UPDATED – BOOM! Sarah Palin rips GOP Establishment over amnesty bill

Sarah Palin posted the image below on her Facebook today and it pretty much speaks for itself:

I love it, especially the last line. Truth!

UPDATE: Here’s the full article from which Sarah Palin’s quote above came from:

Please take a look at the article linked below to understand how the amnesty bill the Senate passed yesterday is a sad betrayal of working class Americans of every ethnicity who will see their wages lowered and their upward mobility lowered too. And yet we still do not have a secured border. This Senate-approved amnesty bill rewards lawbreakers and won’t solve any problems – as the CBO report notes that millions of more illegal immigrants will continue to flood the U.S. in coming years.

Great job, GOP establishment. You’ve just abandoned the Reagan Democrats with this amnesty bill, and we needed them to “enlarge that tent” of which you so often speak. It’s depressing to consider that the House of Representatives is threatening to pass some version of this nonsensical bill in the coming weeks.

Once again, I’ll point out the obvious to you: it was the loss of working class voters in swing states that cost us the 2012 election, not the Hispanic vote. Legal immigrants respect the rule of law and can see how self-centered a politician must be to fill this amnesty bill with favors, earmarks, and crony capitalists’ pork, and call it good. You disrespect Hispanics with your assumption that they desire ignoring the rule of law.

Folks like me are barely hanging on to our enlistment papers in any political party – and it’s precisely because flip-flopping political actions like amnesty force us to ask how much more bull from both the elephants in the Republican Party and the jackasses in the Democrat Party we have to swallow before these political machines totally abandon the average commonsense hardworking American. Now we turn to watch the House. If they bless this new “bi-partisan” hyper-partisan devastating plan for amnesty, we’ll know that both private political parties have finally turned their backs on us. It will then be time to show our parties’ hierarchies what we think of being members of either one of these out-of-touch, arrogant, and dysfunctional political machines.

Nailed it as usual. Please run for the US Senate SP. The country needs you, Cruz, Lee and a few more to run these RINOS out of politics!

    • RefudiateGOPe

Longiron I disagree. We are better off if she’s out there helping more Cruz’s and Lee’s.

  • deTocqueville1

As always, Palins says it succinctly. There will be a war against those RINOs in 2014 and beyond. I hope every one of them is primaried including the ones like McConnell and Boehner who support bad policy and legislative initiatives while using conservative speak.

We do have some good candidates that run in the rprimaries, but most folks don’t vote in the primaries!

  • PhillyCon

She is so on the money with this one!  The GOP establishment won’t get what she is saying though, it’s over their collective heads.
They are too busy taking political advice from liberals in the media.  So, Palin is speaking Chinese to those running the GOP.  What a train wreck … and to think John Avlon is calling Lindsey Graham a “profile in courage.”

  • colliemum

This is not OT, and IMHO it is not a coincidence.
Today, a Tory MP called for an amnesty for illegal immigrants here in the UK, using the arguments we’ve heard from Rubio and the Gang of 8:
    http://www.independent.co.uk/voices/comment/a-radical-change-to-tory-immigration-policy-could-transform-shared-values-into-ethnic-minority-votes-8677549.html
Another Tory repudiates him: http://conservativehome.blogs.com/platform/2013/06/sir-andrew-green.html again with the sort of arguments someone like Sen Cruz and now Sarah Palin have been using.
When I look at such seeming coincidences (the case of ‘gay marriage’ is another example), I begin to wonder if the famous tinfoil-hat-brigade does perhaps have a point with their remarks about Bilderberg conference and similar things.

    • Orangeone

colliemumAnd then his homosexuality agenda.  Well, telling other countries to change their laws to suit his latest turncoat behavior isn’t working out so well.  One of those countries has legalized polygamy.  Surely that will be next on Obama’s hit list. http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Peace/2013/06/27/Obama-Lectures-Africa-on-Gay-Marriage-Earns-Rebuke-on-Death-Penalty

  • Orangeone

My question is simple. Where were the law-abiding Hispanics speaking out against massive amnesty?  I heard from and saw ZERO!

    • Laurel A

Orangeone I don’t know but my neighbors as well as Hispanic family members are. the media has agenda so it’s possible they won’t cover anyone opposing them.

      • Laurel A

Orangeone Kitty I’m going to add that by Sarah Palin adding that sentence about Hispanics is precisely how you win them over.
As we see from the Zimmerman trail that has now become the Trayvon trial we have a whole race of people tha have developed so separately from the rest of the country that we might as well be speaking different languages. We simply cannot afford for that o happen yet again.

