Chris Matthews: Rand Paul Is A Big Old Meany-Pants

On Hardball Friday, Chris Matthews was discussing Hillary Clinton’s “potential” presidential run, and in the course of discussing pro-Clinton attack groups like Media Matters, brought up Rand Paul.

Matthews helpfully explains that “it’s interesting how he defines terms. We’re not gonna be derogatory, we’re not gonna call people names, but we are gonna regularly remind people of Bill Clinton having been impeached, and why.” Saying Bill Clinton was impeached is the same thing as calling him a name, you see.

Perfect lefty logic. You said you weren’t gonna call people names, yet here you are saying things that happened. This is the exact same logic behind the constant bleating about criticism of Obama’s record. For Democrats, the only way to not be derogatory is to fully endorse. Any criticism is, ipso facto, unfair criticism.

This courtesy will naturally be extended to Clinton the Mrs. as well. So the next time you bring up Benghazi, just remember: it’s only because deep down in your psyche, you hate women.

Just like Bill. Ooops, did I say that?
