Dianne Feinstein in 1995: I would have confiscated guns if I could have gotten the votes

Dianne Feinstein in 1995 made clear that if she could have gotten the votes to confiscate the ‘assault weapons’ she was banning, then she absolutely would have done so. But she says the votes weren’t there to force Mr. and Mrs. American to turn in their weapons.

There you have their agenda. The 2nd Amendment was written so we could do something against tyrants who want to usurp our freedoms.

DiFi knows best, Don’t cha kno?

    • Sober_Thinking

Lol… you’ve got street cred with your urban slang!

      Spot on.

    • PatrickHenrysBody

Is this really a surprise? I mean, really. Feinstein is nothing but a deceitful, despicable, dishonest, disgraceful, disgusting lowlife of a global authoritarian b!otch.

  • Rob_Bryant

O_o Did anyone else click about the butthole thing? I’m gonna hafta start calling her Queen Body Cavity Frankenfeinstein.

But yes, of course she would’ve passed for confiscation. Wouldn’t have worked though.

    • Joe

The LEFT Coast is “butt” CRAZY!

      • warpmine

You would be as well if you spent the majority of time with your head up your butt.

      • Orangeone

        plumber’s pathway

      • PatrickHenrysBody

The left coast is nothing but one big bung hole. So is most of the east coast north of the Mason-Dixon Line (excepting Maryland). I feel sorry for the conservatives who have to live there.

        • chip kennedy

I live in Pennsylvania, I love it. sportsmans paradise, and trust me, will not be enforcing any federal laws on gun control. also, Maryland is south of the Mason dixon retard.

          • PatrickHenrysBody

I’m referring more to the political climate of the states in the regions I spoke of. If Pennsylvania dropped Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Scranton, and Harrisburg into their own state, it would be a solid blue state. The voting base in those cities put Zero back into office. Most of those who live outside of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, Scranton, and Harrisburg did not vote for Zero.

It looks like the spinners of the propagandist media arm of Zero are working to shape public opinion in your state, Chip:

Sorry about the Maryland gaffe, there. Thank you for correcting me. I meant to say: the states north of the Mason-Dixon line, with the exception of Maryland, which is south of the Mason-Dixon line.

            • chip kennedy

really if we just drop Philly. I’d keep the rest, they are salvagable. Philly can burn. i say we just give it to Jersey.

              • PatrickHenrysBody

LOL. Yes, they would really get along there for sure.

  • Sober_Thinking

    She’s a lovely woman… (sarc off)

What rock do these kinds of people crawl out from under? Can’t we permanently seal that hole so the stupid will quit coming out?

    • warpmine

Put in a call to the folks at Halliburton and see if they can mix up a batch of concrete that will cure in a bowl or excrement.

  • johnos2112

How do I say this without being offensive. Go to H#ll Mrs. Feinstein.

  • Rshill7

You can kiss Mr. and Mrs. America’s ass, Mrs. Frankenstein. You aren’t confiscating anything. Votes or no votes.

  • Army_Pilot1967

Uh….you’d better rethink your position if you’re thinking/planning on confiscating America’s gun, Ms. Feinstein!!!! A whole lot of us would resist that with all of our might and all of our fury!!!!

    • warpmine

      with severe prejudice.

    • 1endtimes2020

‘Betcha she has a few guns throughout HER house.

  • Taurnil Oronar

    Communists are everywhere.

  • Hey Dianne, guess what? The votes STILL are not there because the American public isn’t as stupid as you and the other liberls think. They know you’re gun control would spell the end of the Second Amendment, something we’re not quite willing to do. No, this is where most Americans draw the line and I don’t think they’re about to give up. It’s about time we stood up for our rights.

    • warpmine

I still pray they attempt to cross that line as I grow weary of soft tyranny.

  • WhiteGuy2

Californians keep reelecting this gun grabber. I say disarm California! Let them deal with the aftermath as well on their own.

    • Orangeone

Agreed. And let’s sit back and watch the illegals and other gangs run their crime rings. Election Consequences, just sayin’

    • PatrickHenrysBody

Then we’d have to contend with Californians spilling over their borders to infest the other states. Heck, the lefties from Cali have already spread their manure to the states they have moved to. They are like a destructive plague that spreads and destroys all it comes into contact with.