        • Orangeone

Laurel A Orangeone I understand where she is coming from and don’t disagree but if they felt that way, where the heck were they?  There is new media yet darn near zip on Twitter, which links to FaceBook.

Orangeone Laurel A I wouldn’t be too quick just yet on this. Often times though the message the media wants you to hear is the only message. Not everyone utilizes FB or Twitter. I know I don’t…EVER. Nor will I ever.

You are right, they don’t and won’t cover them.
After our governor signed our illegal immigration bill a couple of years ago my friend wanted to speak to the press about the illegal that tried to rape her (and probably would have killed her with the knife he had….she gets death threats from his brother now) the press said “NO” to her request! They actually admitted that wasn’t their “agenda”!!
Heck, our local paper and “news” outlets haven’t even mention this amnesty bill get passed in the Senate! They did run a story on what ingredients are in our makeup though!

        • Laurel A

Keyes Laurel A Orangeone Keyes I have a theory that probably can only be proven by God but I think as civilizations get wealthy they become weak. Weak of mind, body, and spirit. That is why agendas pop up because those that are weak need reassurance in all that they do so they force the issue because implementation in their mind makes it right. I think that is why civilizations fall as well. Weakness. And remember weakness comes in a lot of forms and at a lot of levels. Now it doesn’t mean we should all become communist and poor…and actually the Bible is against communism in it’s true form hence the reason communists hate religion. Mankind needs to overcome the hurdle of wealth that breeds immorality and create wealth that breeds morality. It could be that is why Christ said :It is easier to thread a camel through the eye of a needle than a rich man to get into heaven”. Of course that text and been misused and abused.

When a person is objective it is because they are confident. They are confident in themselves and confident in life so objectivity doesn’t cost them a thing.

Keyes Laurel A Orangeone Also I am sorry for your friend. You have been warned.”

She paid her property taxes of 400 something dollars and got a notice that she still owed over 800 more dollars! She spoke with the governor and the governor’s office intervened and the local gov’t said it was just an honest mistake.
She has had a local city official go onto her property with a metal detector and they continue to harass her and tell her to remove things from her yard that have been there for years.

    • Stehekin912

I used two clothespins on my nose to vote for Romney last election.  I did that for the sake of America.  I will not vote for anyone I have to use any clothespins to vote for again…. for the same reason.

      • clubgitmo

Stehekin912 You and me both and obviously many others. Just look at last 2 GOP nominees. Just sickening although Romney has more class than that loser McCain.

    • K-Bob

clubgitmo A third party doesn’t stand a payer’s chance in hell.  This isn’t 1860, where the two parties had yet to freeze out all possible competition.  Right now, if you had one Billion US dollars, and a team of ten high-powered lawyers and experienced lobbyists working for free, you would take a decade or more to get that new part on all fifty state’s ballots.
We don’t have a decade. No matter what any Republican says.
We have to take over an existing party. Our choices are Dem, Republican, or Libertarian.
The Libertarians aren’t going to go quietly, and neither will the Dems.
We do have one other path.  We pick one man, and vote for him no matter what.  It’s how George Washington was elected.
You vote for that one man (and, by the way, you DO NOT push a VP candidate on him–let him choose), and once he’s elected, you form your third party. That’s the one path to a third party that has a chance of working in time to save the Republic.
I started by saying VOTE WEST in this endeavor.  I’ll stick by that.  (The one possible way I might change my mind would be to select Cruz instead.)
If anyone has a better idea, let’s hear it.  But starting a third party is a long-term endeavor only. We don’t have that much time.

      • clubgitmo

K-Bob clubgitmo All as I know I will never vote for a Romney, McCain type of candidate ever again. I’ll write in a candidate, never vote for a liberal but I’m done with the GOP.

      • lanahi

K-Bob clubgitmo  I think Sarah might better run Independent and, like you said, form a third party later.  But it is also possible, if she were elected president, that the GOP could also be turned back to the right and we wouldn’t need a third party.

And the “only Romney can win” crowd is busy defending Rubio (look at his conservative ratings!!11!1!) and saying how Reagan “sold out” many times.  Apparently, that is justification to double-down on mistakes Reagan made. Oh, and guess who said this:
In 1986 Ronald Reagan granted amnesty to 3 million people. You know what happened, in addition to becoming 11 million a decade later? There were people trying to enter the country legally, who had done the paperwork, who were here legally, who were going through the process, who claimed, all of a sudden, ‘No, no no no , I’m illegal.’ Because it was easier to do the amnesty program than it was to do the legal process. […]
Only after you deal with illegal immigration in a serious way — seal the border and the visa problem — can you then create a legal immigration system that works

    • strangernfiction

luvmy3suns Anyone at this point that argues Rubio is a conservative is part of the problem.

