Thanks to TheRightScoop for putting this up so quickly – it was pure joy to witness the Governor’s important speech – watch her emotions, listen to each word and watch her interact with the crowd after the speech – it was so genuine and so right on

    • lanahi

DocBarry1   Is there anywhere we can see her work the crowd?  I’d like to see that.

      • virginiagentleman1

She didn’t have to work the crowd, Lana. She just stepped off of the stage and was mobbed with autograph and picture seekers! The Lady is a Political Super Star!

        • deTocqueville1

virginiagentleman1 Absolutely. People flow to her because they recognize the ability, grace and integrity.

        • lanahi

virginiagentleman1   I know that, VG, but the videos quit after her speech and don’t show her interacting with the people.  That’s what I missed by not seeing the live feed.

        • virginiagentleman1

          It was Milady!

        • deTocqueville1

lanahi virginiagentleman1 CSPAN stayed with her right through the whole thing and her walk through with the crowd was just amazing. Todd joined her.

        • lanahi

deTocqueville1 lanahi virginiagentleman1  Yes, but who is showing that now?

        • virginiagentleman1

Now THAT would be the 16 trillion dollar question!
I wish I could help you there Lana, but I know of no one showing that part of the event.  It lasted at least 15 minutes or more after her speech and the cameras caught it. Palins mike was on the whole time so we could hear every conversation she had.
But I can tell you that Emily Baxter posted a picture that she took with Palin today, wearing her pink blazer and a HUGE happy smile!

        • CtuCyo

lanahi virginiagentleman1  Go to C-SPAN Full Video (Time 3:40:43) show her interacting (mic is on) with the people.

        • deTocqueville1

lanahi deTocqueville1 virginiagentleman1 I am assuming it will be in the CSPAN archive shortly.

        • LongJohn

CtuCyo lanahi virginiagentleman1 I love watching her interact with the crowd and much as I love her speachs.  Notice also how the crowd interacts with her. Don’t tell me she’s not a ‘RockStar’!!!!  Go Sarah!

  • virginiagentleman1

With verve, with clarity, and with emotion, Palin slams another Grand Slam Home Run!  She took her gauntlet and slapped Obama, the GOP and Dem leaderships HARD across the face!
She calls the mess they have created a TYRANNY and quotes Patrick Henry as her guide on this, ” GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE MR DEATH!”  I agree Mrs. Palin!
She calls for the full and total Restoration of America, that little ole thing we call our Constitutional Republic! I’m IN Sarah!

    • deTocqueville1

virginiagentleman1 Well stated. How are you doing VG? Palin is the leader period.

      • virginiagentleman1

Doing okay my friend! I can’t wait to vote Palin as POTUS 45!

  • UlyssesArn

    Sarah Palin for President 2016!!!!

  • ggr1868

Ted Cruz for President. Sarah for grassroots leadership/advocate.

    • lanahi

ggr1868   I think she’ll do what she has to do to help turn this country around.  After all, it’s HER children’s  and grandchildren’s  future too, and they are undoubtedly more at risk from a tyranny than any of us simply because of their relationship to her.  She understands what’s at risk as much as anyone.  But she is focused on 2014 now, not 2016.  A conservative president must have a congress she can work with instead of having to fight them continually to do right.

      • deTocqueville1

lanahi ggr1868 Me too but the Senate sure needs Cruz.

      • LongJohn

lanahi ggr1868 Sorry to disagree. We need Sen. Cruz to the ‘Majority Leader Cruz and Pres. Palin cleaning house.

        • deTocqueville1

LongJohn lanahi ggr1868 Yes, I agree.

  • deTocqueville1

Another one knocked out of the park. But a very different speech this time. The zingers and good humor were present but it was a very serious, reflective examination of America under Obama and the progressive elite. Palin gave a ‘state of the union’ address that you will never hear from inside DC and especially the RINOs. It was encompassing, compelling and seamless. A reminder to all Americans of the how late is the hour and how desperate are the threats to the Republic and its citizens.
Emotional also. And she came down hard against amnesty with her usual stiletto like wit.
Palin IMHO is running to restore America and as leader of ‘we the people’
Boy can she work a crowd both from the podium and the floor!

    • virginiagentleman1

I truly enjoy reading your comments dT!

  • frisky

    she is “America’s president”

    • deTocqueville1

      frisky Indeed.

  • ElvinVinicio2

Emotional Speech….Tears flow from my eyes ….

