BillO smears Reagan on immigration, Mark Levin corrects the record

BillO has been saying for the last couple of nights that Reagan broke his promise to secure the border, saying that he signed a bill but then didn’t follow through. Tonight one of his emailers called him on it but BillO doubled down:

Obviously if BillO had done his homework, he would have realized that Reagan fully intended to secure the border, but the Democrats refused to fund it after he signed the bill.
