CNN’S Jeffrey Toobin admitted today that the decision by the Supreme Court on Trump’s travel ban was definitely more of a win for Trump that it was a loss.

Toobin explains that three justices have already said they would let the entire travel ban go into effect, meaning they only need two more justices to vote this way. Further, all nine of the justices felt that most of the travel ban should go into effect, essentially meaning Trump has the right to impose a travel ban on strangers to the US.
Also when it comes to Trump’s statement referencing the 9-0 unanimous opinion, Toobin says he doesn’t feel like Trump was being misleading at all, but rather just emphasizing the part of the opinion he wanted to emphasize.
