Darrell Issa to Gruber: You’re forcing us to SUBPOENA you and you’ll likely be back here again

Issa questioned Gruber about his frequent inability to recall anything when he’s asked a question by Republicans on the committee and basically told Gruber that because he’s not been very forthcoming in the hearing, he’s forcing them to subpoena his records and he’ll likely be back in front of the committee next year under the new leadership.
