BREAKING: IDF drops leaflets warning Gaza residents to IMMEDIATELY evacuate homes, head for Gaza City

Sounds like Israel is preparing for a ground invasion:

DAILY STAR – Israel’s air force dropped leaflets across Gaza City on Tuesday urging people to evacuate their homes “immediately” amid fears the military was poised to launch a ground operation.

“For your own safety, you are required to immediately evacuate your homes and move toward Gaza City centre,” the Arabic-language leaflet said, specifying certain roads that should be used.

I pray Israel does it right this time.. unlike Cast Lead 2008/09.

  • stevenbiot

Great news! Although, leaflets give safe haven spots to terrorists. A simple surprise shock and awe mission would have made me feel a little better. But, oh well.

  • stevenbiot

I love Anderson Cooper’s tweet. Gazans are Hamas, you moron!

  • Patriot077

I just heard Glenn Beck say they are shelling Bethlehem today.

Do what you need to do, Israel. G-d be with you.

    • Rshill7

    • I heard that… and shook my head, because Bethlehem while being the birthplace our our Savior, is over run and taken over by muslims. So in essence, muslims are doing what they do.. shooting their own.
Cheer up Patriot. Jesus isn’t in the stable anymore, and when He comes again on the Mount, he’ll be the Lion instead of the Lamb.

    • No way Bethlehem. It is located in the West Bank, not Gaza.

  • mikeinidaho

God bless and please help Israel as they go about the task of defending themselves against muslim terrorists. Let’s hope they do a very thorough job this time. It’s well past time to stop the madness that is the “Palestinians”. Israel will be blamed for all this anyhow so they might as well go ahead and do a good job at cleaning out the nest of vipers that is Hamas.

  • loriannringold

I am worried that Egypt and Turkey are going to do something stupid. They both are launching a war of words against Israel and it is obvious their hatred toward Israel. Since the US administration is staying silent, what will they do? I stand by Israel. God be with you all in Israel.

    • stevenbiot

I hope they do something stupid. We need to clear the air once and for all.

      • StrangernFiction

Exactly. Put Hussein and his ‘rat comrades on the spot for all to see.

      • loriannringold

You are so right. Hamas is evil. I am really upset with all the protests around the world supporting Hamas. All Israel wants is peace and to live without fear of invasion.

    • When they do something stupid, it will all be as it has been written. The only question is not “If” but “when”.

  • Constance

On Drudge, I just read a link that Billary Clinton is arriving in Israel today to try to broker some peace deal. I’m assuming that means telling Israel to back off, or all funding and shipment of needed military supplies from the US ceases. That’s the only reason she is going there. To strongarm Israel. I also read that we have several ships moving in to the area strictly to evacuate U.S. citizens if needed. But not to help Israel?

    • stevenbiot

Yeah, I can’t see how this antisemitic administration will go out of their way to protect Israel’s interests in the region.

    • Conniption Fitz

Wish Israel would deny her entry. Direct her to circle the Mediterranean for 4-5 hours, then send up some jets to divert her plane, make her land in Syria or better yet, Libya.

      • Conniption Fitz

If she gets to Cairo, she’d better watch her back. Obama doesn’t want her running for president in 2016. Might spoil his plans to create a world crisis that allows himself to be declared president-for-life.

    • BHliberty

I just read the same! The U.S. is sending 3 warships: Uss Iwo Jima, Uss New York, and the Uss Gunston Hall. The claim is to assist Americans to evacuate. The ships were enroute back to the states but have been turned around. Man, oh, man, this is escalating!

  • They always do this, but yet it’s still Israel’s fault when people get killed. G*d Bless Israel.

  • bobbybstrd

Protect yourself Israel. Weed out the animals.

  • Marridge

What time does the 36 hour deadline expire?

News: Rockets fired from Gaza toward Jerusalem land in West Bank.

How’s that for irony, divine justice?

    • Conniption Fitz

Well, even better irony would be if Hamas rockets destroyed the abominable mosque that ‘occupies’ Mt. Zion. Now that would be really a satisfying turn of events.

      • OK sorry- lol. Just wrote the same thought before reading. DOH! *blush*

      • stage9

That would absolutely freak me out. My entire life I have wondered how in the world that would happen. How can the Temple be built when the dome of rock is standing in its place? A rocket strike would be a very good possibility.

The thing is, Israel would have to be in a situation where she would have total control of the land, including the Temple Mount complex. A Psalm 83 scenario would do the trick there I think.

