DNC Chair very happy with 8.2% unemployment

The Democrats could create only 5 jobs for the month of July and because it’s a positive number they would claim another month of positive job growth and declare we are headed in the right direction, despite the fact that it doesn’t actually lower unemployment:

Let’s work together to create more government jobs, funded by increased taxes on everyone else. Because that’s worked so well the last four years.

    • 80,000 new jobs – 85,000 people who went on disability = -5,000 jobs = Obama’s idea of “the right direction”

  • Yes, they are ecstatic over the new jobs created, because they’re all in the IRS, which means more government goons to shake down the unwashed masses for money.

    • Joe

That’s why HE is pushing to hire agents before the election

      this guys is NUTS! –

He wants to increase the job numbers

    • conservative58

Adding thousands of new ‘enforcement’ positions to the IRS goon squad AND counting the new jobs acquired by the recently ‘de-undocumented’ (illegal) workers should provide a tremendous boost to the job numbers before November.

  • 911Infidel

Wasn’t Lil Debbie in a movie a few years back called “The Maiming of the Shrew”? I mean, look at her face…There’s the face that launched a thousand ships and then there is hers.

Seriously, just how many LSD trips do you have to take to get as adle-brained as Lil Debbie? Oh and get a new hair dresser Debbie, you look like you just woke up after a long night of sweating all over yourself.

Fact is the private sector is producing the lion share of the jobs. And 80,000 new jobs and 81,000 new applications for public assistence isn’t exactly good news.

    Uh Alex I’ll take dumba$$es for a 1,000.
    Ans: Debbie Wasserman-Shultz

I was tuning to Clash of the Titans Friday eve and though I saw what looked like DWS crawling with bow in hand defending her temple on the River Styx.

Be honest now, put a few serpents in her hair and you have a dead ringer for Medusa.

      • 911Infidel

        OMG, you are so right!!

      • Nukeman60

Medusa turned you to stone. DWS will turn you into getting stoned. Period.

    • lol

    • NYGino

Bzzzzzzzzz! Sorry 911, you have to say it in the form of a question.

      • 911Infidel

You are correct. I buzzed in too quick. I pulled a Chris Mathews. oops.

  • BS61

Oh no, I have high blood pressure, so I stopped watching DWS!

  • Stehekin912

Do you think she really believes the blither she speaks? It is sad if she does and even sadder if she does not.

    • warpmine

Problem is, somebody believes her other than Stymie.

  • Nukeman60

I think that is the smartest thing OWS, err, DWS has ever said:

    What we should do…keep th…weh, weh…I, I’m pretty happy…

The rest of her spiel? Not so much.

    • KenInMontana

Apparently the DNC will be showing DWS the door in November. I wonder who the knothead will be that replaces this vapor-locked airhead ?

      • Joe

I think you missed a few points in your description !

        • KenInMontana

Heh, I plead the fact I’m only on my first cup of coffee, but feel free to expand on that description if you’d like. 😉

      • Nukeman60

I googled ‘knotheaded, vapor-locked airhead’ and I came up with Ann Coulter.

Perhaps, after Romney refuses to pick Christie as his VP, Ann will jump sides. Buh bye.

        • KenInMontana

My like button seems to be on vacation again, so this will have to suffice, LIKE.

      • WordsFailMe

You’re setting some pretty high standards there , Ken. LOL

        • KenInMontana

          I try, I try. 😉

  • Army_Pilot1967

John, don’t try and distract Debbie from her talking points by asking unscripted questions….you’ll just confuse her…big time!!!!

  • Kordane

I don’t think I’ve ever heard DWS ever say anything that isn’t a talking point. I don’t think she is capable of just speaking her mind, since her whole charade would unravel if she did.

    • Rshill7

I’ve never heard her say anything that was even true. Hang on though, let me rack my brain for a second, surely there’s something.

    • toongoon

Mind, DWS, in the same paragraph? Really?

  • There are very few people that make me feeling like i’m listening to nails on a chalkboard and she’s one of them

    • Her voice drives me nuts, like she’s about to choke on her tongue or too much spit. But then again, I’m wierd 😉

      • KenInMontana

Her voice reminds me of Madeline Kahn’s character in Blazing Saddles.