  • lawngreen

Sarah, I respect you. I respected you more before you abandoned conservatives by declining to run for president, after a long pseudo-campaign. I still respect you, though.
But you’re way late to this party:
“If they bless this new “bi-partisan” hyper-partisan devastating plan for
amnesty, we’ll know that both private political parties have finally
turned their backs on us. It will then be time to show our parties’
hierarchies what we think of being members of either one of these
out-of-touch, arrogant, and dysfunctional political machines.”
It was time for that long ago. Now, if the House passes the “immigration reform” bill, it’s time to leave the US if you have the money and the youth and health and survival skills to live in a remote area. Or time to dig a deep hole to try to weather the imminent storm, because when those millions more illegal immigrants flood our country, they will know that they are protected species, and all h__l will break loose. California and probably Arizona and New Mexico will become “Aztlan” in the bloody “Reconquista” that will surely come.
“Reconquista”, of course, means “re-conquered.” Which means conquered, which won’t be pleasant.  There will be resistance, of course, but “our” gov’t will; be helping them. Them and the muslims.

There will also be accompanying severe consequences which will have more consequences etc. etc.

    • K-Bob

lawngreen What in the word do we possibly gain by damning someone as being “late to the party?”
Besides, she’s been against this bill–and has said so several times–since it was first proposed.

      • lawngreen

K-Bob I don’t remember damning anyone … I was expressing dissatisfaction that what has been so obvious for so long is apparently just now dawning on her – I’m talking about the statement I quoted. The GOP long ago turned its back on us, and showing them what we think of being a member is kind of – pardon the term – moderate. It’s time to start a 3rd party, or leave the GOP and campaign for conservatives, if one doesn’t believe a 3rd party is viable. “Showing them what we think” sounds like a little kid saying, “You’re mean!” to the local bully.
It’s just a slap instead of a punch, is the impression I get.

        • K-Bob

lawngreen K-Bob I think Palin is hitting for extra points.  Nobody else on the right can get the clout in a single sentence that she can, so when she makes it as “pointed” as she did, that’s gotta leave a mark.

Race had nothing to do with Romney’s miserable failure to go after barack on Benghazi, his execrable record on the economy, and his sleazy, Chicago thug tactics.
Race played a role in the vote fraud that threw the election to barack in several key areas of Ohio and Florida.  But it only played a role in that the perpetrators chose black neighborhoods to pull the most fraudulent votes.
Race played no role in barack’s impeachable I R S throttling of Conservative groups.
We aren’t calling for securing the border from “Latinos.” We welcome legal Latino immigrants, just as we always have. What we want is an end to illegal alien residents of all races, creeds colors, and sexes. Period.

    FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Could it be that many of the 12 million illegal immigrants are followers of Islam who entered the country via the Mexican border?  In 2010 … Allen West’s words in the video has me thinking.

Can I ask way BetseyRoss.  For the past two years I felt that Allen West and Marc Rubio were each going to be a force that Obama/Democrats would have to ultimately reckon with.  I was so disappointed that neither one threw their hats in the ring for President in 2012.

        • lanahi

Tamikosmom BetseyRoss   Apparently those who live in Florida have not believed in Rubio’s credentials for quite awhile.

        • Keyes

          Tamikosmom BetseyRoss
He was pro amnesty in the Florida legislature. Also, Rubio’s parents were NOT US citizens at the time of Rubio’s birth. Therefore, he does not meet the qualifications of “Natural Born” and is not eligible to be president.
I am sick and tired of our side ignoring this fact about Rubio.

I want to hear the no hold back speeches that came forth out of this Patriot’s mouth prior to him prematurely conceding to his Democratic opponent in St. Lucie in November.  Check RS’s archives.  They are all there.  I have them memorized

Allen West Concedes Defeat Despite Options Still Available
        .
…. The West campaign filed a lawsuit immediately and the Florida Secretary of State’s office announced on July 14 of this year that they have received a commitment from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to have access to the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements Program (SAVE) database. The ability to connect the computers exists and citizenship information could be verified in a very short length of time, perhaps a few hours to a few days at most.
        .
A post-election audit in this contest could have national implications if it uncovers significant illegal voting by ineligible voters, whether that be because they are non-citizens, non-existent people, or people registered multiple times. It would likely lead to similar post-election audits across the nation. Conversely, if there was only minimal illegal voting in this contest, the public has a right to verify that as well.
        .
Allen West’s decision to concede the election without a post-election audit to check for potential illegal voting may be one of the top 10 political blunders of 2012. The people who dug deep into their pockets to donate the $17 million to his campaign deserve better.

