Cain is innocent until he’s proven guilty or confesses, but whether that matters in the end is another question

Just adding my two cents…

The fact that Gloria Allred is now involved in this Herman Cain sexual whatever fiasco and that Cain’s latest accuser Sharon Bialek didn’t and isn’t filing any charges against him leads me to believe that Cain did NOT do what Bialek says he did.

I could be wrong, but that’s my hunch. If I turn out to be wrong, then Herman Cain should be condemned and not supported as the Republican nominee for President. For what it’s worth, Cain has apparently issued a statement denying Bialek’s allegations, and no doubt will soon be all over TV again this week answering questions about this, just as he was last week after Politico’s hit piece dropped. But if this essentially just going to boil down to a he said/she said thing – with no charges filed or legal action taken – then I’m very much inclined to believe Herman Cain.

Why is Bialek only coming forward now? Why didn’t she file charges against Cain at the time? Why didn’t she go public with this when Cain first announced he was running for President?

Did she seek out Gloria Allred, or did Allred come to her? Is Allred charging her for legal services?

Why is Bialek still not interested in filing any charges against Cain, and only asking that he “come clean” and move on? Isn’t that a little bizarre? How do you go public with allegations like this, and then just ask the other party merely to apologize?

Why was Bialek smiling so much as she was reading from her statement?

Why didn’t Allred reenact the alleged misdeed? That would have been a helpful visual.

Those are just some of the unanswered questions I have.

Should be interesting to see what happens from here.
