This so reminds me of the failed green energy companies to whom Obama gave billions. In this case it’s an Obamacare processing center with a $1.2 billion dollar contract and the company, Serco, pays their employees to do nothing. I’m not kidding. A person who works there said that a WEEK may go by when an employee doesn’t process one single application. But Serco needs their people to be at work to preserve this lucrative contract.
