps the notion of him not running could be changed. It would be great if someone like Wynn and others w/clout would go to West and plop down top donation and ask him to run. If the cash and support is there how do you say no, especially if you are a Patriot? Or We the People raise money on own and then give it to him.

        • Persephone

Most of the old guard Republicans want a win in 2012.
I think they finally are seeing that this is serious…the fate of our country is at stake.
When they realize, that another crusty old retread is not going to get enough votes to defeat Obama…I think they just might open the purse for LtCol. West.

          They did it for Eisenhower.
It was serious back then too.
          They can do it again.

  • Virusx2k1

Now, when this started, they showed a split-screen of Obama and West. Just imagine them both standing on stage, together, debating…

Obama just CAN’T be happy with the election of LTC West, and yet he just lacks the nuts to come out and say something in retaliation, like he will against these milquetoast, spineless Republicans and RINOs that he knows won’t defend themselves against him, or will do so ineffectively (either through their own incompetence, or their fear of getting liberals mad at them). LTC West quoted GEN Sun Tzu, in saying:

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself,
you will succumb in every battle.”

Obama does not have the mental capacity to comprehend a man like LTC West. He does not understand patriotism, self-sacrifice, nor heroism. Obama thinks LTC West is nothing more than a Right-wing nut, attacking things to attack them, tearing down to tear down. Obama only sees Christendom, Judaism, Capitalism, Conservatism, the Constitution, the Law, individual Freedom, any political opposition and the GOP as his enemies. West understands the wisdom behind this, while Obama, does not:

“Son, we live in a world that has walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with guns. Who’s gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinburg? I have a greater responsibility than you could possibly fathom. You weep for Santiago, and you curse the marines. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know. That Santiago’s death, while tragic, probably saved lives. And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives. You don’t want the truth because deep down in places you don’t talk about at parties, you want me on that wall, you need me on that wall. We use words like honor, code, loyalty. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punchline. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said thank you, and went on your way, Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon, and stand a post. Either way, I don’t give a damn what you think you are entitled to.”

This was written by someone that was probably a liberal, in order to cast the big, bad Marine as the bad guy, but he really didn’t know what he was saying. While mixing it with an unlawful order to assault a private, it told the utter and complete ground truth. Now just alter it a bit, and picture Obama and West side-by-side at podiums, talking about fighting in the Middle East:

“Son, we live in a world that has walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with guns. Who’s gonna do it? You? You, President Obama? I have a greater responsibility than you could possibly fathom. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know, and that my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives.

West, on the other hand, knows PRECISELY who and what his enemy is.

    • PatrickS

Obama don’t want to get into a brawl with a master debator.

      • las

Like I said before… Obama can see 2012 from his teleprompter and he’s not smiling anymore. Ever notice lately how pissed he looks in public. He’ll do anything to avoid West. I think he senses what’s coming. Expect a tsunami against West coming from these cultural saboteurs.

        • PatrickS

West can counter Obama without being labelled as racist by LSM. I don’t think the LSM can play the Alinsky race card on West nor they can easily soil a US military officer, a true patriot (he’ll be the target, no doubt).

        • http://twitter.com/ozziecastillo The Wizard of Oz

He does look pissed all the time, although I do not know that it’s due to West. Like others would agree- If you put them both on the stage and have a debate with Obama and West…..there will be a whole lot of panic. West takes away Obama’s ‘race’ crutch. The only remaining crutch will be the media. I only wish our debates would mirror the British debate style. The candidates have less moderation and more freedom to go after each other, although Obama does like to filibuster, and the time limits on the answers can help there.

  • http://www.okiepatriot.blogspot.com/ Greywolfe

Guys your ticket is backwards….West should be Pres. Maybe Pawlenty as vp.

    • John42399

West seems to be a true Conservative . Pawlenty is a RINO .

    • las

Pawlenty! Really! Another offering from the establishment order… are you serious?

  • PatrickS

West stood by his word and didn’t seem to double down at all, but instead turned the defence into offence. If the president could insinuate Paul Ryan as a small accountant, then it’s a fair game to call him out a low level socialist agitator, and let the truth be told that he did not act presidential. West is a good public speaker, quick thinking on his feet debator and came across cool and not extreme in his position. Palin/West or West/Palin either way would be an awesome formidable team.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_6RH7MSNIJA77Y65KKCKHXXNQTQ Tom

Trump the Business man / Col. West the Military Man = success for the USA

    • Abartley99

Tom, I am not sure about this, realistically do you think that Trump has any chance at all to come up on top in the primary without tea party grassroot support and GOP (Rove)?

