CBS anchor of Face the Nation, John Dickerson, reacts to the leaking of the transcripts yesterday of Trump in phone calls with the Mexican President and Australian Prime Minister.

Dickerson says that the leaking of these transcripts is a big deal because it’s already hard enough for the president to get things done with the immense amount of public pressure on him. He argues that the president has a right to have these conversations in a free and open way without them being leaked.
He suggests that whoever is leaking them may also be breaking the law.
Dickerson also points out that whoever is doing the leaking wants to harm or embarrass the president, noting that these leaks are of a different caliber and are the worst we’ve seen from the administration.
