Chuck Modi is a “Black Lives Matter” enthusiast – he was later arrested for not paying his parking tickets. While I’m sure he enjoyed this idiotic insult to police, I wonder who he would call first if anyone mugged him or stole his property? Not the thugs that put up this absurd stupidity.