If Trump can’t win the primary, he said he will run as an independent and that will split the votes on the Republican sides. With no chance of winning he’ll play as a spoiler and that could be a deciding factor in a close nail-biting race. Wonder why Joe Biden comes out and nominates Trump?

It’s good to have Trump not on the other side at the moment. He’s taking on birther and other issues swinging at the Democrat. Conservative candidates needs to beware and tread careful not to be fall prey to birther issue. George Stephanopoulos/ABC’d tried to frame and corner Michael Bachman’s take on this, and no doubt every candidate will be grilled by LSM on this in attempt to trap and label them as tea party extreme. Rather than to focus on the real economic and political issues, gnawing on birther issue is a distraction and it won’t win us the 2012. Let other media deal with the birther issue.

    • Anonymous

You’re gonna fit it real well with the politician-du-jour postings at The Right Scoop. It’s a shame; there used to be more insightful & thought-provoking conservative discourse here. Perhaps they have flocked to other web sites…

    • Charles

I prefer West be Secretary of State for it is the most commie-leaning among all the Governmental Departments. West is to clean up the State Department and to confront the cunning Chinese Communist regime which is the master mind of the O.W.O.

  • http://twitter.com/akaLeppod Leppod

I’m noticing that the gloves are finally coming off in a lot of places. This is one great example.

  • A Bartley

For the 2012 primary and election, a myriad of political dynamics are at play within Tea party and GOP, and we’ll need a united front, not a house divided to win iback the nation n 2012.

Losing 2012 is not an option… SP@Wisconcin. It’s not about a particular star candidate/personality but the future of our nation is at stake. West is a prudent & wise politician, not rushing to join tea-party caucus nor to stack out his position unnecessarily to offend the GOP as a freshman in congress.

I sense that SP has this big picture in mind by not jumping into the fray too soon but awaiting for a true (man-up) leadership to step forward to lead to victory. She is a true noble patriot in heart to serve, a fearless braveheart to fight and a shrewd strategist to win. Of late, there seemed to be some moves in the establisment Republican in SP’s favour, in absence of any strong crediable candidates coming forth as front runners, except that comical chameleon Trump!

The dynamics will play out in the coming months leading to the primary crescendo.
I hope that Palin/West, West/Palin or Palin/Ryan, or possibly other credible tickets who will be able to appeal to broader voters base and generally acceptable by all quarters of tea party conservatives, establishment GOP and independents; and other ethnic groups (large voting block).

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_6RH7MSNIJA77Y65KKCKHXXNQTQ Tom

I think the world of SP also BUT more than half the voters are women and they seem to not like her I don’t know if it’s jealousy of her beauty and success or what BUT they seem to not like her

      • A Bartley

Beats me, Tom, and I don’t understand women psychology 101 either (I failed this course as a freshman at my 1st year university). But lots of Clinton PUMA will vote for her though, payback against OB. May be the mama grizlies can shed some light to demystify the myth?

        • Persephone

Personally, I think that she intimidates some women…

Sarah is beautiful, fearless, brilliant and she can field dress a moose, without messing up her mascara.
She has given birth to her children without breaking stride.
That is a tough act to follow.

And a lot of city girls who have never held a firearm, are leary of a woman who has.

Beyond that…I don’t have an explanation either.

          • Planier

those are good attributes for Palin, but they are not what it takes to be a Prez or VP. Please don’t degrade her by assuming dressing a moose or birthing children are her only qualifications.

            • Persephone

I also said she was “brilliant” and “fearless”…which are essential to effective executive leadership.

              ‘Degrade’…?
What is degrading about pointing out how tough she is?
A woman in politics who aspires to the highest office, must be tough…even tougher than the boys.
Her detractors have questioned how well she could handle ‘being a Mom’ and still be a good President.
So far, she has already demonstrated that she can balance her parental responsibilities with her career.

Have you ever worn high heels while pregnant?
Or carried a baby around while in a business suit and heels?
              It’s tough, I know.

The comment I was replying to…was about ‘why some women don’t like her’.
I was simply offering my thoughts on that.

