Because Health and Human Services, they modified the definition of ‘enroll’ to people who want the Obamacare but don’t want to pay.”
She concluded: “Now, if you still can’t get on the Internet and ‘computer’ your way to Obamacare, this is really important … It’s probably the fault of the Koch brothers.”