    • lanahi

ElvinVinicio2   And from hers too.  You can tell her whole heart was in this.

  • ggr1868

She is so inspiring. That’s why we can never sacrifice her to an office like POTUS. We need people like her across America to inspire us NEVER to lose vigilance again on our elected officials. We’ll need even more Sarah’s as we reestablish our American cultural and educational systems which have allowed our historic growth and freedom for hundreds of years until 2008 and the dark days of the Teleprompter Tyrant.

    • frisky

ggr1868 she can make the “fundamental” chances she talkes about as a president…….see, even when she talks about it……..the politicians never listen………..you have to be in it, to change it………….

      • lanahi

frisky ggr1868  I agree, frisky.  Even Congress would have to listen to her if she were president.

  • ElvinVinicio2

Sarah Palin, Our Great American LEADER and HERO, will be The BEST USA President EVER in 2016….

  • jalangaya

Sarah Palin is the Populist Princess, the Conservative Queen, and the bold, brilliant leader this country needs.

  • Willie Heath

Sarah Palin once again shows why she is qualified to lead this country, to Sarah Palin the direction of this Country is greater than self, Sarah Palin is the incarnate of the Founding Fathers, this woman gets it!

  • kong1967

Truth is, as long as we have a corrupt media the distorts the news all the time and sets out to destroy the Palin’s and Cruz’s during the elections, we are toast.  The media successfully destroys the best conservative candidates time and time again, so much so that WE won’t even vote for them.  Do I lie?  Every election we don’t even choose the best conservative candidate in our own primary.  That’s not the left, that’s US!!  We repeatedly elect the McCains and Romneys, and next election will be no different.  We will elect someone like Boehner.
I think our party is so full of RINO’s that we are screwed.  They vote as dead center as they can and it’s destroying the party.  Anyone who talks about border security, balanced budgets, and caps on the debt ceiling will be shunned by our own party.
It’s time to get out of the Republican party.  I will forever support the Cruz’s and the Palin’s, but I’m done with the good ‘ol boys club running the show in our own party.

    • lanahi

kong1967   “The media successfully destroys the bet conservative candidates time and time again…”
Except they haven’t destroyed Sarah Palin, have they?

      • kong1967

lanahi  No, but they did in the election, did they not?

      • kong1967

lanahi Don’t get me wrong, I’m still going to support Palin and Cruz, but my view is that our own voters in our own party will not vote for them.  They never do.  They always vote for the McCain’s and the Romney’s.

        • frisky

kong1967 lanahi why do they vote for the McCains and Romney’s when they always lose……………..? and if that is true, why do the libs and GOP fight Palin all the way………if they know, republicans won’t vote for her?  If that is true, then no one would be out to destroy her………..

        • kong1967

frisky Lol, so you’re saying I don’t know what I’m talking about.  The media destroys the candidates like Palin, you know that’s true.  They sent dozens of reporters to Alaska to dig up all the dirt on her they could.  Why?  Because she’s the biggest threat…..and I agree, along with being the best candidate.
After they are destroyed we are constantly being told by the Carl Roves and the establishment that we cannot win with her….that we have to pick someone less conservative.  I think we (as a party) get hoodwinked.
You tell me why the media goes after the Palin’s the hardest and stop at nothing, yet we always vote for the Romney’s.  You know both are true.  As to why we vote for the most wishy-washy candidate in the primary I’m not sure……but we do…..repeatedly.

        • lanahi

kong1967 lanahi   We are always told who has the “best chance of winning against_____ ” (fill in the blank)  And we’ve always believed it.  After two disastrous elections proving otherwise, we might not fall for that again in the future.
I’m not sure either Romney or McCain ever had an enthusiastic following from anyone.  We bought the hype that one had to “reach across the aisle” with a moderate in order to win an election, when the truth is that people will vote for someone who actually STANDS FOR something of value.   Again, we don’t trust our own instincts…we trust what the polls and media tell us about “who can win”, and we vote against our best interests so we can “win”.  Maybe we won’t repeat that mistake either next time.  Twice is enough to fool us…do we need a third time?
Then, the money…well, whoever has the money can run the most ads and buy the most polls.  Yes, the polls are slanted to whomever is paying for the polls.  And we’ve believed them in the past too.  Maybe we can’t be fooled again.  After all, we are told 90% are in favor of gun control when stores all across the nation cannot keep ammo or guns on their shelves for even one day.  We’re told most people are in favor of amnesty when all indications are otherwise.  Maybe we’re seeing the lies now.  Maybe we will trust our instincts and vote for principles rather than just the hyped up front runner.

