Excellent: Tienanmen Square activist on the need for the 2nd amendment

This is a man that Piers Morgan needs to have on his show because this man has seen tyranny up close and personal – Tienanmen Square, 1989. And now an American citizen and gun owner, he explains why we must defend the 2nd amendment from the attacks against it:

That is powerful stuff. I always appreciate hearing from someone who has lived through an experience where their freedoms were limited and have come to caution us. They know more than anyone that freedom is worth fighting for.

    • Agree. Heard it from some former Russians who stood with me as i opposed union thugs terrorizing a town because the local hospital used noon union labor.

      • nibblesyble

I love that you were standing up for what is right (and not just talking but doing)and from learning from those that know first-hand what we are now facing if we don’t fight! Thanks for the story Sam.

        • You’re welcome.

But, yes, I’ve shown up out of the clear blue and offered to run an internet fundraising campaign for a Congressional campaign. I’ve stood out often, trying to reason with union thugs to little avail. Some actually do realize they’re in bed with crooks but they feel trapped. Oh well. 😉 Take care.

  • A true American patriot! God Bless him!

  • Army_Pilot1967

Piers “Dock” Morgan would dismiss that man as a fanatical gun-owner that should be ashamed of himself for supporting the 2nd Amendment. But others would listen and learn from someone that has seen tyranny up close and personal, and he knows what he is to be unarmed and defenseless against that tyranny. He knows what he talking about….listen up, America!!!!

    • Orangeone

I posted this last night on the O/T but bears reposing. Jesse Ventura mops the floor with Piers Morgan and Morgan tried to make him look like a fool, didn’t happen.

      • Nukeman60

I noticed two things about that video. One, it looks like Piers has gotten the gun deaths in the UK down to 35 per year now. Interesting. The more important thing I noticed, though, was that Ventura pulled the audience into the argument there at the end and that in itself made Piers look bad. I loved that.

        • Orangeone

Great points!  This is the Jesse I voted for to clean up our state gov’t!  I was smiling at the end of this video with 100% of the audience supporting Jesse!  Did you see some of the nodding heads?

      • notsofastthere

Piers, like so many Leftists, is too stupid to be embarrassed by logic. That makes HIM dangerous and not the gun owners.

        • Orangeone

You are correct!  I hope he is on the prohibited-to-own guns list.

          • Nukeman60

I saw this the other day on the Hope n’ Change Cartoon site:

Gun Clerk: “I’m sorry, sir, but I can’t sell you a gun.”

            Customer: “Why not?!”

Gun Clerk: “Are you kidding?! Your background doesn’t check out, you use hate speech, and you have a deck of cards of people you’re planning to kill!”

            Customer: “But I’m the President!”

            Gun Clerk: “Sorry.”

Sometimes, the truth just isn’t too far off.

            • Orangeone

Sweet!  Thank you for sharing my Nuke friend 🙂

        • Orangeone

This article is simply priceless! You should tweet this link to Dana Loesch for her future use.

I particularly like this: “I wouldn’t shoot anyone because, like most people in this country, I’m not licensed to carry a gun,” he insisted. “But if I woke up to find a thug in my house at 2am, stealing my hard-earned things, and posing a clear and present threat to my wellbeing and perhaps that of my children, then I wouldn’t hesitate to grab the hardest thing I could find and defend myself.”

So he puts his hard-earned things and his own wellbeing before ‘perhaps that of my children’. Says it all…..

          • Yep. It needs to go viral for sure. Hypocritical pos just like the rest of the left.

            • Orangeone

I saved the link to tweet as well once I’m out of the gulag, again 🙁

              • You’re in the gulag AGAIN?!! I’d laugh, but I’m sorry girlie. xoxoxo

                • Orangeone

Yup but I sent 15 Dems there in the last few days so it’s worth it!

                • lol. thatta girl! 😀

        • Nukeman60

“I am now so liberal on most things that my army-officer brother likes to refer to me as a ‘wet, pinko, cheese-eating surrender monkey,” – Morgan

Is this the same army-officer brother that Piers claimed wanted guns banned? Hmmm, do I detect a disconnect?

I don’t think Piers cares one wit about gun control. He has found that this line of attack has garnered him more ratings (from 10 people to 20 people, I assume) and he will continue it just as long as he can stir the pot. I equate him to the radio idiot, Mike Malloy and give him no credence whatsoever.