      • Joe

  • librtifirst

I am rather glad that it was a short clip. I like the “insanity” definition being promoted by Fox against Obama.

  • Don

Lil Debbie needs to quit riding a motorcycle in the rain without a helmet before she makes such ludicrous statements. It would help her image……if she had one.

    • Rshill7

Image? She doesn’t even have a reflection. Haven’t you ever seen a vampire movie?

  • Joe

    They are all crazy !

More Americans went on DISABILITY than got jobs in June (85,000 vs 80,000)

Disability is now the new “unemployment benefit” for those who can’t get jobs

Now they are making Americans crazy Too!

    ABO !

  • Rshill7

We’re going backwards little debbie dingbat. By the way, gimme a snackcake. I want to run over it with my Cub Cadet.

I think DWS is happy with 8.2% because it’s really 15% and she knows that something’s gotta give. That something should be capitalism in her “mind”. In my mind, it should be her entire party, lock, stock and senate.

Her boss, buc, buc, buc, buc, barawk(!) wants to be able to say that capitalism doesn’t work. The American people want to be able to say, that’s because you haven’t tried capitalism, what you’ve tried is statism. There’s a big difference. Now git!

It only took American style capitalism a little over a century to kick the entire world’s ass.
We passed every other country like they were racing backwards. It’d be nice to go back to that period where we were so exceptional we quite literally embarrassed the rest of the world, while also defending and feeding it.

Capitalism can do it all. Socialism can’t do a thing other than subjugate, spread poverty, grief, and perpetuate hopelessness. No. Thank. You.

  • kong1967

You’re fast, RS!! I just watched this a few minutes ago on Fox.

She bashed Romney for being 47th (I think it was) in the nation in job growth in Massachusetts. He let her talk and then he brought out the facts. Romney started at 50th and his last year had brought it up to 28th in the nation. The average was 47th. It was very clear when he left office he had pointed the state in the right direction. Obama has had plenty of time to turn things into the right direction, which isn’t 10 jobs a month !!

I had just woke up when I saw those numbers. If I missed them it’s because I was a walking zomibe, lol.

    • WordsFailMe

The message here is that the facts about Romney’s leadership in job growth are common knowledge. Romney’s accomplishments are entering the main stream, albeit from the door at stage right. but still performance, i.e. Obama’s lack of it, is becoming apparent.

Debbie Wuzzaman has no response except for blah blah blah. Anyone who is not ignorant or prejudiced in favor of Africans can easily see the fallacy and pathetic weakness here.

      • kong1967

Wouldn’t you like to go on a date with DWS in order to help the Obama campaign? Just teasing….don’t shoot me!!!

        • NYGino

kong, Real Hell. Your scenario in the movie ‘Groundhog Day”

          • kong1967

            Lol, that would be awful.

  • toongoon

Dum dum DWS is pleased with her version of a positive that is really a negative because their job growth can’t even keep up with it’s illegals coming over the border.

    From Examiner:: http://www.examiner.com/article/new-republican-governors-rapidly-bringing-down-unemployment-their-states

In 2010, influenced by the Tea Party and its focus on fiscal issues, 17 states elected Republican governors. And, according to an Examiner.com analysis, every one of those states saw a drop in their unemployment rates since January of 2011. Furthermore, the average drop in the unemployment rate in these states was 1.35%, compared to the national decline of .9%, which means, according to the analysis, that the job market in these Republican states is improving 50% faster than the national rate.

Since January of 2011, here is how much the unemployment rate declined in each of the 17 states that elected Republican governors in 2010, according to the Examiner:

