UPDATE: Erdogan declares State of Emergency SUSPENDING fundamental rights & freedoms!

Sultan Erdogan has just declared a three month state of emergency in Turkey following the coup attempt last Friday:

In the name of defending democracy? Erdogan has just purged over 65,000 of his enemies and he wants us to believe he’s doing this to protect democracy? If he’ll do this before he declares a state of emergency, what will he do with this new power???

A Reuter’s journalist in Turkey explains what this means:

“Turkish Constitution’s Article 15 says state of emergency allows for limitation or suspension of fundamental rights & freedoms.”

This is not good! Erdogan is putting this crackdown into overdrive by suspending human rights and freedoms!

 
Here’s a list all the agencies Erdogan has already hit with his massive post-coup purge, totally 65,675! Just imagine what he’s going to do next!

The other day I said the phony coup was Erdogan’s Hitler move. And now, just like Hitler, he’s going to use emergency power to continue to squash his enemies and transform the country into his new Ottoman Turkey!

I expect he will use this new emergency power to go ahead and rewrite the constitution, officially making him Sultan and putting the last nail in the secular Turkey coffin.

And then who knows what else!