The electorate has grown up quite a bit lately.  We trust neither government nor the media and are starting to question everyone, with good reason.  We’ve lost our innocence, and it’s about time.
It isn’t helped by open primaries where the liberals get to help us pick the worst of the nominees so they can win.  Voting fraud doesn’t help either or changing the rules in midstream like the GOP did.  But mostly it’s that we’ve heard too many politicians act like conservatives until they start trying to court the moderates, or the Hispanics, or the blacks, or the gays, or….(again, fill in the blank), and we see that none of them stay true to that conservative message.  So politicians earn the contempt we have for them, and we trust none of them.
Having to vote for the lesser of two evils is still voting for evil.  We see that now.

No one can doubt that Palin and Cruz are sincere in what they say.  We know they are real, and they arn’t back-pedalling every day for a different crowd just to win votes.  In other words, they are more than politicians…they are true statesmen and patriots, and people know it.

Funny, that, BTW…we are told conservatives can’t win, yet all our GOP candidates try to be more “severely conservative” than true conservatives at first.  That proves their lie right there…they know they have to win by talking to conservatives and convincing them they are on the conservative side.  Until they get weak-kneed again and move to the left to “appeal” to more voters and then lose the election.
Never before, in my almost 70 years, have I seen the public more afraid and disgusted with government.  We would complain to our friends and then sit back and let it happen, because that’s “how politics is”.  Well, we are re-examining that too.  That’s how politics is, that’s right, but it doesn’t have to be that way.  We are waking up to the fact that it doesn’t have to be that way, that WE can change it back to the way it should in fact be.  We have to thank Sarah Palin and Ted Cruz for that…they’re getting the message out and people are listening.

        • lanahi

kong1967 frisky  Another reason we vote for the Romneys… because the rest of them  suck too.
Again, I repeat, Sarah Palin is still not destroyed, and she won’t be.

        • LoriBouchardKonecki

          lanahi kong1967 never a truer words spoken….

        • kong1967

lanahi ‘ll believe it when I see it, but I am hoping you are right.  I personally believe we have an illness in our own party.  Think about it.  The left vigorously attacks the best candidate we have and what do we do?  We drop them like a hot potato because the left doesn’t like them.  Look at Michelle Bachmann.  She was easily the front runner until she made a couple of comments that people thought were a little off and the left tore her apart for it.  So wedumped her.
We are letting the left choose our candidates for us.  They continually attack the best of the remaining candidates, but they leave the moderate alone until we have chosen him as the winner in the primary.   I have done all I can every election to vote for the true conservatives (and I’m sure you have as well) but the rest of the party doesn’t follow suit.  Let’s face it, there is never going to be a perfect candidate, so if we don’t stop dropping the best ones over rinky dinky crap we are cooking our own goose.

        • kong1967

lanahi  The left may not have destroyed her (try as they might), but she was placed on a ticket where the most moderate candidate won that our own party chose!
We can’t keep saying that every candidate sucks.  They don’t.  The left tears anyone apart and we fall for it and drop them like a hot potato and we keep going in succession until the left has us choosing the most moderate candidate in the group.

        • lanahi

kong1967 lanahi  It was interesting in this speech that Sarah again mentions the independents and libertarians favorably again.  I feel she might very well run as an independent in 2016, and I’d certainly support her in that, if she did.  She would not have to fight the shananigans of the GOP in that case who would again try to push her away from the party.  Okay, they want to push her away?  Good, like Sarah and Fox News, Sarah doesn’t need them as much as they need her.

      • deTocqueville1

        lanahi kong1967 Excellent rejoinder.

    • frisky

      kong1967 you said it………….that’s right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • LoriBouchardKonecki

kong1967 amen brother!  I’m a moderate conservative Repub and I’m embarrassed for my party.  My hubby is liberal, ‘true blue’ democrat, he wanted Cain or Palin, but doesn’t trust Romney, so he had no choice but to vote for Odumba.  He’s really upset how he’s been fooled. Never again says he.

      • kong1967

LoriBouchardKonecki  I hope your husband sticks to it.  Obama fooled a lot of people and he put on a face that was someone from the moon because it sure as heck isn’t him.  Well, partially it is.  He made his supporters believe that “fundamental change” meant cleaning up Washington of all it’s corruption and lobbyists that buy our leaders.  He completely lied to everyone about transparency, ethics, and honesty.

