AWESOME: Mark Levin blasts Obama as imperial president while on with Megyn Kelly

Mark Levin isn’t known for sugar coating his words or pulling punches when it comes to defending this country, and he doesn’t do it while on with Megyn Kelly either.

I’m not into imperial presidents who act imperial and speak imperial and Obama forgets there’s a Constitution. Yeah he keeps telling us he won reelection. Congratulations. But guess what, the Constitution wasn’t up for election. It’s not up for a plebiscite or a referendum. He has to comply with it too. He was sent back to Washington but he’s got a strict list of rules that he has to follow as president.

So when he gets up there and he starts saying ‘if Congress doesn’t do this, I’m gonna do this unilaterally’, it violates separation of powers a lot of the times. And this is a man who’s been pushing the edge of the envelope as far as I’m concerned whether it’s the appointment clause, whether it’s his unilateral action on immigration, whether it’s his trashing the commerce clause and the tax clauses on Obamacare. Now they’re talking about executive orders on the 2nd amendment, they’ve issued regulations on the first amendment attacking religious liberty – this notion that he might be able to lift the debt ceiling unilaterally under the 14th amendment – what the hell is this? He was elected president, congratulations. This guy makes Richard Nixon look like a man who followed the law all the time.

I think we have an imperial president. He sounds imperial, he’s arrogant as hell. And so I’m furious about this and I’m gonna tell you why.

We are a magnificent country. We don’t need to be turned upside down, we don’t need to run from crisis to crisis to crisis. He’s bankrupting this country.

He says we’ve had a discussion about the debt. When did we have a discussion about the debt? We’ve had a debate about taxes. The man’s never around to have a discussion about anything. So yes, he causes me to be furious when I watch him and listen to him!

And that’s just the beginning. He goes on to talk about the ‘big lie’ and more.

Levin has been one of the FEW islands of sanity in these past few weeks !!!! A patriot!

    • aPLWBinAK

I noticed Mz Kelly refered to him as a radio ‘star’ instead of a radio ‘host’. I doubt she did that by mistake.

      • proudhispanicconservative

More then 8 million people listen to him weekly, so yes he is a star.

    • David

A true patriot indeed, more people should be calling the Muslim-in-chief out.

      • TMZ2

How about a Neo-Maxrist Islamist Progressive-Liberal Statist or for short a Anti American Extreme Leftist.

    • I agree, but how sad is it that Levin is counted among “the few.” Where are the voices of the Republican party registering their disgust with this “imperial president?”

  • Yeah, I watched this live. The teased this for almost an hour. I was sitting in front of my TV, saying, “Come on, folks! Bring this guy on already! I got things to do!”

    • marketcomp

That just shows how popular he is!

  • Orangeone

Okay I love listening to Mark Levin but my question is this, what is he going to do about the pos? Is he going to file a lawsuit? Is he going to find Conservative candidates and back them? Is he going to haul Boehner before the public and strip his rust-colored skin off? What?

    • Why do you put the onus on him? He can’t consume the Obama administration with fireballs from his eyes and bolts of lightning from his arse.

I mean, he already informs millions of listeners every night with the truth despite what the MSM tells them. The most he can do effectively is empower the people to make the right decisions at the ballot box.

      • Orangeone

I think my questions are valid.  I never asked Levin to take on the entire Administration.  I think it’s fair to ask what his action items are.

        • Call them and give them the courage they need. They are looking to see if ‘We the People’ have their back or will leave them twisting in the wind. Call them. Write them. AND NO THEY DON’T NEED TO BE YOUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVE TO DO IT!

          • Orangeone

I am on Twitter every single day, detracting from running my business, tweetin those elected officials I think will do something, including my own.  I also RT nearly every Scoop post and Levin post so more will learn.  ABinC, colliemum, PDXLady, Wolfie, Kong tweet and RT as well.  The gov’t counts on people being busy and accepting what they are doing as the status quo and that is why they are winning and will continue to do so.
righthook38 provided the name of Levin’s Foundation so I’ll see if they are also on Twitter.

            • Don’t Tweet. Write! Call! Twitter doesn’t make it a matter of record nor is it taken seriously.

              • Orangeone

I have a business to run.  I have called, the staff doesn’t give a rip and why would they, they are paid even if they do nothing.  They do have to maintain their tweets sent and rec’d under the record retention laws.  When you tweet all of your followers receive the tweet and can then retweet it to their followers.  I have some great followers with tens of thousands that follow them.
Just ask ABinC about her site and how traffic is increasing with the tweeting of those links.

                • As a government employee I can tell you tweets mean nothing. They are laughed at. Effort given will be effort received.

                  What is ABinC site?

          • aposematic

Even local stuff, have been writing all 22 members of VA House Agriculture Committee on HB1430 (the Bonetta Bill- personal property rights) to vote to send it to the full House Floor.

            • Bravo!

Petitions also work. Get others on it. Thanks for the tip on that bill. I will check it out as well.

        • There’s nothing for him to do. He informs us with the facts of what’s really going on, and then it’s up to us…

          • Orangeone

apparently he has a Foundation, he could ask us to visit that site, he could ask people to follow him on Twitter and RT the links to his shows, he could have a Twitter acct for his Foundation and ask people to follow and RT those messages.  Judge Pirro always tweets about her upcoming show and then tweets the links.  I am amazed at how fast these messages can be spread to many who know nothing of them and their stance.

            • 1972patriot

“apparently he has a Foundation, he could ask us to visit that site”

I am not attempting to offend you Orangeone, but having read many of your comments in which you claim to be involved in activism, you certainly are unaware of many truths.

Mark often directs his listeners to join him and the Landmark Legal Foundation in the fight against tyranny.

I recognize your passion to foster positive change and hope you continue to look for and share the truth… but be careful, make sure your words are based on facts or else you will propagate lies. 😉

              • Orangeone

Comments well taken, back to the Dem party for me.