  • 27Words

Good thing I sold all my guns years ago….. 😀

    • Rshill7

Since guns, especially “assault weapons” have minds of their own, a perfectly plausible story would be:

Uh, my guns already turned themselves in. If you don’t have them, who does? They must be roaming the streets.

      • You are so on fire today mybear! 😀

      • Rshill7 -LMAO!! I love it!! And, I’m sure those words will be spoken numerous times if DC has their way, although – when the hit the midwest and the south, expect it to get very ugly 😉

  • Joe

Diane – Can we have YOUR GUNS?

What’s with the butthole thing – upper right hand corner?

    • Rshill7

I’ve got some empty casings she can have.

  • aposematic

Feinstein is one of a collage of Pols supporting the need for term limits. But only if the term limits included a one term and done clause, no Putin placeholders.

    • Rshill7

      Oooh, I like that.

Feinstein: The poster girl for term limits.

  • Term freaking LIMITS!!

    • Term limits won’t change ideology. The left will just vote in another Feinstein.

      • True, but it’s gotta be better than having the same hypocrites to look at decade after decade. Even fresh new hypocrites gotta be better than this.

        • To me there is no difference since I have had to live with this my whole life. Term limits is akin to wiping down the kitchen counters with trash overflowing and dirty dishes piled up in the sink then calling the kitchen ‘clean’ because you wiped down the counters.

Diane and her ilk are the product of a greater problem in this country.

          • aposematic

Can’t argue with that last line Laurel 🙂

      • tinlizzieowner

True but the lobbyists will have to bribe a fresh politician every few years, rather than the ‘politicians-for life’ we have now. 😉

        • Still a symptom of a greater problem replete with pseudo intellectualism. The fact that we have people bribing is the problem and the fact that people are bribable is the problem. Term limits doesn’t solve the problem.

We have term limits. It’s called vote them out and put up opposition. If Republicans did a better job of opposing Dems at every turn they wouldn’t get re-elected because they would look like doofuses and would not get results. Why do you think Pelosi gets re-elected term after term despite approval ratings? No opposition and she brings home the bacon. No one has made it costly to re-elect her.

          • 57thunderbird

Gerrymandering districts in such a way that they almost guaranteed reelection. That is the root of the problem. Also, they should be held to the oath of office that thy take. When they make comments such as this one, they are clearly violating their oath to defend and protect the Constitution, and should be immediately removed from office

            • Senators don’t have districts. They run on the entire state.

Still sticking a finger in the dyke hoping for the best.

              • 57thunderbird

That is true. But it doesn’t take away from the fact that she is publicly admitting to her willingness to violate her oath of office!

                • And that has nothing to do with what I was commenting on. Oaths are empty words to most politicians no matter what letter is behind their name. See today’s amnesty package for further proof of that.

                • 57thunderbird

I realize that taking their oath of office has become a purely perfunctory practice, but people need to hold them to it.It needs to have some weight behind it.

                • I agree but as society melts down you find more agree with the left and the perfunctory oath taking than the right and it having some depth.

              • PatrickHenrysBody

Watch it. That last line can be taken literally in California. 😛

          • tinlizzieowner

Simple question. Do you think that the victims of Hurricane Sandy, that have been screaming their brains out about ‘the administration’ right now, will chose to vote Republican, next election? 😉

            • Nope. I see no evidence that they will and if they do it under the guise of ‘getting stuff’ which makes Republicans different from the Democrats how?

              • tinlizzieowner

“Getting stuff” is not the issue here, disaster recovery is and that is a responsibility of government, look up ‘FEMA’. 😉
Obama paraded through the area (where I have friends and relatives), saying he would ‘cut red tape’, that hasn’t happened (big surprise).
The media beat Bush and the Republican administration like an orphan step child over the handling of Katrina. Gov. Blanco (D) and New Orleans Mayor Nagin (D) were all but absloved in the press, for their pathetic handling of the situation.
But we’re talking the south here, Louisiana has a Republican Governor now. In the Northeast, they will continue to vote they they always (D) do. 😉

                • Since when? Who created FEMA and when? Show me in the Constitution where disaster response and creating big government incompetent agencies is Constitutional.