        • lanahi

kong1967 LoriBouchardKonecki   It wasn’t even always a lie that people ignored.  Sometimes he told the truth but people gave him a pass because they didn’t believe it or didn’t know how important it was.  For instance, I remember him once saying that a person needing a knee replacement might have to take a pill instead.  I thought:  “Huh???”  No one mentioned it, like it wasn’t even said.  Or when he said that he would always stand up for the Muslims.  He didn’t always lie, but his honesty was ignored too.

        • kong1967

lanahi  Possibly the example you’re thinking of is when a woman said that her mother was (around) 100 years old when her doctor recommended a pacemaker, and she got one.  She was currently 105 years old because the pacemaker helped extend her life.  That’s when Obama said that perhaps she should have taken a pill instead.
The left went haywire when we mentioned “death panels”, but that’s exactly what Obama was admitting right then and there.  Nope, no pacemaker.  Take a pill and wait to die.

Awesome speech, Sarah in in GREAT FORM!!!!
Every time she speaks, I hear the howls of anguish from Libtards!  Proves she is living rent free in their tiny cavern where their brain would be, if they had one!
Great too that she is coming back to Fox News!  :-)

Great speech by Sarah Palin.  Little fanfare.  We the people speaking for we the people.

It is wonderful to see you, Irish! I’ve been wondering about how you are doing! Your man Cruz is becoming a Rock Star in his own right!  VG

    • lanahi

OliviaHT   A Palin campaign for the presidency would be a world of great fun, wouldn’t it?

I’d tell Jeb that if it is true, it is only because we pay all their medical expenses when they give birth and they get a welfare check for each kid. It’s a career for these illegal aliens.

  • virginiagentleman1

    Hello Pol!

  • BarriPark

Its nice to see Sarah is more powerful than the day the liberals called her down and out ,  She still shakes it up when she wants to and is only playing with her power to do such , holding back .. Untill just recently back on FOX news , I think shes getting ready to take it up a notch like we have not seen out of her before . She has some dry powder in Todd too but has certainly demonstrated she is a force without the ol man . I think Sarah Palin is about to step up and roll out a campaign that will steal Americas heart and bring a renaisance of individualism and patriotism . The catalyst it would take to bring on the prophescy of Joel 2:28 ( The Lord will pour out his spirit upon all flesh ) . Islam is on the verge of falling . It can not stand the withering light of google . Sarah Palin embodies the possibility this ancient prophecy could explode into reality in our generation , I think it is already unstoppable if she  chooses to lead … She will be earth shaking when she chooses to cut loose the power ,  roll out Todd Palin he has probably been groomed for the roll already as Sarah seems very well advised too ,,, Politics is staged but I have not seen so much come so natural since Reagan , made for America and for just such a time . God is blessing America but I think we had to sink so low for so many people to see the light of liberty at the same time on the world stage .. These are awesome times we live in .

    • lanahi

BarriPark   Totally with you on that, BarriPark!

    • deTocqueville1

      BarriPark Absolutely agree!

“The scary part? Nowhere in section 163 does it explicitly outline a requirement for patient authorization. In other words, the government can take patient money without their permission, authorization — or knowledge. Section 163 does outline limitations on data usage and ensures that patient documents — such as doctor notes, medications and treatments — be safeguarded under HIPPA laws. There is not, however, a single word about obtaining authorization for financial transactions from the people who are insured under the government program.”

I am not apolitical person perse but I see well enough to know where the corrupt powers that be are leading this nation and that’s off a cliff into destruction and oblivion, I will pray for Sarah that God uses her in a powerful to exact powerful change to prevent the anti God liberal form attaining their goals and fulfilling their agenda to the destruction of the nation.

  • MrLTavern

The republicans would be absolutely suicidal and stupid to run a white male and not this radiant & competent beauty if the Democrats coronate that hag  Hillary Clinton.  The contrasts between both women are glaring. This woman never fails to connect with the average ordinary Americans who are sick of both the repubs and the dems.  So much to like about this speech. The digs and jabs she took at Obama and the Republican establishment were priceless.  Don’t know if anyone caught the hot mic moment when she went into the crowd to take pictures and sign autographs, a woman asked her “how about that Jeb Bush fertility comment” or something to that effect.  Palin said something like “yeah I know man. I thought that was kinda weird.  I thought there were better ways to talk about that issue. I thought (sigh) …Men.”  The “let Allah sort it out” comment proves she knows America is war weary and its a ding at the hypocrisy of Obama, the supposedly “anti war” president who is clearly having his “wag the dog” moment. Its also a ding at idiotic establishment hacks like her former running mate McCain.  We can’t afford a 50 million dollar a day no fly zone and everyone knows that.   What I liked about it the most is, unlike some of the other presidential “hopefuls” who spoke there,  it didn’t include any selling of the Beltway establishment’s amnesty, no idiotic comments that Jesus was anti war, no idiotic comments about fertility and tired accusations of republicans being “too reactionary” and how we must move to the center and moderate. No, this speech made some of the 2016 hopefuls look hopeless.   I hope that after the 2014 elections she makes a run for the presidency in 2016.  America needs her.