                • 1972patriot

I even led with “I am not attempting to offend you Orangeone”

If you are so easily shattered by constructive criticism and encouragement, that may be the best place for you.

                • 3seven77

                  Orangeone, Really? How disappointing.

        • 1972patriot

The answers to your questions are yes & yes.

          1. Mark Levin endorsed and promoted a good number of Tea Party candidates who are now currently seated. Ted Cruz is one of those candidates.

          2. Enter the following string of words into any search engine: “mark levin obama lawsuit”

Mark is the President of the non-profit Landmark Legal Foundation which has been responsible for taking the Obama administration to task on a large number of unconstitutional complaints in the courtroom. His work has created road blocks, making usurpation by this President very difficult.

          • Orangeone

What’s great is that this is happening, what is sad is that the message of his Foundation’s work is not being disseminated.  See my other replies.

        • Levin’s law firm ‘Landmark Legal’ has been involved in many cases against the tyrannical over reaches of government, and will continue to do so.

          • Orangeone

Thank you.  I’ve said this in other replies as well, why doesn’t Levin say that? Why doesn’t he point people to that website, Twitter acct, etc.?

        • sjmom

I think your questions are good ones but they need to be asked of Republicans in Congress who CAN do something. The best thing would be for different conservative groups to file a suit.

        • aposematic

It is o.k. to ask. One question though. That pot your stirring wouldn’t contain homemade vegie soup would it? UmmmUmmmm 😉

        • I understand your question, Orangeone, I really do. It would be nice to find out what others are doing, but how does it really help to know what others are doing? DO SOMETHING YOURSELF!! Not only do things get done if we all kick in, but you will be a lot less frustrated when you are contributing to the cause. Write letters and emails to politicians, get on the social media. Get on the blogs. Organize with like-minded friends family and neighbors and try to affect your local government….and PRAY. Good luck to us all!

      • marketcomp

Yeap, RS! Mindbogging how somethings are so clear to many of us and not to others.

      • Love the Braveheart reference. You are right, he is doing as much as one person can do. It is up to us. Rush had a lot to say about this today as well. His message was basically that there is an immediate thing we can all do. We can all unite and defend conservatives when they are lied about…by the communists in the Senate and White House as well as the establishment Republican party. Defend conservative men and women in the blogs, in the newspaper letter columns, on the local news, to your liberal friends….everyone that you can. This becomes a grass roots movement when we have a situation like now where there are few ELECTED conservatives articulating our principles (and media that won’t broadcast it when they do). God Bless America!

    • colliemum

I assume he’d hope that his listeners would, for example, find conservative candidates – which he then can back. Or get together and file a lawsuit.

Americans are do-it-yourself people, they’ll take advice from someone like Mark Levin, but they don’t need him to do the things they can do for themselves.

So I’d hope his listeners are going to do something about the POS – Mark Levin can’t do the heavy lifting all by himself.

      • Orangeone

Mum, Americans used to be do-it-yourself people, not any more, this country has become the gimme country.  People look to Levin as a leader.  Good leaders suggest action items.  He has the power of the microphone, people listen but listening doesn’t solve the problem.

        • Maybe then this is Levin’s way of making us into a do it yourself people again?

I can understand your frustration Orangesis. Me too- but as much as he’s got the platform to speak and do some things as he is, he is still only one guy. We need more like him, but we also need him and others to listen to those who have come up with ideas.

          • Orangeone

righthook38’s reply was great.  Levin has some Foundation, would be great if he would say that, would be great if he would tweet that, would be great if he asked his Twitter followers to also follow the Foundation on Twitter (if it even has a handle). That’s a simple way to bring people towards him that want TO DO something.  I think it is easy for those like Mark to forget that he has new listeners.  I had NEVER heard of him before stumbling onto this site. That’s why I try and RT the Levin tweets and Scoop’s tweets so my followers, the 400 that I have, will also know.
For those of us that work, own businesses, have to take care of a home, etc. there isn’t a lot of time to try and figure out how to deal with a tyrannical gov’t.  And that is what the Dems are counting on by starting fires and screaming the sky is falling everyday. That’s why people simply give up.

            • GeneEdwards

If you listen to his show ever, he mentions it on a daily basis.

            • goldenprez

Orangeone … Here I am to back you up completely!

I am more frustrated by Mr. Levin than I am with Rush or Sean.

First, you are absolutely and completely right. I’m glad that Levin is speaking out, but he is pointing out the obvious. Those who listen to Mr. Levin (and the others) are well aware of what Obamao is up to, and we have been so since he first appeared on the scene and reared his Marxist head. We have known who, and what, he is from the git-go.

Rush has never been an “activist.” He specializes in “political analysis,” and is probably the best there is when it comes to exposing the agenda of the socialists. This is not in contradiction to what I wrote above. Rush has been predicting the socialists moves for years, long before they made those moves. “Forewarned” should be “forearmed.” Unfortunately, even Rush’s listeners have not been smart enough to “head the enemy off at the pass.”

Sean is not the brightest bulb in the chandelier. He seems very happy to parrot whatever the GOP establishment tells him. He constantly announces that he is “a registered conservative,” but only interviews GOP establishment people. His show is obviously dependent upon these interviews, as he is not original enough to carry three hours on his own.

The bottom line is that Rush has approximately 20 million listeners. Levin is not close. And the Rush listeners pretty much encompass the Levin listeners. Hannity has more “liberals” than both. They like the “confrontation with liberals” format. Of course, it is just a complete waste of time, including the “shootouts,” which accomplish absolutely nothing.

Mark Levin is not telling us anything we do not already know. You are absolutely right in surmising that the “second part” is missing. He has the microphone. He has the ability to become more of an activist. I doubt it will hurt his numbers.

