CBS Major Garrett calls out White House for backing off Obamacare success target

The White House is continuing to back off the Obamacare enrollment number that’s been touted by HHS Secretary Sebelius as a number that would indicate success and CBS’s Major Garrett called them out on it today during the White House press conference:
