During his Susan Rice tour of all the Sunday morning shows, John Kerry made a rambling declaration that even though the world is crumbling below us, it’s because of “globalization” (that’s a dogwhistle for Bush-haters), the Arab Spring, and religious extremism, and “none of which are the fault of president Obama!”