          • Orangeone

Yes Nuke it is the same brother. Funny that he’s never had his brother on his show.

If his home was broken into 3 times in the UK, wonder what the attempts have been in the US.

            • Nukeman60

Well, by his comparison stats, it would have to be 6,000 times. Time to ban home ownership, then.

              • Orangeone

I’m afraid to admit I believe Barky will try and redistribute our homes to his hom boz if he successfully confiscates our guns.

                • Nukeman60

I’ll say one thing about home ownership. It is a monster weapon against the government right now. If a majority of people would stop paying their home mortgages at the same time, the banking system would collapse and the government would be in a world of hurt. They need us to pay our mortgages, as well as our taxes.

We need to keep in mind what our weapons are, for we will be battling with the powers-that-be in many areas down the road. The banks are part of that power.

                • KenInMontana

Here is an example of how one prominent UK journalist Jeremy Clarkson feels about Piers, it comes at about the 2:40 mark (it’s worth watching just for the car):

                • Nukeman60

Loved the line about Piers, but I loved the Bimmer even more. I found it interesting that a car guy would choose to hold the steering wheel at “5” and “7” much of the time. For us average drivers, it’s lazy and more comfortable. But for a professional, it seems strange. Just an observation.

Thanks for the chuckle about Morgan.

      • clockwindingdown

What is interesting is to see how moregun totally dismisses and argument he cannot counter. In other words if you wish to debate with me you first must agree with my logic and points of argument otherwise there will be no debate. By doing this moregun is attempting to frame the discussion into one where there is not opinion or logic but his own.

The fact the only one person in the audience thought Jessie had nut job points, while the remainders supported Jessie’s views shows a good idea of where the citizens true opinion lie. In other words the public supports the 2nd Amendment by a huge majority. Any polls showing otherwise are greatly slanted.

This confirms to us that we are the majority, we are not the crazy people they are trying to make us out to be in the public eye!

Remember too this was on cnn, moreguns own show, with a cnn audience… That should really say something loud and clear!

        • Orangeone

And the one person that thought Jesse had nut job points was Piers Morgan!

          • Ariadnea

Because he’s nuts, he thought others are too! He’s good in projecting just like Obama.

      • RighteousCrow_JustCaws

Verrry gratifying. Thanks. And from the same site…

Oh, by the way, what is the population of GB vs the USA [relative to numbers of gun-related deaths]? All a bunch of easily-manipulated data anyway.

      • mike3e4r7

Thanks for sharing. I’m not a big Jesse Ventura fan, but he has his moments. I like how Piers just dismisses as facile, his perfectly valid analogy between banning guns because of incidents like Newtown, and banning cars because of drunk driver deaths. That prooves two things – that Piers knows some fancy sounding words which he likes to misuse, and that he is not very good at thinking logically and objectively.

      • That’s the only thing I’ve heard Jesse say that I agree with.

    • Conservative_Hippie

  • 57thunderbird

Welcome to America patriot!God bless you.I would stand beside you in the defense of freedom any time. What a testament!

  • anneinarkansas

Powerful. Send Piers back to England…Oh, wait, They do not want him!

  • notsofastthere

We’ve had it pretty good for a long period of time. We’ve gotten a little spoiled and taken freedom for granted. Obama, by his actions, is showing those of us still awake, nothing is free and nothing should be taken for granted!
God bless this Chinese dissident and all who fight for freedom from tyranny.

  • JeffWRidge

What a powerful speaker. He is the kind of immigrant this country needs. Someone who understands how precious freedom is and how to preserve it.

If private citizens don’t have guns, they don’t have freedom. An armed citizenry is the best protection from tyranny.

  • Orangeone

This man is the example of the legal immigrants we want and need in this country! He believes in our Constitution, our laws, our freedoms and uses his experiences to educate others. I would love to see him interviewed by Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh or Judge Pirro.

  • MadAsHellJack

WELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL this kinda sorta has something to do with this! 😉

It’s Sunday and Shitcago Jesus OBAMA STILL SUCKS and he’ll still SUCK tomorrow and the day after and the day after and the day after and the day after and the day after and the day after and the day after and the day after and the day after and the day after and the day after and the day after and the day after and the day after and the day after, ad nauseum!

And kudos for this fella for having the courage to speak his mind.