Just giving us a dose of his frustration, and yelling at the socialists who call his show, is not enough!

Throw them all out! The status quo must go!

Believe none of what you hear, and only half of what you see.

              Illegitimi non carborundum.

          • clockwindingdown

If Mark (and other talking heads) would rattle off a list of 10-15 things people should be doing it would help those that feel helpless but want to do something.

People are looking for direction. Seems most are sitting on the side lines saying, “Put me in coach”! Unfortunately no one has a play book. People are asking for a play book…

Seems the talking heads are missing this point, “WHAT SHOULD PEOPLE DO, HOW SHOULD WE THE PEOPLE TAKE ACTION?” Seems like a no brainer doesn’t it?

            • I understand the frustration clockwindingdown! Believe me I do!! I don’t know what to do either. I started Constitutional Freedom Party, and I intend to keep at it, trying to get it spread country wide. I did it out of frustration and anger and for other reasons besides. I’m no leader. But crap, I can’t just sit here complaining on a blog all day. Nor can I wait for those who have the means to rally folks to do it either. Am I ever going to make a difference? Probably not much- unless others decide to help, which many are already. Am I ever going to change things in Government? I don’t know- I’m not even a citizen yet- but the point is, I’m trying in my own small way. Others need to find that fire in their belly they have and do whatever they can think of.
Keep spreading news sites like Scoop around. Get the truth out on stories that matter. Keep talking to those who are uninformed, even if they don’t believe you- keep hitting them with the truth, show them the Constitution, show them the hypocrisy of the left- there’s a million you tube videos that show it. Do whatever you can, and hopefully, it will start to change the course here. Also pray. Most importantly PRAY for our Nation.

              • 3seven77

ABC, I know you’ve posted it before, but would you please post your Constitutional Freedom Party website address again?

                • Thanks 3seven77

Sorry about all the links. But thanks.

              • clockwindingdown

I think you are making my point ABC. You an I don’t have the audience someone like Mark or others has. It would take time for us to get anywhere close, years upon years most likely. However for the talking heads with their audience comes responsibility to make suggestions of what the average person on the street might do.

We all know the typical routes, contacting our elected representatives, etc., we’ve been doing these. The elected officials don’t care, they have their agendas and its full steam ahead.

Our individual efforts are being dismissed. The elected feel they cannot be stopped. The media is aiding and providing cover. They are of the belief we are not aware, they divide us to weaken us, they mock us for calling upon them to abide by the law, while they hide behind our court systems drawn out process to correct the wrongs they have done. They know that by doing and waiting for the courts to tell them to quit they have had time to do as the please. They know they can implement and enact illegal rules/laws then manipulate our court system for years to overturn, even then they have judges to back them.

If we do not act as one we will loose! Those having the ability to get us focused and heading in a direction are confused too and lacking an idea, or so it appears… Or they are in fear of retaliation for such actions, which is understandable, the law although on our side is controlled and enforced by those we seek to hold accountable!

                This is an enlightening read and should scare everyone. It is from a house member that is on our side, and tells how bad things appear from the inside;

                • Thanks for that clock. And for the link even though I’ve been reading the insiders for over a year- which is another reason I can’t seem to sit still anymore. Excellent points and well said.

                • clockwindingdown

You are more than welcome ABC, keep up the good work, we need more like you in this world!

                • thank you- that’s a sweet thing to say 🙂 You too friend.

            • We need to take it to the street’s in a Peaceful manner. We protested in the 60’s for the Viet Nam War. All we do today is complain behind a keyboard and expect some type of change. Let’s hit the streets if you want to make things happen.

              VN Viet

            • aposematic

Agree, outside of local, what/how becomes a problem for a lot of people. Often the Majors do more to turn me off than on so basically end up left dangling somewhere in space.

              • clockwindingdown

I hear you, it does get old but at least they have a voice! One does get the feeling from time to time that we are being played and the talking heads on both sides are laughing behind our collective backs.

The left has the infrastructure and they stick to the point. They have driven a wedge in the conservatives, or so it would appear. If the conservatives would organize half as much as the left and support each other we could make some progress.

At this point when I hear someone on the right in politics saying they are going to do something I think to myself, “Yeah sure you are, I’ll believe that when I see it”, save of course for a few. They have done a good job of crying wolf the past few years! It really only takes a small core group of talking heads to coming together an aligning their ideas to have a positive affect that can quickly become infectious…

        • colliemum

You’re right – listening doesn’t solve the problem.
And you’re right that there is a large swathe of Americans who’ve turned into gimme people, sitting on their behinds. After all, that’s how the POS won.

But – there are the grass roots, the TEA Partiers who didn’t wait for a leader. I think it is wrong to say they’ve all dispersed now, have given up. I think they are invading the local GOPs, are setting up their own networks, and are preparing for what is coming, without fanfare.

Finally – all those gimme-people would never get off their couches even if Mark Levin were to broadcast ever such brilliant action plans.
However – I suspect that if people come to Mark Levin with a plan, he’d broadcast it far and wide.

          • The CFP didn’t wait for a leader either mum. But I do wish folks like Levin and others who have a platform would remember that most of us ‘little folks’ sometimes need a hand getting new ideas out. I can’t say the CFP is the way to go- but it’s solidly founded on the Founders and the Constitution, and seriously, I wish he’d listen when folks have been contacting him. Sigh. sorry- pity rant over lol. 😉

            • colliemum

              You rant away, dear ABiC!

All I can say from here is – never give up, and persist: send it to him again and again, pester him (in the politest way possible, natch!), tell him there are now even more followers, and you all value his input.

Get all who’ve signed up to write to him, so it’s not just you, and so it shows you are all serious about this.

              • Thanks mum. We’ll keep on doing it 🙂 Someone’s bound to get annoyed so much that they HAVE to look at it!

          • Orangeone

I didn’t say that the Tea Party people have disbursed but this country is majority gimme and is growing on that side daily.  The Tea Party supported Scott Brown, he voted with the Dems the majority of the time.  The Tea Party supported Marco Rubio and he is an amnesty guy and attached to the Bush family. Yes Ted Cruz was also supported by the Tea Party and the jury is still out on him.  He sidestepped the question on illegal aliens in his interview, although his other positions were good.
There are many people who have given up because the giant is too big to fight and they are busy with their lives to try and figure out what to do.  I have NEVER seen any information in MN from the Tea Party, none at all.  Maybe we don’t count because it’s a blue state. Michele Bachmann received ZERO support from the GOP and reached outside of her district for help during the 2012 election.
I don’t know if you follow Levin on Twitter or Pirro either but just tweeting a link to his show like Pirro does and asking us to RT would help spread the message to those on the fence and those now upset with their god who raised their taxes.  And for goodness sake, he would ask us to follow his Foundation that is doing something!

            • colliemum

Yes, I follow him on twitter, and you’re right, he doesn’t tweet that his show is on – he only tweets stuff he’s read, and his facebook sometimes.

Perhaps he’s not yet twitter-savvy enough? Perhaps we should send him some tweets about that …

            • sybilll

Love ya to death Orange, but what you are describing is wishing for the resurrection of Ronald Wilson Reagan. I think Sarah Palin came closest to his reincarnation, and she was destroyed. Even if someone could fill his shoes, the country has changed. I think the best we can hope for is a Conservative coaliltion army. Mark Levin is part of that army. You have some very constructive criticisms that deserve attention. Mark works full time at Landmark, THEN does his 3 hour radio show. There must be some valid reason why he does not promote it more often (other than he has hard work to do, and has a life, and a radio show). I know he values Scoop tremendously, so perhaps one day the two can discuss this. As passionately as Mark is about saving this country, I’ve got to assume he is doing everything within his physical and technological abilities to save it.

    • Ray

It is the same with all of the talking heads, Limbaugh, Hannity, Ingraham, et al. They have gotten rich off of us buying the products they pander, yet, what are they doing, what organizations have they personally started to put an end to this tyranny? They should be helping fund constitutional law organizations who will immediately file federal lawsuits against congress when they do not present a budget on the date they are required by law to do and get a judge to impose penalties upon the leadership who refuse to do what the constitution requires them to do. If the president limits the 2nd amendment then they should be filing a lawsuit to have it thrown out.
I don’t have the money to do this, and that is what Obama is banking on for most of us to just lay down and take it.

      • poljunkie

The radio hosts you just identified are all good conservatives! A few are better than others but they have a place to fill on the radio but without them, we would be even worse off. Think of the “fairness doctrine.”

The difference with Mark is that he has actually been in Government as well. Aside from Laura being an Attorney, I dont think most of the others have similar experiences.

Mark Levin started as first being elected to a school board.
Levin served as advisor to several members of President Ronald Reagan’s cabinet, eventually becoming Associate Director of Presidential Personnel and ultimately Chief of Staff to Attorney General Edwin Meese.

Mark Levin also served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Elementary and Secondary Education at the U.S. Department of Education, and Deputy Solicitor of the U.S. Department of the Interior.

When he speaks, I listen, because he typically knows what he is talking about.

        • Ray

BUT, talking theory is NOT doing. We need talking doers.

          • poljunkie

I said the same, we agree—see comment “18 min ago.”

          • colliemum

May I respectfully suggest that you need doers, in your local communities, first and foremost.

You are Americans, you don’t need to wait until someone tells you what to do. You are capable of being leaders, until there’s a better one around whom you elect.

You should have the confidence to ‘do’, at the grassroots, because that is the great American tradition.

        • aposematic

Didn’t know about Levin’s DoEd time; but, both are on my list of Dept/Agency terminations that the American people would never know were gone…except their employees and teachers of course.

      • How do you know they aren’t?

        • Ray

We would know because they would tell us! And ask for our contributions as well.

          • Not necessarily. I have been listening to Rush since he was in Sacramento and he does a lot that he doesn’t ask others to participate in. Remember they still have to earn a living so they have to be careful.

      • Orangeone

        I agree.

      • Levin founded Landmark Legal Foundation. It is one of of those “constitutional law organizations who will immediately file federal lawsuits against congress when they do not present a budget on the date they are required by law to do and get a judge to impose penalties upon the leadership who refuse to do what the constitution requires them to do.” And if you listen to his show, you can hear occasionaly hear him talk about what it’s involved in. Hee just doesn’t like to brag about it.

      • proudhispanicconservative

What is your problem with them getting rich, you sound like another liberal that hates success, I for one have no problem with them becoming rich for doing what they do, which is pretty good if you ask me.

        • Ray

I have no problem about getting rich, what I have a problem with is we are getting them rich by being loyal to their endorsed products. It was the rich who FUNDED the war of independence, they put their money where their independent mouths were.

It has been a problem for conservatives to let go of their money in the recent past to get conservative issues at the forefront. Why are there no conservative filming studios, aside from the Christian film companies like PureFlix and Sherwood. Unless you believe conservatives are not talented, why are there none represented on network television?

      • Good day Ray,

No we need to stop talking trash behind a key board . During the 60’s we to it to the street’s in a Peaceful protest against the Viet Nam War. It is time to take it to the street’s again this summer. Chating to a monitor hasn’t worked.

        VN Viet

    • Mark is one of the VERY RARE FEW who will get out and actually back, by name, conservative (especially primary!) candidates. He did so with Marco Rubio, and Ted Cruz, and Sharon Angle, and on and on. He wrote Liberty & Tyranny, which listed a “Conservative Manifesto” for like-minded patriots to use as a guide. He wrote Ameritopia, giving a better historical and philosophical perspective of this Great Republic than any other book I have ever read.