What you are looking for is equal application of the media and you aren’t going to get it…and regardless it has little to do with big government incompetent intervention.

In the interest of full disclosure my husband is an expert in disaster response and works as well as speaks all over the country. Yes he has been to the Hurricane Sandy region as well as Katrina and other disaster areas. I have as well and also have done some work but not in an expert capacity.

From experience most people misunderstand at best what the precise job of FEMA is and what their direct responsibility is. And like the Red Cross, most depend on FEMA to give them stuff, fix stuff, rebuild their stuff when it is not within their capability or purview to do so. If anyone is standing around waiting for the government to rescue them then it is of little wonder why they aren’t rescued or even rebuilt. Think our debt is bad now? Go ahead and try and rebuild every business from the ground up, every home from the ground up, every street, every single solitary infrastructure item in all areas after a natural disaster year after year. It’s impossible.

FEMA and all of these other agencies have done nothing but make people co-dependent on big government.

P.S. I am sorry about your family.

                • tinlizzieowner

Very good post and I’m going to yeld to your opinion. My family and friends will be fine. They are among those who are not waiting around for the government. They are all conservatives, like you and I are. 😉

                • I’m so glad to hear that! I don’t want your family to needlessly suffer waiting on the idiot in the WH. He cares only of himself and his agenda.

      • aposematic

True, but would help keep entrenchment from taking place and at least give someone else a chance. Can’t say that someone else might be worse, but can’t say they wouldn’t either. Cronies would just line up several but they would have to get them elected to an open seat, not a secure seat.

        • No it wouldn’t. Where is the evidence of that? Do you even know how they get entrenched?

  • warpmine

This is numero uno reason why leftists should never ever be allowed in government elections be damned. Not only do they not care about the constitution they care even less about your constitutional rights. When the people finally wake up and revolt I will be very happy to see these people lose their heads be it inadvertent neck stretching or a dedicated blade.

  • At what point in time do we pin the ears back of Republicans, like Paul Ryan and others, and tell them these guys have delusions of dictators?!

How many more statement do they have to make to prove it?

  • davienne

if this stupid moron would possibly be dead if it was for the 2nd amendment, that allowed her to own a gun…

  • Biggbear52

To live in a hole that is superfluous to anything other than what YOU DICTATE while being afraid of virtually everything, is the epitome of of insanity. By the way folks. This insane witch has a rather extensive collection of weapons. Mostly held the the Presidio as she gets a deal on rental of storage. It is said that she even own a Sherman tank!

  • marketcomp

Every woman should be mad as he!! at this stupid a!! woman for even suggesting taking guns away because if anyone needs them more than any other group it’s women.

  • MiketheMarine

Hey Feinstein, can you explain why, when you were mayor of San Francisco you allowed them to issue you a concealed carry permit and then ended the program for everyone else in the city?

I’M curious why you think you’re better and more deserving than those that pay your Fukcing salary.

    • tinlizzieowner

In a word Yes, Mike they, do. They are ‘qualified’, don’t you know. 😉 😉
These are the same people who have been (liberally) programming us for decades to cower in fear and wait for somebody ‘qualified’ to come protect us.
The problem is that many of us (especially us Vets) ARE ‘qualified’ to protect ourselves and that would be a (civilian) intrusion on the nanny state control, they have in mind.

      • Orangeone

I’ll challenge her to a qualification at the range any day.

        • tinlizzieowner

The only thing she is ‘qualified’ to operate is her mouth. 😉

I just started watching, for the second time, “Agenda: Grinding America Down”, by Curtis Bowers. I highly encourage you all to at least watch the trailer for the movie: http://www.agendadocumentary.com

Things don’t happen by accident and the attempts to take away our rights are all a part of the plan. Check it out, then buy the movie and watch the entire thing, it’s spellbinding and heart wrenching at the same time. To think that Americans have just rolled over and allowed politicians to destroy our country, little by little, by “grinding us down”.

