Usually leg-tingled leftist Chris Matthews can be counted on to be a cheerleader for the Democrat party, but on immigration he’s been surprisingly honest. In this case Joy Reid tried to get him to blame the Republicans for the impasse on the immigration bill, but Matthews actually admitted how Obama could pass the bill if he really wanted to.