              • A Bartley

Persephone, what have we done here? Opening up another front of war-of-the-generation between sexes? We’ll need to bite (cutoff) our tongue, sat in sackcloth, asses on our head, relent and repent, or we’ll be in the doghouse for a long haul (I am officially grounded as of this writing). Golden rule: To keep the world peace, don’t mess with mama grizzlies (they got the gold) or boom! taste the night stick.

                • Persephone

But…I actually *am* a ‘mama grizzly’.
I was carrying a baby in a business suit & heels, fighting off stereotypes and running a business…long before it was either fashionable or accepted to do so.
And as a single parent too, I might add.
I have taken more hits from my fellow conservatives than from those on the left.

So, as a conservative femalien, I was simply offering my thoughts as to why so many of my sister females do not like Sarah Palin.
As a young grandmother, who likes to wear camo, I see a lot in Sarah that I can relate to.

I am also a realist…who knows exactly what Sarah is up against, if she chooses to run.

And right now, if you will excuse me…I have an acre that needs mowing.
Even though the wind here is about 30 mph sustained w/gusts to 45, and my riding mower is down, I am looking forward to doing it with a push mower and getting some fresh air.

                • A Bartley

More power to Prov:31 mama grizzlies. I have only a miniature Japanese sanshui garden with bonsai pine and juniper trees, rocks, irish moss, blue Iris & white pebbles and a organic veggie garden. In righteous anger, don’t mow down the shrubs with the riding tracktor. Peace.

                • Persephone

Hey Bartley, sorry for going off on you like that.
In reading back through what I wrote, I can see how it might come across as anger.
                  Didn’t mean it that way.
More like just-drank-2 mugs-of-coffee-and-was-charged-up-to-tackle-chores, type of thing.

And if you read back, it was Tom who brought it up.
So we can thank him for the turn that the conversation took.
                  :D

                • A Bartley

That’s ok. I’ll take in on the chin like a man (and turn the other chin perhaps? Against my better judgement, my prejudice took better hold of me today and wrote some nasty very sexism comments). Yup, blame it on Tom:-) he started it. I am on your side, you know (trying hard to keep the world peace in my own household (my better-half Ann’s from KC Missouri) to get out of the dogshed.

            • PC Sport

If PC Sport can hazzard an (un)educated guess: It may be a beauty contest between the political left and political right.

When compares apple to apple and orange to orange, there’s a general consensus (just google if you don’t believe in the hypothesis) that the right female politicians are generally more pleasant, fresh and beautiful to behold (in terms of physical attractiveness, curve, softer lining, skin tones, inner radiant beauty, grace and demeanor). There’re two PHD whitepapers written on this, and the proof is in the pudding (just ask Ace of Spade).

              Case in point and stat:
Right girl: Michele Bachmann, Sarah Palin, Kelly Ayotte
Left girl: Barabara Boxer, JoAnne Kloppenburg, Louise Slaughter

There you go girls! 3 ups and 3 downs. NOW may not agree with PC Sport’s vintage points, as UFC is a brutal savage men’s sport.

Disclaimer: Don’t boytcott on Mother’s Pizza, Avon and May Kay’s ad on PC Sport blog.

I can tell you why so many women hate Palin.

Women are horrible to each other and it transcends politics. Oh, yeah, the liberal’s hate will be extreme because it always is, but conservative women are not immune from the same problem. They’re women.

I’ve spent 30 years as a woman in a male dominated technical field. I was no pioneer. I came up in the 80’s when women started to get ahead through Affirmative Action. I worked for the phone company, and I was a part of the promotion of women into technical and management jobs.

I can count the number of men who gave me hard time on 3 fingers of one hand. They were all short and balding, but that’s another issue. By contrast, in all my years only two women, that’s right just two, didn’t give me a hard time.

I would rather work for and with men any day. Women absolutely suck. They are thinned skinned, petty, and mean. I have never, not once, ever worked with a group of women where they didn’t set out to destroy another woman who was smart and attractive. I have never worked in an office with women where there weren’t at least two camps who refused to work with each other.

Sarah Palin is that rare exception. A smart, competent women who doesn’t play female games. The fact that she’s gorgeous on top of it makes their bile all the more intense. That’s why so many conservative women can’t stand her. They never grew out of that junior high school girl thing. And they never will.