He has consistently been at the forefront for filing legal briefs and actual lawsuits against things like Obamacare and fights the 4th Branch (as he calls it) via his Landmark Legal Foundation.

To say Mark Levin, of ALL people, needs to “do more” is to be frighteningly ignorant of all that he DOES do for this nation.

      • Orangeone

We can agree to disagree.  Yes he uses the power of the microphone, he got behind Marco Rubio (amnesty guy btw).  He does alot to communicate but doesn’t provide action items for his listeners.  And if you read my post, I am asking the question not telling him he has to do anything.

        • I think what you are seeing is a lot of frustration on the part of people who don’t know what to do short of taking up arms. This is why I have said we are witnessing the run up to the Civil War. The same buttons are being pushed repeatedly.

          • Orangeone

I absolutely agree with you Laurel.  I hope there is an intervening step to Civil War but maybe there isn’t.  When NO ONE in Congress will stop the tyranny, I must conclude that they are all part of it.  That is sad for this country.

            • Take a look at history. Technically speaking we are a young country and are overdue for another civil war. It is inevitable and I think that is why Jefferson stated “The tree of Liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is it’s natural manure.”

Trouble is a civil war in this country in this century will see foreign intervention and quite possibly hit a world scale. There would be no USA when all is said and done.

            • aposematic

    • Check out Landmark Legal Foundation to see what he’s doing. And I think he has some other things in the works.

      • Orangeone

It would be great if he would be mentioning this on his show.  I don’t have cable and didn’t even know this guy existed until I stumbled on to this site.  I follow him on Twitter too but have never seen him tweet a link to his foundation. Those are simple things he could do, and those of us on Twitter can do to help spread an action list.

    • marketcomp

Hold -up! Neither you nor anyone on this thread are forced to listen to any Conservative radio host or television Host for that matter. If it were not for these people we would NOT know 75% of what we now! I can say that Mark Levin is leading and was in the fight against Obama care, the EPA, illegal immigration, the teachers union in WI, and much much more. Including being apart of the Reagan Administration and enlightening us about the communist moves that they saw even then. All of these people decipher the information for us to inform us of what’s going on. Moreover, getting the information to the citizen is more than half the battle. The problem is that the LOW INFORMATION voter is the Republican establishment who has no no earthy fight in them and do not know how go up against a tyrannical acting President. These RINOs are impotent for dealing with this Marxist-Lenist President and that’s where the problem is. We need to remove these RINOs and find candidates like Ted Cruz who can craft legislation and push back twice as hard against the marxists and the GOPe.

      • BRAVO!

However orangeone has a valid question. It is a question I have asked of others here at RS.

        • GeneEdwards

you, obviously, have never listened to his show and yet you assume he doesn’t do enough.

      • colliemum

        Nice one, marketcomp!

      • Orangeone

I’m not sure why you think I am attacking Levin or his message, I am asking a simple question, what does he want people to do.  You are assuming I have been on this site for decades and listened to Levin for even longer, both are untrue. See my other posts.

        • That is a fair point – you can’t go back and by osmosis absorb what those of us who have been with Mark for years and years already have heard/already know.

Here are some things he has suggested that we can DO:

          1) join your local TEA Party
          2) work with your local conservative/TEA Party Republicans to take over your local Republican caucus – replace local establishment types with local conservative patriots
          3) run for, or support the run of CONSERVATIVES for, your local school board – work toward breaking up the power structure of the marxists when it comes to indoctrinating our children
          4) talk to and engage EVERYONE you meet – family, neighbors, friends, co-workers; if they are mistaken or misinformed or believe the “Big Lies”, correct them – give them your books (like Mark’s Liberty & Tyranny) and
          5) identify and support conservatives (especially those who primary RINOs) at the state and federal level

These are only a few of the ideas he’s presented. Read Mark’s “Conservative Manifesto” here:

          I sincerely hope this helps.

        • marketcomp

Orangeone, you seem wise and informed to me. But, I thought it was irresponsible to make a comment like that devaluing host including Mark Levin and his role in helping to save this Republic. But, I apologize to you for assuming that you listen and understand Mark as well as most who are huge fans of Mark and RS. Your blanket statement seem to be criticizing Conservatives. Now granted not all are like Mark Levin but they are individuals and not a monolithic group who carry the republican water, unlike Obama, democrats and the drones. We arm ourselves with information and Mark, Rush, and in some instances Sean and Laurel Ingram help in that effort. It’s the RINOs who cannot explain anything nor even articulate the neither the republican or conservative message. Additionally, we have allowed terrorist and marxist like Bill Ayers to take over the schools and the educational sectors in our society. Look, looking at how guns were confiscated in Australia the Republicans, in particular the Conservatives, literally carry the weight of the world on their shoulders. Communists rule the world and the last frontier is the United States of America and that makes out future uncertain.

        • I believe he wants his listeners to first, learn (Liberty & Tyranny for example) and second, to go out in your local community and find out who you can support or at least what people running for various elections stand for when you do vote. See what is going on locally is where the ‘battle’ begins. Do you know who is on your local school board, or have you attended any school board meetings lately, etc. Agenda 21 is also a big issue that can be tackled locally by informing people what “sustainable growth” means and how it is being implemented. He also has recommended forming your own TP group or one like it with your friends, biz associates, etc. The key point is that it’s about getting informed / active in your community first.

          Link to his website:
You could also try contacting him or his show and ask your questions directly. 🙂

        • John Rutledge

I’ve listened to Mark for years. He is constantly talking about what people can do, what he does. He gets aggravated because people call and ask him what they can do when he has said so, so many times. However after the election it is becoming apparent that the things we could do in the past to affect change are no longer working. I think Mark knows what needs to be done to save the Republic but he cannot say it without being thrown off the air.

That “fury” inside of him that he doesn’t want to articulate to people is a fury burning inside of me as well and I am sure it is burning within millions of patriots.

You really have no right to ask more of Mark, Orangeone. There is very few people alive today that have done more for our freedom. If the founding fathers were alive today I am sure he would be embraced by them.

However to answer your question Mark is often talking about what we can do, what he is doing and asks people to follow him on twitter and facebook during the show.

Finally if you read Liberty and Tyranny and Ameritopia he lays out what needs to be done to restore the Republic. Look at the end of Liberty and Tyranny. I’m afraid that plan will never be able to be enacted though. Not unless something drastic has happened. The government has become so powerful that it’s power corrupts almost everyone we send up there. They all want to be part of the new Ruling Class. They are all waiting to be the modern day Duke, Duchess, Earls and Barons.

        • Yeah, one of your posts was to dismiss a counterpoint and say you were headed back to the Dem party. You lost credibility at that point and became a troll.

      • aposematic

At this point we need several hundred Ted Cruz’s in Congress and a 100 Million followers just to dent the Marxists current stronghold over our Government. That’s why its so frustrating. Some are doing a lot, some what they can, but nothing seems to be working…we would at least win a battle every now and then but now we are told we won a battle simply because we didn’t all get killed. We are loosing…and loosing more and more every day. It is frustrating to witness…

        • marketcomp

You know people who have a very special set of skills, like lawyers, are responsible for getting us into this mess but I think can take the lead in getting us out of this mess. It’s just that right now the GOP has no Constitutionally driven lawyers who are also ideologically conservative driven. There are only two and is much more aggressive than the other. Meanwhile, the entire democrat party is full of corrupt lawyers, Obama being one of them, who are always maneuvering, scheming, manipulating, and finding ways to obstruct and destruct the Constitution.

    • aposematic

Levin does back conservative candidates, his backing reaches a lot of people. On the other, a lawsuit would be nice as I often wonder why there hasn’t 1000’s files and heard yet. But lawsuits are expensive and wqe woud be paying all three parties to any lawsuit. Watching Boehner get skinned could be fun with beer and chips.

    • GeneEdwards

you love listening to him? he mentions Landmark Legal Foundation nightly; he talks about Hillsdale College and their free constitutional seminars so people can be educated.

Do you really listen? I have my doubts.

    • Levin has filed numerous lawsuits against this administration through Landmark Legal Foundation. Levin is President of Landmark Legal and is quite often the tip of the spear against these radical leftists subverting the constitution at every turn.

    • outofsteam

Let me say I really like Levin. However, he has no solution. We have to stand tough, vote the rhinos out of office, call our reps.,let our voices be heard, get out there and stump for our guy. He’s only one man. What CAN he do? I personally don’t know what else I can do. I post, forward articles, made phone calls for the man running for office I hope will win(he didn’t..the dem/lib Paul Tonko did),put campaigns on my lawn and the result? No change.

    • Constance

I believe Levin has already done most of that, hasn’t he? Landmark Legal Foundation was involved in the Obamacare Supreme Court fiasco, as well as continuous ongoing lawsuits they file on behalf of the rest of us all the time against the federal government and its agencies. He constantly brings on conservative candidates and supports them – without Levin, there would be no Ted Cruz in office. He publicly chastises Boehner and the rest of the GOP on a continuous basis. I’m not sure what else we could reasonably expect him to do.

  • If we had a Republican leader (Speaker, majority whip, whatever) with ONE TENTH the Conservative cojones of The Great One, I would feel MUCH better about our chances of actually effectuating some REAL resistance to the Thugocracy emanating from the White House.

  • Ray

“Once we lose the Constitution, and we are losing it big…..” We are in big trouble, why don’t more people get it?

    • aposematic

That has been asked a thousand times on this site and many others and a thousand answers have been posted. I believe the bottom line is we are now at a point where at least half of the American people really do believe right is wrong and wrong is right. In there minds they do get it, they are right and you are wrong.

  • poljunkie

Mark Levin is someone who’s sentiment is so close to what i’m thinking most of the time.

I know he is heard by like minded people daily. Thats fantastic.

I sooo wish he could be encouraged to run for a position where he could help restore our Country back to her Greatness.

    • With a president that goes around anything he doesn’t like and unilaterally makes decisions, and issues executive orders like a dictator, what could he do in office? obama needs to be FIRED. The American people need to care of this… They must band together and start a revolution while they still can…

      • poljunkie

Well for a start, he’d be much better than a lot of the place holder nincompoops we have now that are lifers, collecting a salary and a bunch of perks.

  • Ray

“Just because he (Obama) won the election, does not mean, he does not have to follow the constitution.” Why isn’t there some sort of suit being taken against his office if he does these things.

    • Constance

Because the republicans are derelict in their duty. If they don’t do anything about Obama, then Obama will continue on as he is. People we elect, who don’t answer to us anymore, are not representatives. They are dictators. The GOP has become useless and complicit in the destruction of our country. They do nothing but make speeches and promises and pass useless bills out of the House that go nowhere. If they continue to do nothing, Obama will eventually destroy this entire country.

  • I know and understand exactly how Mark Levin feels and thinks.

  • I think what Orangeone is getting at is what is the next step beyond ranting and railing?

It is the same question I hear at blog after blog. Reality is unless our elected Republicans stand up and bombard Obama, Democrats, and the media nothing will be done.

    • colliemum

Yes indeed – but it is up to you, who elected them, to hold their feet to the fire.
Get together with friends, and agree on a letter-writing campaign: who writes when. Inundate them.
Get you local community involved, the more the better. Tell them that donations will dwindle if they don’t do as you ask them to.
They serve you – not you them!
Teach them that elections have consequences for them as well: they got two or six more years to serve thanks to you, so they better deliver: the next elections will inevitably come.

