Obama isn’t too happy that Rand Paul caused the Patriot Act to expire at midnight, and the campaigner-in-chief stopped his popularity campaign just long enough to say that Paul only did it for a presidential campaign!

What’s sad is that Obama is such a coward he couldn’t even name Paul Ryan by name.