            • Anonymous

I agree. I am not a catty woman at all but I seem to be the exception to the rule. I root for other women to succeed. I take joy in their success. I have been the target of so much envy and attempted sabotage by other females that it boggles the mind. I have tried to empower other females and they have bitten me like a rabid animal. I am very cautious nowadays. I used to be a huge believer in female solidarity but I have learned that it seems to be a one way street when you are a female that is attractive and wields power. I just don’t get it. Things would be so much better if we had each others back.

              • Anonymous

Women are incapable of supporting other women. They are the epitome of biting off your nose to spite your face. Women can’t recognize a larger picture because they can’t get past their own petty grievances. Oh, I could tell you stories.

Here’s one quick one: I worked in a technical center as the only female tech on an all male crew. All the other women in the office were clerks. All the men, including the boss and the bosses boss, were golfers. Every spring thru summer the guys all left a half hour early on Thursday’s to go golfing. I loved it. I could handle anything that came up, and I could leave early any day I needed to without a hassle from the boss. So could any of the clerks.

Well, the clerks just couldn’t stand it. They caused a stink over it. Even though it didn’t effect them in any way, except allowing them more freedom, they couldn’t stand the fact that the guys went golfing. The only one who got screwed was me. They couldn’t stand the fact that I was happy with the arrangement.

              • A Bartley

It’s a entirely a different view and a liberating truth on the roles of women from the Biblical perspective. Even back in the ancient, male-dominated Middle-Eastern tradition society before Christ, Deborah was chosen by God to be the judge and the prophetess to lead and deliver the nation of Israel; Esther to deliver the nation from being wipeout by the Persian (Iranian); and there’re other prominent women leadership in the Old Testament (among others, Miriam, sister of Moses ) and througout the New Testament (among the 120 in the upper room).

In the new testament, how Christ treated women with honour, compassion and understanding to entrust them with the work of His kingdom. Upon His resurrection from the death, He first appeared to Mary Magdalene (the 1st lady- evangelist) before His disciples. That’s a preferential treatment for women’s roles from men’s perspective. Women’s significant and leadership roles continued in the New Testament early church (among the upper room 120, and those in the letters of paul) and to the church today. As diametrically opposed to the enslaved women patriarchy in Koran Sharia Law and many backward society, the Bible is very progressive and liberating on the roles of women.

I will not be surprise in 2012, it might be the first Republican women president to shatters the White House’s glass ceiling.

They’ll just sock each other and get it over with.

The more I see and hear West, it is inconceivable that he would not be part of the picture. An executive run without him would be playing with fire. The stakes are too high, the negative consequences too grave. West just has to be part of the picture, or America is lost.

Well Greta seemed enjoy to taunt Allen West, the LTC is fully capable to defend his position and even up a point and we all enjoy the show.

I hope Beck can get him to see how important it is that he run. The man can win it.

What’s Gretta’s problem? They said Bush was an “oil man,”Reagan was a “second-rate actor,” and Truman was a “failed habidasher.” Community organizer, or low-level socialist shill, was Obama’s “job.”

Why is it, on what is allegedly a conservative stattion is it a problem is you call a socialist a socialist? Did you ever see them challenge a Democrat for falsely saying Republicans want to give tax breaks to the richest?

The one truth that America absolutely needs to talk about is never discussed by people who express concerns about politics on websites. Talk about everything else, but never talk about the Founding Fathers making two classes of citizenship the Supreme Law of the Land! Natural Born Citizen and citizen!

Let people never discuss the long term effect of this Constitutional Debasement of the Constitution of the United States of America. Sweep this violation of Article 2 Section 1 and it’s NATURAL BORN CITIZEN clause under the rug… you will sleep better at night.

It’s OK to talk about how Obama is 100% contrary to what America’s Founding Fathers had intended life in America to be for America’s Posterity. But never talk about Obama being a usurper living in America’s White House because of his non citizen father.

Just be a good little slave citizen and talk about the secret birth certificate if you must talk about that kind of thing…but never talk about the difference between a Natural Born Citizen and a citizen has established by our Founding Fathers!

Call Obama a marxist. Call Obama a socialist. Call Obama the destroyer of America and it’s economy. But don’t you ever call Obama an illegal usurper that is in violation of the Constitution of the United States of America….don’t ever do that! That would be rude and anti-American!