    Kansas – 6.9% to 6.1% = a decline of 0.8%

    Maine – 8.0% to 7.4% = a decline of 0.6%

    Michigan – 10.9% to 8.5% = a decline of 2.4%

    New Mexico – 7.7% to 6.7% = a decline of 1.0%

    Oklahoma – 6.2% to 4.8% = a decline of 1.4%

    Pennsylvania – 8.0% to 7.4% = a decline of 0.6%

    Tennessee – 9.5% to 7.9% = a decline of 1.6%

    Wisconsin – 7.7% to 6.8% = a decline of 0.9%

    Wyoming – 6.3% to 5.2% = a decline of 1.1%

    Alabama – 9.3% to 7.4% = a decline of 1.9%

    Georgia – 10.1% to 8.9% = a decline of 1.2%

    South Carolina – 10.6% to 9.1% = a decline of 1.5%

    South Dakota – 5.0% to 4.3% = a decline of 0.7%

    Florida – 10.9% to 8.6% = a decline of 2.3%

    Nevada – 13.8% to 11.6% = a decline of 2.2%

    Iowa – 6.1% to 5.1% = a decline of 1.0%

    Ohio – 9.0% to 7.3% = a decline of 1.7%

On the other hand, the unemployment rate in states that elected Democrats in 2010 dropped, on average, as much as the national rate decline and, in some states such as New York, the unemployment rate has risen since January of 2011.

This is yet another example of how the so-called “blue state” model is not working.

    • Nukeman60

One of the travelling trolls yesterday said this:

…there’s a reason that it’s expensive to live in blue states. It’s great to live there!!!! If you think NY, MA, CA are horrible places to live it may be because you can’t AFFORD to live there. Lots of jobs, low poverty, great schools…

I was laughing so hard, I couldn’t even respond. It’s one of the few times I’ve found myself speechless. Couldn’t even grab the troll spray.

BTW, eight of those states you mentioned are in the top 15 battleground states mentioned the other day. That’s a very good sign for the Conservative side.

    • kong1967

Good work! These states improved the national decline of unemployment. Your comparison of these states is with the entire national average. Compare it to the Democrat governed states only and it would show that the Republican governed states actually improved much faster than 50% better. Probably 100% (double).

  • KM

Please keep DWS in front of a TV camera as much as possible. She’s a hoot…

  • This women is only “white noise” let’s move along!

  • Sober_Thinking

    She’s a cow.

    • WordsFailMe

      • WestGAFlash

A steer is a cow without any……….never mind.

      • Sober_Thinking

    • NYGino

      She’s purely a puppet.

      • Sober_Thinking

        A cow puppet? 🙂

  • This lady and her party are the picture of irresponsible governance.
    oath breakers.

  • Or, put another way, only about 1,500 jobs were created per state last month. For states like California and New York, that’s laughable. Times are very, very, hard and people know it. The public is NOT dumb, regardless of what the DNC may think. I just can’t wait for November to show these jerks that 80,000 new jobs for an entire MONTH is NOT acceptable.

  • 12grace

She is happy because she has a job! And the jobs that they have created are designed to suffocate the American people.

  • sjmom

Ms. Debbie doesn’t care about jobs; she has one.

  • anyonebutbarry2012

Something seems wrong when a liar and plain all around not smart person has a job, when there are so many unemployed. Despise reading comments by her, we are far smarter then her, we see through her and her fellow dems lies.Shame on them for treating us this way. Worse administration ever, worse congress. Way past time to clean house.

    • NYGino

Don’t feel envious of her. To get her job she either had to give up her scruples or she didn’t have any in the first place. Either way she’s a loser.

  • jackl92

Deb, please let us know if you are still this happy when you will soon be out of work. I will miss the hair, that is all I will miss.

  • aZjimbo

She actually can be dumber than plugs biden if that is possible.

    • WestGAFlash

      …….and that’s really saying something……….

      • aZjimbo

        Most definitely.

  • hongryhawg

I honestly don’t know which is worse; looking at this wannabe hore while she lies or listening to her screeching voice as she lies. I have decided that she is uglier than she sounds, if that is possible.

  • WestGAFlash

Put Debbie Washerwoman-Putz in a corner with a Happy Meal & a toy and she’d be happy for hours on end.

Ignorance is bliss, so the saying goes.

  • This woman has always been a fool. She must be related to Biden. They make a great team for sticking their feet in their mouths.

  • As I watch her hem and haw.. I would pitty this woman if not for the fact she wants to drag us all over the cliff with her.

Her ideology is a fail ideology.

  • Bobemakk

This DNC chairman herself is not politically educated and spews out nonsense with no factual backing. She has to go and probably will when Romney wins the election. God Help US if Obama wins, another 4 years of misery, socialism, and handouts to bankrupt this country.