    • stage9

“It is hard to kick against the goads.” or in modern vernacular…”it is impossible to fight God and win.”

    • True irony will be when one of the rockets lands on the dome of the rock.

  • Rshill7

God created the heavens and the Earth. Man told God to f*ck off, then recreated the Earth.

    It’s now a sh*thole.

Sorry about that folks. It’s what I want to say. Delete it if you must. I’m looking for new Heavens and a new Earth.

    • stevenbiot

      Hahaha! Love it!

    • colliemum

Don’t delete it. It is the truth.

    • That was interesting myBear. Understandable.

      • Rshill7

“The mind is its own place, and in it self
Can make a Heaven of Hell, a Hell of Heaven.”
        (John Milton, Paradise Lost)

“A thick, black cloud swirled before my eyes, and my mind told me that in this cloud, unseen as yet, but about to spring out upon my appalled senses, lurked all that was vaguely horrible, all that was monstrous and inconceivably wicked in the universe. Vague shapes swirled and swam amid the dark cloud-bank, each a menace and a warning of something coming, the advent of some unspeakable dweller upon the threshold, whose very shadow would blast my soul.”
(Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, The Adventure of the Devil’s Foot)

        • ((((()))))s mybear. OK, I’ve posted this quote to two other dear ones to me last night, and now I’m posting it again for you and anyone else who needs it:

  • Haywoodjbl

They BEST heed Israels warning. Hell is coming.

  • colliemum

Apparently, the Jihadis are saying there’ll be a ‘ceasefire’ within a couple of hours.
But the there’s this from the Muqata’s facebook:

“4:55 PM Despite promises from the Hamas that everything will “be ok”, Gazans swarm out of Northern Gaza, fleeing to Central Gaza in accordance with IDF flyer’s request.”

Something is going on, that’s for sure.

    And there’s this:
    Muqata ‏@Muqata
5:19 PM People – I’m going offline for a bit (sorry about that) Will try to get others to take over. Stay Safe Israel!

    No news from IDFSpokesperson …

    • Conniption Fitz

How disloyal of the Gazans to evacuate and not remain behind to act as human shields.

      • colliemum

Yeah – disgraceful, isn’t it! Why don’t they want to become martyrs?

  • joyfulgiver

Joel Rosenberg posted a full day of tweets on his blog as he entered the area of Ashkelon yesterday to visit a Joshua Fund sponsored hospital.

  • I still think the Israelis should put more time and effort into the air attacks against Gaza. If they had a constant umbrella of air coverage over Gaza with the assistance of armed unmanned drones, they could hit enemy rocket sites right after the rockets were fired. That would make the rocket sites vulnerable to immediate air attacks. Gaza is not that big, so having this type of air coverage would be possible, given the right equipment and a good number of armed drones. Firing rockets into Israel would then become a fatal proposition, which could discourage the Palestinians from firing even more rockets. Iron Dome is a defensive weapon, but jet aircraft and armed drones would be used offensively just as the rockets are fired. So you would have instant retaliation if rockets are fired at Israel and Iron Dome to protect against those rockets that have already been fired. It could work, given some time.

  • sue-marie

When Germany bombed London…they didn’t get leaflets warning to get out the way. The Arabs didn’t drop leaflets either when they bombarded Israel with missiles. See the link?

  • colliemum

    Latest from the IDF:

“Hamas Spokesman Urges Palestinian Civilians to Ignore IDF Warnings”

  • tinlizzieowner

A few A-10’s and an AC-130 could clean this mess up in no time.

  • syvyn11

Good, push these idiots back into the sea.

  • Susitna

I don’t know any other nation who defends itself to survive and at the same time tries not to hurt innocent people. Israel always understood that the war was between them and the Terror Organizations Hamas and Fatah and not between them and the Palestinian Arabs. But the World closes their eyes and supports terrorists and betray the Palestinian people by forcing them to remain in camps under the oppression of terrorists. Why do we fight against terrorism all over the World but not in Israel, Gaza Strip and West Bank?

  • ally jorjy

can someone translate the whole leaflet exactly ?

  • Sober_Thinking

But will Hamas stay away from civilians?

They are cowards and will simply hide until Israel leaves. Regardless, I hope Israel chalks up a few more terrorist leaders and decimates their terrorist stockpiles. God is with Israel.

  • Jaels_Song

This is an excellent news source given to me by an Israeli who serves in Israeli security in Israel it is a keeper and very accurate.