          Thanks K-Bob.
I appreciated every word of Allen West’s June 24th facebook comment where he suggests … not demands … that House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) subpoena the president over his involvement in recent government scandals.  Nothing in-depth regarding his take on the scandals.
Nevertheless … I am longing for West’s no hold back speeches encompassing the major issues … speeches that RS deemed worthy of posting.
In November West conceded the election in St. Lucie County prior to following through on the investigation into voter fraud.  Why?
It was following this concession that West took a back seat in regards to what had appeared to be a mission to expose the agenda of the Islamic appeasing/Marxist Barack Obama.
          Thanks again for your response.

Tamikosmom   Sad that we have to distrust anyone who appears conservative these days.  They seem to betray the country at every turn.  And I do wonder if they arn’t under unseen pressures, such as bribery and threats, to go along with the establishment.  Just another reason to vote for someone who has no skeletons and who has a backbone.  Some of West’s votes make me wonder about him too.

Allen West’s support of the Patriot Act and his failure to follow through with the November investigation into voter fraud in Lucia County caused me to ponder .  Also … I cannot comprehend his lack of open outrage in regards to the recent Obama scandals as well as the happenings encompassing the immigration bill.  I pray that my recent nagging doubts encompassing this man who has so much to offer in the turning around of this country  are for naught.  Marc Rubio’s betrayal has made me realize that my ability to discernment is not what it used to be.  Getting old sucks.

Absolutely! That is how the first World Trade Center bombers got in and they got amnesty under the 1986 bill, which made it easier to travel in and out of the country to plan their attack.

Sing it, Sarah, loud and clear. You are singing our song. Third party, baby, or actually a real political party. People are very, very upset with the Republicans that talk like the Elites in both parties. I think out last primary and the Republican Convention here in VA are showing that Conservatives are out there stating their case.
BTW one of our winners is a business owner and just recently decided he had had enough and decided to run. He won big. He said as he was going around and knocking on doors, because no one knew who he was the reactions he was getting was relief in the form of tears. People were so surprised the hear what he had to say. They thought there was no one out there that cared as much as they did. From sorrow for what our country has become to relief that someone cared enough to run. The old fashioned way of knocking on doors and getting out the message personally seems to work. Undoing what the VA legislature did is a great message. Undoing what Nancy and Harry did would also be a great meessage. Just sayin’.

    • RightStuff1

BetseyRoss WE NEED AN AMERICAN PARTY!!!! Yes I am shouting, because I’m so sick of this BS that “our” own so called side do to us rank and file.
UKIP in the UK have seen an upsurge in their membership and vote when one of the grandees of the Conservative Party, Lord Feldman, in the UK reportedly referred to rank and file members as “swivel-eyed loons”. The elites think the rank and file are just so much voting fodder. They toss us the crumbs from their table of plenty and expect us to vote like sheep each time to “keep the dems out”. But it isn’t worth a damn if the country is sold out by Reps or Dems it has been sold out. Yesterday the country was sold out by both parties so I say with Oliver Cromwell “You have sat too long for any good you have been doing lately … Depart, I say; and let us have done with you. In the name of God, go!”
Let’s get it going Sarah. We are all tired of the betrayals and the endless lies. Bring political and economic sanity back to America.

I think we just got our answer–why Gov. Palin’s Hannity appearance was cancelled, last night.
Hannity is now officially a bought-and-paid-for RINO wimp.  I hope the money’s worth selling out the country, Sean.

    • Orangeone

      mder4thegov Wow, WTH Hannity?

    • Longiron

Hannity has been bought off for sometime. He keeps trying to sell himself but look at the time and guest he gives the GOP RINOS on his show??? The conservative s made him and they willtake him out and he can live with karl roves, Juan williams and Beckles his famous guests. Throw Coulter in their and have a RINO bash.

gary4205 mder4thegov With all due respect, I’m not buying the “technical problems” excuse. For Pete’s sake, they cancelled her appearance the night of the republican convention, because Ryan bombed.

        • gary4205

mder4thegov gary4205 I can appreciate your concern, but it was indeed technical issues. Besides being in the middle of absolutely NOWHERE early yesterday and having to fly back in, that studio equipment in their barn hadn’t been fired up in 6 months. Things happen.
Trust me, I don’t trust Hannity as far as I can throw him, but it is what it is!

