Fox 5 in New York is reporting about three people who were arrested with multiple loaded weapons on their way into New York City via the Holland Tunnel:

Three people carrying multiple, loaded weapons have been arrested at the New Jersey entrance to the Holland Tunnel, sources tell FOX 5 NY.
The trio were carrying loaded guns, rifles and ballistic vests.
They were stopped by Port Authority Police at about 8 a.m. in Jersey City for driving with a cracked windshield, sources say.
Two men in their 50s and a woman in her 20s were taken into custody after cops found the weapons cache.

The Joint Terrorism Task Force has joined the investigation, but multiple reports indicate the arrests were not terror-related.

These details from the Daily Mail make it sound more like drug gang warfare than terror:
The NYPD’s Joint Terrorism Task Force is assisting in the investigation.
Authorities believe the suspects were in possession of the firearms as part of criminal activity, likely heroin related.
Drugs were in the vehicle along with the guns, according to one law enforcement official.
One of the suspects allegedly told officers they were on their way to Queens.
A source initially told CBS New York they were going to shoot a rival dealer.
The suspects reportedly said they wanted to save a friend who is on heroin and being held against her will.
Police are looking for the possible woman in Queens, NBC4 reported.
The arrests are not said to be related to terrorism.
Then again, maybe Loretta Lynch redacted all the evidence….
