MY FOX DC – The first nurse diagnosed with Ebola after treating an infected man at a Dallas hospital is free of the virus.
The National Institutes of Health says in a statement that Nina Pham is being released Friday from its hospital near Washington.
NIH spokesman John Burklow says Pham will make a brief statement during a news conference late this morning.
I believe she received blood from the first Ebola doctor who was cured of the disease. Let’s hope that they can come up with an actual cure soon that doesn’t involve that one doctor having to give blood for every patient that comes down with Ebola.
