AP reporter calls out most transparent State Dept EVAH for lack of transparency on Keystone

The State Department is continuing to hide information from the public they are gathering from other agencies in the Obama administration on the Keystone Pipeline.

But not only are they hiding the substance of the reports that were due yesterday, they won’t even say if all 8 agencies they required to submit reports actually submitted reports, leaving this AP reporter questioning their transparency on this:
