CNN’s Jim Acosta asked a dumb question today in the press briefing and subsequently got schooled by Mick Mulvaney on why he calls it the Schumer Shutdown.

Acosta is just another activist reporter and one that, quite frankly, is an embarrassment to CNN. But apparently they love him so much they give him a promotion recently.