        • mder4thegov

gary4205 mder4thegov Gary, you sound trustworthy, but the RINO’s at Fox News…not at all..

        • lanahi

gary4205 mder4thegov  Today, Hannity was supposed to discuss the immigration issue, but he covered more of the Zimmerman trial instead, like yesterday.  THAT was not a technical problem either.
Hannity does not WANT to cover the immigration issue, and Palin has made too many bold statements against his friend, Rubio, et al.  Hannity likes Palin, but he has been pushing Rubio considerably and just won’t let Palin’s ideas trump that.  This may or may not be ordered by Ailes himself, but it doesn’t matter.  They don’t want her bold statements to air.

  • Tamikosmom

Was there an incentive too great to refuse?  Think about it.  Marc Rubio takes it upon himself in the last six months to flip flop on his illegal immigration position.  He disregarded the outcry of Conservatives on the illegal immigration issue … Conservatives who gave their all … Conservatives who prayerfully and financially supported his rise in the political arena. Instead … he broke rank … sided with Democrats and RINOs and furthered the agenda of an Islamic appeasing/Marxist Barack Obama. An utter betrayal!

    MARCH – 2009
    Marco Rubio, 2009
“I am strongly against amnesty. The most important thing we need to do is enforce our existing laws. We have existing immigration laws that are not being adequately enforced. Nothing will make it harder to enforce the existing laws, if you reward people who broke them. It demoralizes people who are going through the legal process, its a very clear signal of why go through the legal process, if you can accomplish the same thing if you go through the illegal process. And number two, if demoralizes the people enforcing the laws. I am not, and I will never support any effort to grant blanket legalization/amnesty to folks who have entered, stayed in this country illegally.”

    JANUARY – 2013
    Rubio-Obama immigration plan?
Senator’s proposal looks like White House policy
    Wednesday, 01.16.13
Not only do Rubio and Obama’s plans create a similar type of amnesty for the estimated 12 million illegal immigrants, the two politicians have used similar language.
Here’s Obama unveiling his plan in May 2011, relatively little-reported at the time:
“Those who are here illegally, they have a responsibility as well. So they broke the law, and that means they’ve got to pay their taxes, they’ve got to pay a fine, they’ve got to learn English. And they’ve got to undergo background checks and a lengthy process before they get in line for legalization. That’s not too much to ask.”
Here’s Rubio in the Wall Street Journal on the undocumented:
“They would have to come forward. They would have to undergo a background check…They would have to pay a fine, pay back taxes, maybe even do community service. They would have to prove they’ve been here for an extended period of time. They understand some English and are assimilated. Then most of them would get legal status and be allowed to stay in this country.”

Tamikosmom   This is what happens when we elect someone who just wanted to be a politician without a strong stand and values to run from.  They will do whatever is good for their own political prospects, not what is right for the country.
This is further aggravated by the fact that most of these guys in congress don’t get out of the DC swamp enough to fight off the silent brainwashing of their peers.  They start to feel out of the loop and fall to the pressure to conform.
I think we should have a congress in session only six months of the year, at most (because, after all, most issues are really state issues anyway) so they can reconnect to their constituents and breathe some clear air.

    • Keyes

Tamikosmom Rube lied to get elected. He was pro illegals in the state legislature. He is an evil liar who puts his Spanish surname ahead of being an American. It is that simple.

  • kong1967

Republicans assume that the illegals even want to become citizens.  I’d be willing to bet that most of them only come here for the work or the handouts, which is why they don’t assimilate.
This is  a great ad and/or comment to the GOP.

    • Hawkman007

kong1967  Interesting…. There was a gentlemen on Rushs’ show that was living in Lubbock TX area and he was basically saying the same thing……The Illegals would actually loose money to send back to the families in their home country.

    • RightStuff1

l5j6f7 Endless legal immigration? Well tell you what, that is news to me but whatever! Let’s fix the illegal stuff first right? Because I can take legal I cannot abide the illegal immigration….

Actually, he is right…it is BOTH that is the problem. We are bringing in thousands of muslims monthly now. The Boston bombers came legally as did the 9-11 terrorists (who over stayed their visas). It’s time to end mass legal immigration too.

    • K-Bob

l5j6f7 America is pro-immigration, period.  We’re only trying to end illegal alien populations damaging effects on the economy and the we want better security at the border.  Especially against those drug cartels.

