Coulter defended her claim that Christie is our only hope against Romney and Obama, and to Christie’s critics she points out that Reagan was soft on a few issues too. She added:

I don’t care if he wants to run. His country needs him.

As far as her reference to Levin ‘hating all the candidates’, that’s not true at all. He discussed why he doesn’t like Christie tonight on his show, plus a few potential candidates that he feels are most like Reagan. He says at the end of the clip though that no matter whoever becomes the nominee, he could vote for a tin can over Obama.

She's not the only Republican with a Republican foreign policy. Bush had that same foreign policy. Romney has that same foreign policy. Gingrich wants to attack Iran and North Korea and thinks Sharia Law's coming to the US.

The only person I have heard that said everything to my liking and is at the same time experienced, knows the Constitution exceptionally well, has a knowledge base that seems unlimited is John Bolton. That is just an opinion. Do I think he a chance of getting the Nomination? NO. WHY? I do not think he can raise the Money. Money talks just a bit to much. That also is my opinion.

Romney is the best bet. Even Gingrich could be electable and is as conservative as the talk radio crowd even though I don't trust him for other reasons.

Less intelligent people? Are you serious? Less intelligent people? Gingrich is untrustworthy to his exes, but he's smarter than her. Romney's smarter than her. Almost anyone will be smarter than her.

She's like Snooki. Not to be taken THAT seriously.

I find it very interesting that you would compare sarah palin's accomplishments to a drunk reality star. It proves YOU are not to be taken seriously. No one who is in public office or may be seeking public office is above critical inspection but your remarks are beyond laughable

Don't make excuses for Palin. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, and she's not that different from the person who chose her. She chose McCain because she shares his values. She rode the fence on immigration until an opportunity arose. She flip-flopped on the bailout when it became convenient. She's a feminist, even claims to be. Supports political correctness via the "r word". Plays the sexism card just like Gloria Steinem. She should not be held up as the "more conservative than thou" candidate who's so much better than everyone else.

Sarah Palin is like Reagan? Don't make me laugh. She's not too bright. Sure that was said about Reagan, but it was ALSO said about Bush. It was also said about Michael Steele. Her rhetoric also isn't as squeaky clean as she would like you to think. Squishy on immigration until the chance arised, flip-flopped on the bailout. And the most important thing of all, I know it's not politically correct to say it, but we'd be screwed with a woman president. We would be the laughingstock of the world, the Arabs would not fear us. Now we're all victim to the demasculating feminist brainwashing.

Look, who says she's not toooo bright? You? The democrats/socialists? Big woop.

I heard it was said that Clinton was three crayons short of a box and Obama has the education level of a 10th grader. And Biden, well we all know how dumb he is don't we. And Hillary, I heard she is a carpet bagger who only got where she is because of her husband...did you hear that to?

Does not liking Republican X make you a Democrat now? Time for round two. I think Boehner is an untrustworthy and weepy politico. I can think for myself, thanks very much.

Is she some sacred cow we cannot blaspheme against? Reminds me of an Obama supporter. We can get onto Romney, we can get onto Gingrich, we can get onto Bush. Why the hell can we not get onto Palin?

Clinton was not dumb, he was just amoral. Obama is a fool however.

The Democrats don't like most of our guys. They don't like Bush. Does that make him off limits?

Coulter's always liked Romney as far as I've seen. Since 2007.

Alex

What's so bad about Romney? He has the greatest chance of beating Obama.

If Levin does indeed hate all the candidates, he's a sourpuss. So many to choose from. Romney, Huckabee, Christie, Gingrich, Palin, Pawlenty. When our country's in danger, now's no time to act picky like nobody's good enough for you.

Arnaldo

Levin's a fool, and he's going to be pissed off FOREVER if he insists on finding someone who agrees with him ALL the time.

Coulter is right, as usual. Christie's not perfect, but he's a damn sight better than any of the others, especially some of those clowns.

"The more voices the better." This is how you water down conservatism.

Hey! Let's have pro-abortion people.

Hey let's have pro-gay marriage people.

Hey! Let's have big government people.

The more voices the better!!!

What could possibly go wrong?

KBBOOKGIRL

Good grief. We are not saying we should throw our values or principles out the window. We allow those who disagree with us to DEBATE OUR IDEAS and within those DEBATES we STAND BY OUR PRINCIPLES. There is a difference between compromising our principles and allowing opposing voices in the debate so that we may FURTHER the conservative manifesto.

"Sarah Palin is not a freaking Goddess descending from on high." Unfortunately most Sarah fans believe this and it clouds their judgment.

"Right or wrong I will defend Sarah to the death." This is not good.

NickDeringer
NickDeringer

Fiorina is pro-abortion and gay marriage. She flipped on this just before the election Devore was the conservative in the race and Palin passed on him.

Politics has turned into American Idol. We are voting for people because they make us "feel" good which is how Professor O'Barry.

"We need strong conservatives in EVERY branch of the federal government."

Amen!!

Or she may be the first American Sarah Palin.

