Building a border wall is PRO-IMMIGRANT – Steve Cortes

Trump Hispanic Advisory Council Hispanic Steve Cortes argues that building a will isn’t anti-Mexican, or anti-immigrant, but says it’s the opposite.

Cortes argues that illegal immigration is bad for America and bad for Mexico too. He’s absolutely right. The sooner we control our border, the better for both countries.

Now, unfortunately, this very rational policy is muddied by those who want a very expensive border wall of dubious utility. AND it’s also supported by those who actually are anti-all-immigration, like Ann Coulter or Tucker Carlson. BUT, that doesn’t mean that getting control of illegal immigration isn’t a sound policy. It is.

And that’s the opinion of a Hispanic on the anti-Trump Hispanic Advisory Council. I just founded it. Two sentences ago.
