Perennial liberal moron Mike Barnicle got angry at Cotton for making the distinction between Obama’s “whenever and wherever necessary” and what it should be – any time at all and any place at all. Moron Barnicle says this is semantics. Well DUH, that’s the point. Obama concedes something that makes it sound like they’ll have access whenever and wherever, but it’s just a smokes-screen.
