Dear @SenatorReid, here’s a real, live cancer patient you could help by funding the NIH

Anderson Cooper interviewed Michelle Langbhen last night who is a part of the NIH clinical that is now put on hold because of the government shutdown. She says her body isn’t responding that well to Chemo any more and that she must look for other drugs to help her body fight this cancer. She was counting on the NIH clinicals to start soon and now they have been delayed.

This is the face and the voice of a cancer patient that needs help and she is the reason Harry Reid should accept the House’s limited CR to fund the NIH.