    Ponder this quote:

“America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within.” by Joseph Stalin

Is the picture becoming clearer? Watch the movie!

  • Kelly60

And…they keep voting her into office….!

      Yes…and what became of Rome?

That police chief sees no problem violating his oath of office. Hey, he could run for President!

  • tinlizzieowner

Hey Feinstein, you going to confiscate these guys guns?
‘Rolls Royce crashes during drive-by shooting’.

Well, let me take a microsecond to think about who might be rich enough own a Rolls Royce that might get involved in a drive-by shooting at 5 in the morning. 😉 😉

“Rapper Rick Ross may have been involved in a car crash in Florida in the early hours of Monday where he was allegedly targeted in a drive-by shooting as he celebrated his 37th birthday..”
“Conflicting reports from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. have not conclusively confirmed whether the “Hustlin'” hit maker, real name William Roberts, was a passenger in a Rolls Royce that was showered with “dozens” of bullets at around 5 a.m., causing it to crash into an apartment building.Witnesses on the scene identified one of the people in the car as Ross, according to GossipCop.com. The other passenger was reportedly a woman.”

What a shock, I never would have guessed that? Even if I had taken 2 microseconds to think about it. 😉 😉
Filthy rich ‘gangsta’ Rappers that glorify drugs and the degradation of women will always have guns. The dregs of society they peddle drugs to, will always have guns. The ‘criminal’s rights’ lawyers and the politicians who are getting rich on protecting the rights of these vermin will always have guns but law abiding citizens? We (the liberal left) have to ‘control’ their guns.

  • This woman is misguided at best and at worst, well, she’s beyond ignorant and the reason why, for some gene pools, sterilization should be considered. 😉 After all, how can you expect someone who walks into a room with her finger on the trigger of an automatic weapon to be all that bright. If you read her list, it’s not “assault weapons” she’s trying to ban, it’s name brands. The woman is an idiot on such matters as they pertain to weapons. If anyone should write a law, it should be that anyone trying to infringe on the Constitutional rights of the American People be AUTOMATICALLY arrested and tried for treason. Just the opinion of a lowly American who has defended this person’s right to speak her opinion with her tongue being cut out.

We are being ruled by a permanent political (elected and non-elected) elite – an oligarchy – and the party name doesn’t matter to them.

You can’t have my AR’s or my Kalishnikov with a sixty round magazine (note “magazine”, not clip) you can’t have my semi-automatic pistols which have fourteen round magazines and I have three giving me a 42 round capacity if you don’t count the one I always keep in the pipe and you can’t have my 12 GA shotguns with 7 rounds per gun or my 357 Colt Python or my wife’s tiny 38 Special plus P Airweight which weighs 15 ounces and she carries in her purse (she has a CCL) and you can’t have my lever action 30 30 rifle. The Second Amendment states we have the right to keep and bear arms, not for hunting and not for target practice, but as a safeguard against a tyrannical government. I served in the army during the Viet Nam conflict and if I was good enough for my country then; they’ll have to trust me now.

I don’t trust this administration and I don’t trust this president who came out of nowhere and immediately sealed all of his records. He talks about immigration reform yet he couldn’t pass E-Verify himself. He stages theatrical events using people dressed as doctors, nurses, the clergy and small children in an effort to sway public opinion. He is the most deceptive and duplicitous president we’ve ever had. He is the most divisive president in our country’s history and I wouldn’t be surprised if he was a muslum as he told George Stephanopoulos in an interview in 2009. I don’t trust any senator from California, especially Dianne Feinstein, or most other democratic senators along with a few republican senators. Dianne Feinstein’s bill excluded members of government who could keep assault rifles and DHS issued an RFQ for 7000 such weapons last summer.

Two thirds of americans would defy any attempt to take their guns according to a Fox poll taken January 15- January 17 and it’s probably higher. Why would an american agree to any thing this lawless president or his administration might suggest? A federal appellate court ruled he had abused his presidential power last week in recess appointments and still his NLRB continues on in violation of the court’s ruling. Obama is waging war upon the Constitution and the american people and I for one will not support his lawless agenda.