This interview so incensed me last night I wanted to throw my beer thru the TV. This is the perfect example of how conservatives get treated on Fox News. Here’s Greta, who goes out of her way to be perceived as “fair and balanced” and look how she talks to West during this interview. Like a scolding school teacher trying to get a kid to admit he was rude to a classmate.

Did anybody see Greta’s sycophantic, grovelling, butt kissing interview with Nancy Pelosi a few weeks ago? It was embarrassing how Greta let Pelosi spew her lies, one after the other, with nary a peep from Greta. Not a single challenge to anything Pelosi said.

This happens on Fox News all the time. Democrats and liberals can say whatever they want and are thanked profusely by the interviewer, while Republicans and conservatives are confronted and challenged to defend every word they say.

    Nice job, Greta.

    • Persephone

      Yup…I’ve noticed that too.
And remember how Greta always fawns over Hillary, too.

      • Anonymous

Let’s not forget also that Greta was at CNN before moving over to Fox.

    • Debby

The way I see it is this: Fox is supposed to be fair and balanced. But I think they go overboard sometimes to show that they will give a hard hitting interview with a Republican or Conservative.

I don’t know. That’s what it seems like to me anyway.

    • Charles

Yes, you’ve nailed it. They pretend to be ‘no-spin’ journalists by being ‘tough’ on the Right and sycophantic towards the Left

Greta Van-Blah-Blah is a mush mouth. Nobody has elected her to anything and she acts like she is the Grand Approver and our elected officials have to answer to her.

I think she is very disrespectful to a lot of our elected officials. She always interjects her opinion. Nobody cares about her opinion. She depends on people like Allen West to be on her show to have a show and then she treats them like she knows better and is smarter.

    LEAVE ALLEN WEST ALONE !!!!

Governor Palin has skin in the game and that’s why I like her so much. For starters, she has 5 children. She has investments in the future for the country to do well and one of them is in the military meaning he is risking his life for my freedom while I type this silly post. Thanks, Gov. Palin and Thanks to your son, Track, and ALL those in our armed forces, past, present and future.

Governor PALIN was duped by John McCain so I’m not all that impressed with her judgement. And I wished she would apologize for running with him and admit that was mistake on her part. I don’t think she realizes the damage he has done and continues to do to her. John McCain is not her friend and I am convinced he would do everything he could to insure she will not be president. She does not realize that yet, but she will see it if she does run.

He parrots the lines the Freedom Works prepares for him. He is an empty head and suit that way out of his league. This isn’t “awesomeness”, this is desperation! these people know they have nothing important, all they have is Character Assassination and lies, that’s all they’re good for. They are just as dumb as the people begging for him to be President, jst for insult the current President!

It’s called stating the obvious! besides Trump is running on the birther ticket, and this guy gaining popularity by calling the President of the United states names, petty third world dictator, Marxist etc. If that’s your idea “presidential” I think maybe you’re just supporting anyone who hates Obama. He sounds like a well spoken high school student insulting a teacher. That’s not presidential, that’s just immaturity.

        • Persephone

So…calling people “dumb” and “desperate”…that’s your example of ‘maturity’?

And no one on the Left should want to chastise anyone else for ‘character assasination’.
Especially you, who comes here to malign Col. West’s character.

        • Anonymous

That’s not name calling. That is describing Obama’s political philosophy and ideology accurately. And I might add… courageously as to many are afraid to speak the truth. Now if the good LTC had called him a novice, incompetent, liar….that would be name calling.

There is no way that Obama’s character can be assassinated; he, himself killed it over a year ago. The man has zero credibility even among his own henchmen.

You, Questionman, are all alone– no one is in your league. You are either the universe–class political illiterate or a Fabian Socialist as Obama, who cannot survive unless he lies without pause. It is quite plausible that you are both.

So be kind to America, give her a break– allow Questionman to exalt his narrow training with QUESTIONS only; allow the intelligent and educated people to provide the ANSWERS.

      • Questionman

Tell me, what’s so intelligent and educated about name-calling? what’s so intelligent and educated about this man? NOTHING! Mr. West has been living off of the taxpayers dime all of his Life. His low-level GHETTO name calling and disrespect of the President proves that fact. He sounds like he has a very high level of BLACK JEALOUSLY towards Barack and Michelle Obama. He will NEVER be President because West is too ignorant.