Fine.  Ten years after they secure the border we can discuss it.

        • TimothyJacques

        • Keyes

          TimothyJacques K-Bob
Why can’t we multi-task and do both?

      • Keyes

        K-Bob l5j6f7
The problem K-Bob is we are a different country today. We aren’t assimilating the legal immigrants. Mass immigration is incompatible with modern society. We don’t need a million plus immigrants a year now.
Up until 1965 we averaged about 200,000 immigrants a year and they were Western Christians who shared our values. There were many years at the turn of the last century where we allowed a million per year, but that ended around 1925 (until 1965) because folks were not assimilating.
Bringing in thousands of muslims who want to kill us is not a smart immigration policy.

    • Mary Beth House

      l5j6f7 I couldn’t disagree with you more.
America’s strength comes from allowing anyone to come here who embraces our ideals and wants to have a shot at the American dream…to reach beyond their current circumstances.
The problem with legal immigration is that it costs a lot and takes a lot of time.  What this legislation does is dis-incentivizes people from coming here the right way and incentivizes people to come here the wrong way and sponge off the system.
Real immigration reform would make it easier for law abiding people to become citizens and contributing member of society and make it tougher for illegals to function, so they’re forced to “self deport.”
However, too many people with too much money on both sides of the aisles want the cheap labor so I doubt sincerely they’ll do anything to actually stifle illegals coming here.

      • Keyes

        Mary Beth House l5j6f7
Why make it easier to come legally? Most of the muslims coming here are coming legally and they are here to kill us.

Actually, what is refreshing is what she is doing right now.  She holds no political office, and is not running for one.  She is simply criticizing those who are running our country, and who are doing a bad job of it.  While many of you would like to see her in a more active role, what she is doing right now is constructive.  Maybe that’s what we need right now.  Give her time.  She hasn’t given up on this country quite yet.  Perhaps we need to use her as a role model and do the same.

In January, 2013 Marc Rubio suddenly flipped flopped on his original position encompassing illegal immigration and made the decision to LEAD the “Gang of Eight” in furthering the agenda of the Islamic appeasing/Marxist in the White House.  Why?
    .
    FLASHBACK
Transcript of Charlie Crist, Marco Rubio Debate on Fox News Sunday
    MARCH 28, 2010
RUBIO: … the Republican Party, I think unfortunately, has been cast as the anti-illegal immigration party. It is not the anti-illegal immigration party. It is the pro-legal immigration party. And having a legal immigration system that works begins, as the governor says, with border security.
By the way, it’s not enough. About a third of the folks in this country illegally enter legally and they overstay visas. And so we’ve got to deal with that issue as well.
We’ve got to deal with the employment aspect of it, because the vast majority of people who enter this country illegally do so in search of jobs, and jobs are being provided to them. So we need some level of verification system so that employers are required to verify the employment status of their folks.
As far as amnesty, that’s where the governor and I disagree. He would have voted for the McCain plan. I think that plan is wrong, and the reason why I think it’s wrong is that if you grant amnesty, as the governor proposes that we do, in any form, whether it’s back of the line or so forth, you will destroy any chance we will ever have of having a legal immigration system that works here in America.

Thanks.  I was sure deceived by Marc Rubio … I thought he was God’s gift to the Conservative moment.  I thought Rubio was vetted by the Tea Party.

        • JohnCraven

No, The TEA Party, which encompasses many, many mostly independent groups, is a movement and the only ones who vetted Maro Rubio, I think, were the usual “conservative” suspects in the media like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Ann Coulter, and, yes, sadly, The Great One, Mark Levin.
Which means they were probably “played” by some of their good buddies in the GOP establishment on just how conservative Rubio was.  Rubio gives great speeches without the need of a teleprompter and “his personal story is compelling” according to Hannity so that was probably enough for them to support him and convince many of us that we should also support him until we woke up to realize he was just another gangster senator trolling around in the halls of Congress like McLame and Graham-nasty and Harry “the body” Ried.

  • JohnCraven

Today, on Rush “They Played Me Again” Limbaugh’s show, a guy from Texas along the border of Mexico told Rush that all the illegal aliens who show up for work everyday where he lives don’t want this insane amnesty immigration bill to pass because they are saying it will kill the jobs they now have because there is a virtual tidal wave of human beings who are now poised to flood across the border from Mexico into the United States should this bill ever pass because it will mean that it will mean that the people who employ illegal aliens now for dirt cheap wages will be able to hire illegal aliens under this hideous bill for even cheaper wages and then you will really have, for all intents and purposes, slave labor in our nation for the first time since the Civil War which it seems will make the totalitarian Marxists in Democrat Party and a lot of the GOP Big Whigs will be very happy.
The caller from Texas was absolutely right and so is Sarah Palin.
I hope this insane bill gives her the push she needs to really go “Rogue” and put up conservative third party or Independent Conservative challengers in the general elections of next year for all of the gangster senators of both major parties.

