Dana Perino: Obama “has the prosecutorial discretion to do what he’s doing”

Dana Perino said tonight on The Five that Obama has boxed in Republicans with his executive amnesty and that they can’t stop him from doing this. But even more so, she claimed that Obama has the prosecutorial discretion to do it.
