Comey says Loretta Lynch PRESSURED him to use Clinton Campaign wording to describe Clinton investigation

This testimony by Comey is very interesting. He admitted at least twice in the hearing today that Loretta Lynch pressured him to downplay the Clinton investigation by referring to it publicly using the same language that Clinton was using herself to describe it. In short, he was asked to refer to it as a ‘matter’ and not an ‘investigation’:

Watch both clips as the second clip is the meatier one of the two. In the second clip he suggested that Loretta Lynch was aligning herself with the Clinton campaign and that’s why she wanted him to downplay it. He said it confused him and when he asked why, she wouldn’t say.

And so he did it anyway against his ‘better’ judgement. He said it wasn’t a hill he wanted to die on or something.
