EVEN Chris Matthews says Obama ‘can’t get away with’ writing Immigration law without Congress

So Chris Matthews basically AGREED with Republicans on Obama not having the authority to rewrite immigration policy without the Congress!

In both segments, Matthews affirmed that Obama was exceeding his authority and he shouldn’t be allowed to do what he wants.
