Jeh Johnson’s comments this morning on CNN manifested exactly why the so-called “Dream Act” that Obama imposed by Executive action is illegal. While whining that Congress’s inability to pass a budget and instead run under a continuing resolution takes away the opportunity to “fund new initiatives” by the DHS. Uh.. so what do you call the Dream Act?

Yeah so exactly why the hell are they funding the Dream Act which is a “new initiative”? AND isn’t it funding that taking money away from their other departments of DHS if there’s no new funding?