  • clockwindingdown

A great fellow citizen whom understand are freedoms. This should show all how badly our schools have failed us, what federalism of schools has done for our country.

I’m very glade he brought up TSA. I have always been of the opinion the DHS and TSA are away to condition the citizenry to government intrusion, to slowly push the public into excepting of government control! Why do we have these government agency when people are walking across our borders? Beside being in the face of, harassing, and violating law abiding citizens what purpose do these actually serve?

Support our constitution as written by our founders, not the perversion the left has pushed upon us, only then will we be free again!

  • 80s_kid_wants_rainbow_back

Got all choked up watching this, I remember watching that student stand in front of the tank and knowing the massacre that ensued. Chinese people are forbidden to this day to even talk about the 89 protests. My uncle and aunt are missionaries in China and have seen their friends arrested for owning bibles. Chinese constitution indeed.

  • WordsFailMe

Freedom — Nobody gets there except through God. There’s no bus, no cab, no stop at the welfare office and no short cut that runs though mama’s back yard.

You get there on your own, you carry your own water and you bury your own dead. ANd the struggle never ends.

  • That man needs to run for office

    • Orangeone

Great idea, those of us on Twitter need to tweet this link to Heritage Foundation and the Tea Party!

  • WordsFailMe

DO not let these racist liberals limit magazine size. It is time to draw the line. No changes to gun laws in this nation.

    The time has come.

    • westernhunter

As far as I’m concerned “a line in the sand has been drawn”. I hope many more will draw there line also.

      • WordsFailMe

I see some comments around here expressing fear of a revolution or civil war. I don’t see that kind of thing at this time. So while every man will see that “line in the sand drawn in a different location,” what is most important is that men can each see that a line has been drawn and it is not drawn in sand but in American bedrock.

I don’t know whether it will require violence to wake up the liberals. They like to portray the “random” mass killings” as living demonstrations of the evils of weapons in the hands of “other than government employees.” As far as I am concerned this kind of propaganda, devastatingly convincing for weak men, women and children, and totally condoned by criminals, Muslims, African Slavery Revenge Organizations and communists, doesn’t play well with American men who are more likely to obtain more and bigger weapons following each mass murder.

  • fishmonster

Mao Tse tung said in 1938, “Every communist must grasp the truth, ‘Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun.’ Liberals constantly say the Second Amendmant is outdated and no longer relevant; but, in fact, it is needed as much today as it was needed then. Vladimir Lenin said, “A system of licensing and registration is the perfect device to restrict gun ownership.”

“Good intentions will always be pleaded for every assumption of authority. It’s not too much to state that the Constitution was written to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions.”

Three years ago Obama paraded individuals out in white coats, allegedly ‘doctors who supported health care’. Obama’s health care was going to reduce costs and provide health care for everyone. Today, health care costs have trippled and millions of americans have lost their health care because of Obama. Last week Obama staged further theater only this time he used children as props for gun control. One felt a sense of deja vu watching Obama attempt to steal more freedom and liberty. The american people deserve so much more than this.

    • clockwindingdown

fishmonster, your points are bullseye accurate! You are very articulate, we need more like you. Have you considered running for an elected office?

    • Orangeone

The props willingly allowed themselves to be used last week and are brainwashing their children into believing the fictitious hope and change. There’s change alright and the communists/islamists are hoping the change happens soon.

      • clockwindingdown

It’s not so much the kids O used, rather it is the parents that let their kids be used that is the problem. They willing are putting their children out there in an attempt to disarm people not think they themselves will be more open to be victimized. What type of responsible adult would do that, certainly not one that is able to critically think.

Maybe if they flash a photo of their child with O, they “hope” a criminal will “change” his aggression towards them and move on… “Hey it’s that kid with O in the picture, I better stop my actions and get out of here…”

        • Orangeone

Sorry my post was unclear.  I was pointing to the parents as the props (standing behind their kids) and referenced their brainwashing.  You have a much more eloquent way of saying it!

          • clockwindingdown

The kids are to young to understand what is going on, apparently the parents are too, at the very least naive, or else they, the parents, part of the problem. I agree it is not the kids, they’re doing what their parents ask, as kids typically would…

    • 80s_kid_wants_rainbow_back

      Well said.

  • aposematic

Excelent speech. Too bad most Americans even though living their freedoms being taken still take their freedom for granted and insist “that can’t happen here, this is America.”

