While ISIS continues to take new territory in Anbar province, edging closer to total control of the province, Obama is going to meet with more than military leaders from more than 20 countries to see if they can figure out how to defeat ISIS:
I think there are plenty of US commanders that know exactly how to defeat ISIS. But I guess Obama wants to continue the charade that this is a world effort to defeat ISIS or something.