For the present, I consider myself an Independent Conservative who happens to have a R on his voter registration card because for the present I do not have another conservative party which I feel comfortable about joining.
Should Sarah Palin join with others and form a bona fide conservative party as an alternative to the One Party system we now have comprised of Marxist totalitarians and crony capitalists as represented by their gangster senators and representatives in Congress I wouldn’t hesitate to join it.
Such a conservative alternative party would have to be founded on our nation’s foundational principles as enshrined in the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution and be a champion of the inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as proclaimed by these ennobling documents.  Such a party would also have to champion a free market economy, private property rights, and abolishment of the IRS, the EPA, ect. and all the totalitatian czars and unconstitutional regulations which they and others have put into law against the will of the people and their representatives.

So the House Gang of 8 is now down to 7.  Labrador left but not because of the amnesty (which yes these GangBangers ALL support) but because Labrador insisted that the House version require that those 12 million
undocumented immigrants who will become registered provisional
immigrants (RPIs) not only purchase health insurance without any
subsidies, but also be responsible for whatever additional healthcare
costs, including emergency care, that they incur. According to
Labrador’s approach, if they fail to pay their healthcare bills, they
    would be subject to deportation.
The House Gang has the EXACT language and likely bill that the Senate just passed.

  • white531

I hate to say this, but illegal immigration, as an issue, is going the same way the abortion issue went.
    At
the time, most of us were appalled that anyone would even think of such
a thing, least of all, those among us who God gave the instinct to
protect human life.  For those of you from Rio Linda, I am referring to
the more tender species among us.  I guess God was as surprised as the
    rest of us.
Regardless, legal abortion is the law.  More
unborn babies have been killed than all the people killed in all the
wars on this planet since man first stood upright and looked at the
world around him.  Imagine what that would look like, if you piled it
all in one big heap of humanity murdered.  I’m sure God looks at it
exactly in those terms.  But I’m getting off track.
    This
illegal immigration thing is going to be forced down our throats,
whether we agree with it or not.  If not this time around, then
eventually.  Make no mistake.  This is what these people want, and they
will get it, by hook or by crook.
    This is part of the
Progressive indoctrination of America.  Having open borders is one more
step in the direction toward a North American Union.  Mexico, Canada and
the United States.  This union will then form an alliance with other
Unions just like it being formed all over this globe.  This is your much
hated, One World Government, that everyone talks about, but refuses to
    acknowledge.  It is happening, nonetheless.
    Everything that
has taken place in the last sixty years or so on what I call the,”social
agenda,” of the Communists has been designed to achieve that purpose.
    The
destruction of the family unit.  They did that by taking the Mothers
out of the home and putting them to work in a factory.  No more Moms at
home with fresh baked cookies when you came home from school.  No
worries, because this was about the time the television was introduced.
The enticement for making this momentous decision in the structure of
the family, was that the family would have more income.  It took less
than ten years for that idea to evaporate.  Corporate America quickly
    took up the slack.
The destruction of morality and Religion.
Thanks to Hollywood, that one was easy.  All they had to do, was show
our young people on the Big Screen, how much fun it was to have casual
sex, before their still immature minds even knew what sex was, or what
was it’s intended purpose.  Hollywood movies were used to accomplish
this, followed quickly by what I call, “trashy sitcoms,” which now make
up most of television programming in this country.  Religion, which was a
key component in the minds of our Founders, is now mocked at every
twist and turn.  Any mention of It is now forbidden in most schools and
    public places.
The absolute and complete takeover of our
Educational System.  At this point in time, there is not a chance in
Hell of any child in public schools growing up with a normal
understanding of what it took to found this country, let alone the
sacrifices made by so many to defend our Freedom. Took them fifty years,
    but they did it.
Thanks to the Communists, Homosexuality is
not only legal, it is promoted by our government and our President, who
by the way, is Communist Number One.  Even The Boy Scouts of America,
one of our most revered institutions for the last hundred years, has
been forced to publicly acknowledge gay rights.  How many of you would
have thought that possible, even fifteen years ago?
    One of the
things Communists like to do, is take over private companies and make
these enterprises part of the State.  The State in this case, being your
Federal Government.  Couldn’t happen in a free country like The United
States, right?  Welcome to Obama Federal Motors.  Used to be called GM,
by the way.  CEO was forced to resign and Obama officially took over the
    company.
We used to have what is generally referred to as a,
“triumvirate,” form of government.  A crazy idea our Founders had.
Their idea was based on a system of checks and balances, whereby each
branch of government  would keep the other two from having too much
power.  Most of what they wrote in The Constitution was because of their
experience with England’s rulers.  Not that all of England’s rulers
were bad, because actually they weren’t.  We wouldn’t be the country we
are today without England.  Regardless, they were very careful in
putting down the guidelines they hoped this fledgling creation of theirs
would follow.  The three branches of our Federal Government was a
masterpiece designed to accomplish that very purpose.
    That was
long before corrupt politicians started figuring out ways to get around
it.  Fast forward to today.  The Judicial is simply a subordinate
branch of the Executive, there to execute the whims of whatever
President resides in the White House.  The  Legislative is simply
ignored by our current President, who goes around Congress by issuing
Executive Orders.  The Senate is nothing more than a room full of
children, fighting over what to have for lunch.  The House exists only
to make us all believe that someone is watching over the madness that
has become our government.  What little is left of The Constitution our
Founders took such pains to write, is simply ignored by all three
    branches.