  • Charm4sure

Piers determination to strip Americans of any defense against an abusive, over reaching government coupled with his repeated inability to defend his position is allowing great arguments to be heard on a cable network that would not normally allow those arguments to be aired. I must say I immensly enjoy the thrashing that he gets.

  • kong1967

No way would Piers interview him. Piers isn’t looking for someone he knows can wipe the floor with him. He’s looking for Alex Jones and Jessie Ventura, so he can connect their conspiracy theories and lunacy to the pro-gun argument.

When you look at the proposals by the left and Obama’s 23 executive orders, none of them address anything involving Sandy Hook. The left is doing what they are good at. Taking a crisis and using it to further a communist agenda that is never meant to be what they claim it is. The biggest liars on the face of the earth. They sell the public a pile of gold when it’s actually a pile of sh**, and people are dumb enough to believe it.

  • Biggbear52

In 1978 and 79′ I was in China and was witness to the most vile display of human violation imaginable. An entire family attempting to protest was brutally dismembered right before me and I could do nothing. they’re crime was that they had Bibles in they’re hands as well as pistols in they’re laps. This is they’re entire fallacy. The lives of five people were brutally and most gruesomely extinguished because they had the nads to hold to what they knew to be right.
The murders were part of the Chinese Army under orders from the Emperor on a Terrace atop the highest building in the area. The bodies laid there for six days! THAT LADIES AND GENTLEMEN IS CHINA

  • notebene

God bless this man for speaking the truth! He has lived it and we would be wise to heed his warning! I find it the ultimate in hypocrisy for the Imposter to tell us that we do not deserve to be able to defend ourselves, when he and Holder gave hundreds of guns to criminals in Fast and Furious and he is responsible for thousands of deaths as a result! I’m sickened that people voted this garbage back into office for another four years of tyranny! Funny how they still like to chide us about the the McCarthy era of seeking out communists…McCarthy was right and he has been vindicated with the evidence of how these progressive/communists have infiltrated every level of our Republic.

  • 1endtimes2020

It’s a good thing he made the comment in America, instead of China.
At least, there’s a confidence he isn’t a spy for China, as there was in Los Alamos. There, a Chinese scientist sent information about firing missles accurately to their targets, to China. China said, at the time, “we don’t need to steal information; we have our own scientists
Soon afterwards, the Chinese fired a missle at their own satellite in space and destroyed it. Today, the Pentagon says there are thousands of hits by China’s hackers on their computers.
Oh well, no matter, let’s just keep buying our basic, everyday products from them, while we pile on debt from borrowing more millions from them, and let’s not tax those goods very high, so that our manufacturers who went there, will return. No, no, let’s just scrape the bottom of the barrel and see what other things we can manufacture that can be sent to China. We owe China about one and a half trillion. We should charge them that for all the blood and treasure we expended during [email protected] for defending them against Japan, the first benefactor of that war. America showed the world how we treat losers who attack us, By sending our manufacturers to them.
Aw, but good speeches by our politicians at election campaigns is all that it takes to elect ‘leaders’ who won’t protect American jobs and technology. I can get carried away with this, but I remember the past.

  • Larchmonter

The reason America is the eternal inspiration for all mankind that yearns for Liberty and Prosperity is seen in this video.

We inspire with our founding principles and war of liberation against tyranny and our civil war to stay united and bound to those principles. Intelligent people all over the globe understand tyranny and turn to America and American people as their hope and allies.

The lesson of history is all governments are the true enemy, the constant enemy of Liberty. To live free and prosper we all should understand history. You do not need to be an intellectual, a college grad, or even a high school grad to listen to the man from China. He has lived this challenge.

The 2nd Amendment is our guarantee of a free society, a nation where rule of law is supreme, and where stability, security and safety is a constant, not an item on a Gallup poll or Internet tweet.

All the blood, limbs and lives invested in our freedom cry out for our courage to be the sentinels who fight for the entire Bill of Rights against the grab by the Elites, the government, the Media and confused.

I will never give up or modify my absolute birthrights. No race-baiting, no denigration, no taunts from the Cult or the sycophants and toadies and lapdogs will ever reduce my right to speak my mind and protect my family from threats and tyranny.

Stand our ground. Stay armed. Shout loud our heritage. This is America! We are Free because we are one united militia prepared to defeat anyone who dares to limit our life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