Take a cold shower and look at her objectively.

Note: Glenn Beck has said several times on his radio show that he thinks Herman Cain is the next Reagan. He has never said he thinks Palin should be president.

He KNOWS Sarah Palin personally.

There is no Santa Clause.

There is no tooth fairy.

And Palin is not running.

Why is she sooo obsessed with Chris C.?!? I don't get it. There are other great potential nominees out there. She needs to expand her horizon!

i guarantee you that romney will get the nomination and

we can't afford another 0zero term

God help us if that happens

NickDeringer

I don't disagree with much of what you say. But I think Palin is a lot more serious than people give her credit. She is not hitting the typical campaign spots that all candidates hit.

I would bet a sizable amount of money that she will not run especially if someone like Bachmann decides to run.

Gene
Gene

Palin will run, she knows she will run ,she can not say it til the time right. If she does not run , they will all say; she was not serious, just in it for money, fame..etc....told you so......I'll take your bet . easy money.

NickDeringer
NickDeringer

The first debates are coming up and if she doesn't participate she is not running. Lots of republicans have doubts about her. Don't kid yourself. She can't afford to hang back and let a front runner emerge and then jump in at a late date. Giuliani tried this and the rest is history.

if coulter got "fang" dental-implants and shaved her head, she would look exactly the way i picture her when someone says her name.

Apparently conservatives have learned nothing from Obamao's election.

How quickly so many are to jump on another unknown's bandwagon.

I fear I'll be going hunting on election day 2012.

Property taxes???????????????

Do we have a right to own property?

Haven't the federal courts, including the SCOTUS, ruled repeatedly that the government cannot levy a fee, fine or tax for exercising a constitutional right?

Property Taxes?

Ownership Taxes?

How's that really work?

It can if we conservatives stop acting like cowards. Palin will have to prove herself in the primary debates like everyone else but i believe she can do it. I proudly support her.

NickDeringer

I would tend to agree. I think Palin is very happy where she is. She has a powerful affect on the political debate and presents a much smaller target for the MSM.

MB sounds like she's read to put in all the chips and go for it. The two together will be an awesome combination.

I think Ann has gone off the deep end. Anyone who has payed attention that Christie is a RINO and at best an establishment Republican. Him being tough on his opponents doesn't make him presidential material.

Christie might have put forth some impression actions, but he isn't the answer. Let him run in the primaries and see what happens. I guarantee he will fold in debate over a lot of issues that matter to real conservatives. Just check his records on cap and trade and gun rights. He's right for New Jersey, but not right for America.

That said, people really need to start throwing their strength behind Herman Cain. He boldly puts forth conservative ideals and is willing to be a one term president in order to return America to greatness.

I so totally agree with you on Herman Cain. We better get it right and get someone who can beat barry because he is going to be very hard to beat and it ain't gonna be palin - she is too busy whining.

Arnaldo
Arnaldo

Herman Cain? LOL

First, nobody outside blogs and Facebook knows OR CARES who he is. Second, are you people just picking a token black conservative because you think a black guy has to beat a black guy? Whatever. If that's the case, at least pick one that's been around the block and who people have heard of! Herman Cain is a great guy, no doubt, but be serious. Or just waste time and money on no-chance candidates so 0bama gets re-anointed. x_x

I agree with Levin on Bachmann. I saw her press conference today on the Pigford scandal. She is a doer and not a talker. She's not afraid to put the country ahead of her career.

Palin has done some conservative things, but she has done some progressive things like support McCain and Carly Fiorina. She also gave an endorsement to GOProud at CPAC. She is a "big tent" conservative. The problem with big tents is that you get a lot more clowns.

Santorum is a staunch social conservative, but he has no problem with big government solutions. Plus he's as wooden as a park bench.

My vote goes to Bachmann.

Bete Noir
Bete Noir

I don't think Palin's endorsements of Carly Fiorina and McCain are indicative of a fault in her conservatism; I think they're more of a reflection of a fault in her judgment.

I''m sure she endorsed them for reasons other than she believed that they were conservative stalwarts.

Personally, I like Palin as much as I like Bachmann. IMHO, between the two, Palin has the better chance of winning.

NickDeringer
NickDeringer

"they're more of a reflection of a fault in her judgment." That's a problem.

Kbbookgirl

wrong dead wrong about palin. she never gave an endorsement to Goproud. All she said was that shuting down debate and disscussion over an issue or not allowing others to voice their opions is not healthy. Her comments were taken out of context on purpose to try and turn her base away from her. I saw the interview. She did not endorse Goproud. As for Bachmann, I love her but i think she should have a little executive experiance under her belt first. Nope im for palin. Bachmann has proven to be a great warrior for the cause but sarah has had to take on corruption and challenge the political system through an executive position. I mean why do you think pence isn't running this year?

NickDeringer
NickDeringer

Yo forgot her endorsements of Fiorina and McCain. Palin has a gut level understanding of conservatism, but not an intellectual one. A Rush Limbaugh or Mark Levin would never have endorsed Fiorina with her record.