      • Oh I do. I am in a minority in my district however I do donate and as the saying goes…”money talks BS walks’.

  • NJK

Mark would make a fine General.

  • C-Ann-C

Couldn’t see/hear the interview posted on this page. Where is it? Why didn’t it show up on my browser? I’m using IE9 and I usually get all the videos on websites, why not this one? I like hearing Mark Levin as much as possible; he tells the real truth, the real answers, the real condencending tribulations of our time and he tells it like we want to tell it to every American we meet. If every American has these same feelings as Mark Levin, then why aren’t we doing someting about this government and this President?

    • marketcomp

Fantastic! Thank you, Laurel for sharing that! This is sooo over due.

      • You are welcome. I hope people know it will go nowhere since Republicans have one part of one branch of government but I for one would personally like to see them make a concerted effort even knowing it will fail. It shows they are listening and understand the complete and utter frustration of the people of this country.

        • marketcomp

That’s all we ask, Laurel! Is that they understand and hopefully we act for them and vote out these Marxist and corrupt bastards.

          • I think this country has gotten fat, lazy and stupid. I think it’s going to take a lot more before people cry uncle and wake up. the smarter ones already have but much more are slow to wake up. A humbling for this country is coming IMO.

    • colliemum

Thanks for the link – but why threaten? Why not do it already?

      Grrrrowlll …

      • Because Obama hasn’t made a move yet on 2nd Amendment. When he does let’s see if the guy follows through.

  • 34543353454

LOL Love Mark Levin. He’s awesome. We need MORE like him. We need people like him in our Government…fighting for America

  • ernst1776

The real question is “what are you going to do about it?” None of our radio folks are leaders, they are talkers.

    • Constance

Being talkers is their role. It is what they are best at. They inform and motivate the rest of us. We can either listen and act, or we can listen and, well, listen. Levin, Rush, Hannity – their gift is their ability to instruct and tell us. We are responsible for what we do with that information.

    • StrangernFiction

I agree completely. At some point you need answers. Here’s the best chance we have IMHO. States have to tell DC to FVCK OFF!

  • Your beloved Dark Penguin has been talking about this Imperial democracy for the past few months. In guess there are some out there that want to be ruled by our betters, not me. The leeches in our society have, for better or worse, put a man in office who has not a clue on how to do the job. He likes the perks and I’d not be surprised if he tried to find a way to stay in power after this term. He laughs at the constitution and at us and does as he pleases via executive order. He’s asking for another American revolution. I believe it is not long in coming.

  • It’s funny how sometimes we come across something/someone that we’ve never heard of before. I guess it’s a symptom of the simply massive amount of media and information we all have access to. As to Levin making mention of Landmark Legal, he mentions it from time to time, and draws source material for his show from said firm, but he is a very modest fellow, and prefers not to “toot his own horn” so to speak. Preferring rather to highlight others’ good (and bad) works. Personally I think it speaks volumes to the man’s character.

  • Agree with Mark, but Congress needs to get ahead of Obama and put stuff on his desk and make HIM react.

    • aposematic

Agree! Cannot for the life of me understand why the House hasn’t already sent a Middle Class tax cut to the Senate…boggles the mind…

  • Sober_Thinking

    Mark Levin rocks so much.

We need honesty and he’s one of the few who always gets it right and doesn’t pull punches.

    Impeach Obama now.

  • stage9

    FINALLY, his voice gets out!

  • Mark Levin a sound voice in an insane world.

  • martha chandler

I lost my mom the day after the elections, I felt I was mourning for my mom and the loss of this great country of ours. I don’t watch TV or read the papers, but I listen to Mark every night. He gave me hope. I know we’ve suffered a severe blow and we may never get rid of BO, maybe I’ll never see a Republican president again in my lifetime, but I’m not prepared to give up – not yet.

    • Constance

Losing mom is tough. I lost mine in 1998, and it still feels like yesterday. I’m sorry you lost yours so recently. I have a plaque in my kitchen with a Winston Churchill quote that never grows old for me – If you are going through hell, keep going.

  • Mark Levin, a sane voice in an insane world.

  • sjmom

Is it too much to ask to have a Republican who will stand with Mark and us and speak out about what Obama is doing? Apparently.

    • Rocco11

Boehner would, but he’s booked up with tanning appointments until April…

    • celestiallady

Exactly. Are there no men there with a backbone?

      • Rocco11

Men yes, but what happened to Michelle Bachmann? She’s been quiet as a church mouse..

        • Constance

I wondered about that too. Was she silenced when Boehner was re-elected to Speaker? Did her so-called conservative colleagues throw her under the rug like they did the rest of us?

    • PVG

      Ted Cruz!

  • WeStillMatter

I will commit some time to reading people’s views and their beliefs that they write down, or speak about, but I am much more interested in what compels them to actually act on their convictions. That is where ‘We The People’ take over.

  • No one has tried to wake the leftists from their Utopian coma more than Levin. Apparently not enough of them listen to talk radio. Levin delivers the goods. Unfortunately the vast majority of Obama voters would not be able to articulate the fundamental difference between Joseph Stalin and Ronald Reagan if their Obama phones depended on it…

    • Rocco11

      He’s competing against Santa Claus.

  • Obama always says that “We’ll have a conversation” about this or that, but he never, ever, does. I don’t know if we have the people in Congress to stand up to this man, but unless we find them real fast, we’ll lose what little rights we have left. We need a man like Allen West right now. I hope he gets elected to something real soon. If not, it really will be the end of liberty as we know it.

    • M_J_S

I’m sure we’ll get rid of obama before that happens my friend.

      • martha chandler

From your mouth to God’s ears.