I’ve only touched on some of the high points of
the Communist takeover of America here this evening.  There is much,
much more to the saga, but this post has already exceeded the length of
    what is considered polite.
As I always recommend, do your own research.  But think about it.

        THE ANSWER
Genesis 12:1-3:  “Now the LORD had said to Abram, Get you out of your country, and from your kindred, and from your father’s house, to a land that I will show you: And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless you, and curse him that curses you: and in you shall all families of the earth be blessed.
2 Chronicles 7:14:  “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

Tamikosmom, I appreciate scripture as much as anyone, except when it is used to put a blind eye on reality.   The reality is, we are in a street fight here, against the forces of evil (our own government).
If God were going to help us with this problem, then He would have started a long time ago.
Maybe He has a bigger plan, but right now, this very minute, Progressives/Communists, led by Obama,  are destroying this country.

” Folks like me are barely hanging on to our enlistment papers in any

actions like amnesty force us to ask how much more bull from both the

After reading that proponents got 62 million bucks to sell us out, and opponents only got 2 million bucks. I wonder what fun things they have in store if they get their victory, like a raft of lawsuits so you get to see what they Really had in mind all along. So let us calculate. 62 million bucks for 11 million votes (their phoney figure) is about 6 bucks for each vote that would cancel our votes … for eternity. I bet they think this is a pretty good “investment”. Given Chain Migration of 50 million it looks even more profitable. No wonder Schumer is blabbering away about how great this would be – he was rattling off a list, and sounding quite like Pelosi when she was promising the moon if obamacare is passed.
well, if they want to SELL US OUT, I am really insulted that they do it for so little, not to mention wondering what do I get from this.
Now we have a list of those who have been Naughty, we should be cancelling their votes, because AMNESTY is not reform, and we already have a ‘path to citizenship’. They want to invent a new path just for their favorite invented group, and the only purpose is to screw us. Every one of them should be hauled into court so we can discover the reason for their treason.

The Marc Rubio betrayal got me thinking about another Conservative that I had put on a pedestal
    .
Within one week of the election … Allen West launched a voter fraud investigation in Lucie County.   West clearly outlined valid reasons for this action in the November 12th interview with Sean Hannity … reasons that may have had far reaching nationwide implications.  However … within two weeks West conceded the election without following through with the voter fraud investigation … conceded while options were still remained.  Why?
    .
Also .. while affording bonuses … West failed to provide those who worked tirelessly on his campaign … filed to provide those who supported him prayerfully and financially with a valid explanation for his backtracking.  Why?
    .
Also … the once outspoken West has toned down his speeches since November … speeches that at one time did not hold back in exposing the Islamic appeasing/Marxist Barack Obama.
    .
Think about it.  Where was Allen West’s voice lashing out at the administration in regards to the Benghazi, IRS and NSA scandals?  Where was Allen West’s voice lashing out at Marc Rubio and RINOs who sold out to Obama in regards to the immigration bill?  Where was Allen West’s voice lashing out when Conservatives desperately wanted to hear that voice?
    .
I once believed that Allen West’s God-given insight/ abilities/ leadership qualities were forces that would eventually bring Barack Obama down.  I sincerely want to believe that again.
