Senator Ted Cruz appeared on Seth Meyers’ late night show, and it’s clear that he didn’t have any preconditions set on Meyers being kind of a dick, because that’s exactly what he was.

In this second part, Meyers questions Cruz on his dad fighting for the Fidel Castro regime when he was fourteen. Because somehow Ted has to answer for that, but Obama doesn’t have to answer for his commie mother and father.
All in all, Cruz did OK, except the one part where he referred to being called a “wacko bird.” Of course, all of us fans of his knew what he was referring to, but people being newly exposed to him wouldn’t have a clue. Still, he did a good job especially since Meyers seem to take a snide glee in taking shots at the Senator.