    • celestiallady

Somebody need s to step up to the plate and fight this despicable bully child. Good grief what are they afraid of? Oh guess we know the answer to that!

  • He makes me smile!

  • syvyn11

This interview made my last hour of dialysis bearable. But of course, just seeing Megyn read the yellow pages is relaxing.

    • Constance

Oh dear. Dialysis? I’m sending good thoughts and a sincere prayer your way. Keep strong and keep spirits up as best as you can.

      • syvyn11

        Thank you.

  • PVG

Mark makes this regime barely bearable! What would we do without him? God bless him and keep him healthy!

  • clesly

Remember the old saying, “Actions speak louder than words”? I think NOTHING could be more true right now! I am ready, willing and able to go wherever….. Why don’t we all gather in front of the White House and hold up signs saying YOU’RE FIRED or ENOUGH. How about IMPEACH or LIAR ! Then we can hit congress and do the same (although my sign would say GROW A PAIR!)! The point is to take action…we can sit and type all day but as long as the Libs and the Sleeze Bag don’t see any action they’ll think we’ve rolled over and given up! I want my country back! My first grandchild was born in October. Her father is a Marine who is married to my daughter. I was there when she was born. I PROMISED her that I wouldn’t let anything happen to her….and that I was going to do EVERYTHING in my power to change the direction this country has taken! I’ve asked God for guidance and to have mercy on us! But I truly believe that if we pull together for the common good, we can change the outcome of this horrific plan the “Haters of America” have implemented! GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

    • TexasPGRRider

Congrats on becoming a grandfather c! At 62, with 6 grandchildren of my own, even tho I have been divorced since 1979, I can attest you will have a dimensional spiritual enhancement which will inspire you to strive to be a better person. Keep you Faith Strong and hug that grandchild and say “I Love You” EVERY chance you get!!! Thank your son-in-law for me for my FREEDOM!!! May the Good Lord BLESS our Troops wherever they are and America !!! Let us know when you want to go to DC….you won`t be alone bro…………

  • Snoop8765

    Levin is 100% right!!

  • madnessofjack

I know this is off topic…..but Ruger has a “take action” page to send a message to our representatives that gun owners take their gun rights seriously and wont stand idly by as the “progressives” seek to cripple the 2nd amendment.

    Please help.

… I still believe the re election of your DEAR LEADER PART II was completely FIXED !”

    • Constance

Me too. I will go to my grave believing that Obama won by fraud. It didn’t make sense to anyone when Romney lost, did it. There was a reason. Obama isn’t as loved as we are led to believe, and I do not believe he had the votes to win. Not legitimate votes. Call me a conspiracy nut and a right-wing loon. I believe this down to my bones.

      • TexasPGRRider

Seems like I heard Romney won all the states where a photo ID was required to vote. Also NBC, I think, slipped up in a story and broadcast a win by BO the day before the election. Don`t know for sure……….

  • Constance

Great interview. If only we had even one republican politician would would talk this way about Obama publicly and never let up. Even one.

  • 1endtimes2020

Obama. The Great deceiver and pretender. Out to destroy the economy, the military, disarm citizens, set us up for stopping oil imports while blocking oil develoment from the U.S. and Canada. Attack Christianity and make the U.S. vulnerable to muslim attacks from within.
A man that went to communist school in Chicago. How did Democrats pull this guy out from the woodwork? The Republicans should have exposed him a long time ago. Why they haven’t is a very serious puzzle. There has to be a reason behind it.

  • Love me some Mark Levin.

  • PatrickHenrysBody

It’s up to Constitution-loving Americans to smack down leftist doublespeak and propaganda. Mark, Rush, Sean, and others cannot do it alone. I have to debunk leftist lies daily where I work and most people respect my position and can see for themselves what leftist global authoritarians are doing to the U.S. I have written letters and E-mails to my state’s representatives on the local, state, and federal level several times. I have called their offices. I don’t care if they read or listen or not. I will keep on doing it ad nauseum! I will not relent! I will not roll over and die! I will not go away, damn it! I will fight tooth and nail! I might not be able to do as much as others, but I will not let a mealy-mouthed, arrogant, pompous wannabe tyrant like Zero to drive this country into the ground. I’m sick of the creep. It is disgusting to me that we have to live through four more years of this fool’s crap. There are people who think Zero is a good person, politics aside. I DO NOT! His personal life and his political life are INTERTWINED!!! He has been conditioned, prepped, groomed, whatever to turn our country into a banana socialist republic. If a person asked me to choose between the iron fist of a tyrant and the most horrible death possible, I choose death! It’s NO LIFE at all living under tyranny! Just ask those who have lived under such tyranny. With all of that being said, I have to wake up early in the morning so that I may pay for entitlements of those who are mostly undeserving of them. Thank you and good night!

  • anneinarkansas

My husband and I watched that yesterday on Megyn’s show. We share Mark Levin’s anger over the Imperial Presidency.

I am scared, truly scared for the first time in my life (almost 40) that this country is in big, big trouble from debt, deficits, Iran, but also that this president won’t leave office in 2017- and that scares the hell out of me. This is an evil person.

How much longer will the pResident’s approval stay above fifty percent as more and more of his grabs for more assets to squander and more power with which to do it? Or, if we can’t guess when, what tipping points will send his approval spiraling down? This depends on Dems waking up and feeling kind of squished, so I s’pose it will take some months….

  • The following is my response to the NRSC in a request to aid in the upcoming 2014 elections for the U.S. Senate:

Sorry, not interested…you guys have ZERO backbone. obama makes you look like fools at every turn – grow a pair! No chance that you won’t give him the debt ceiling increase – either directly, or indirectly. Furthermore, he just trampled all over the second amendment, and the GOP could care less. And you want my money??! LOL.

The imperial dynasty will be crushed under its own weight, stay tuned!
