Isn’t the point of what they’re doing is that power that the House of Representatives has to challenge Obama’s unconstitutional command? It’s amazing that Dana Bash thinks the House shouldn’t use the powers it has while not challenging Obama for using the power he doesn’t have as the Executive Branch.