    • jrenai67

Wow a race with Sarah against Hillary would be like Jesus going up against the devil.  And sadly we would all be doomed for all the bottom feeder voters that vote for any demon-cart.

    • section9

MrLTavern Of course, Governor Palin has to want to run for the top job, first. That’s the fly in the ointment. It’s not a question of the zombies in the GOP Establishment stopping Palin. Its a question of Palin stopping herself.

Isn’t it refreshing to watch somebody who writes her own speeches. :-)
The truth flows so easily as opposed to watching Obama trying to read Valerie Jarret’s lies. Sarah Palin seldom uses the phrase “Let Me Be Clear’ because it’s already obvious, she is.

    Great speech from Palin.

Why is Sarah Palin one of the only people with the courage to speak the truth?

Look at what SP has accomplished in her life, including what she accomplished as governor.  Clean up government corruption, prosecute offenders, confront and fix their crony-capitalist collaborators.
This is exactly what DC needs.  This is what the TPM wants.  This is what the multitude of disillusioned Americans want.  Whether they NOW know it or not, they either want SP in DC or somebody just like her.

And the comments here from my fellow Scoopers give me just as much inspiration as Sarah does.

      Idiot.
Sarah has great potential as a public speaker and an advocate, but she lacks the vision, creativity, and multimanagerial logic needed to be a true leader as a president. She can remain the soul of the tea party, but those of us with our heads screwed on straight know she is far from presidential material.

      • gary4205

        Speaking of idiots–> PatrickProctor
Sarah Palin was Alaska’s best Mayor, as well as the President of Alaska’s Council of Mayors. She turned a dirt road village into the fastest growing city in Alaska! She built roads and infrastructure. She turned Wasilla into the trading hub of the entire Mat-Su Valley, an area roughly the size of the state of Delaware!
Sarah Palin was Alaska’s top energy regulator, one of the most powerful jobs in Alaska. THEN Sarah Palin was America’s best Governor. She had not only a higher job approval rating than any other Governor in America, she had a higher approval rating than ANY elected official in America.
The woman had enough creativity and vision to take on Big Oil and win, and take down the ENTIRE CORRUPT REPUBLICAN PARTY in Alaska.

I’ll tell you who doesn’t have creativity and vision, and that’s YOU!

You had me up until the BS about our land being dedicated to God. Not one mention in the constitution, and never was the Judeo-Christian God ever put in any of our major founding documents.
“In God We Trust” did not become an official motto until Kennedy either.
We were a secular nation when we began, and we will end as a secular nation. Theocracy is equal tyranny to socialism.
Humanity has the capability of forming a grand solution. To say we don’t is an argument against free will.

    • gary4205

PatrickProctor You should read the Declaration of Independence some times! Our nation was founded on the principles of God. We are a Christian nation. That said, as Americans, we have the right tom worship as we choose.
I’m old enough to remember when talk like yours would have been laughed out of any room in the country. American was NEVER in decline, until people started working over time to deny God. To live a “secular” godless “anything goes” kind of life.

    • KenInMontana

PatrickProctor “Pollock suggested “Our Trust Is In God,” “Our God And Our Country,””God And Our Country,” and “God Our Trust.” Chase picked “In God We Trust” to be used on some of the government’s coins. The first time “In God We Trust” appeared on our coins was in 1864 on the new two cent coin, and by 1909 it was included on most the other coins. During the height of the cold war, on July 11, 1955, President Dwight D. Eisenhower signed Public Law 140 making it mandatory that all coinage and paper currency display the motto.”

Google has let you down, badly.

      • http://cfp4us.org/ AmericanborninCanada

KenInMontanaPatrickProctor  Not to mention the last verse of our National Anthem,
O’ thus be it ever when free men shall stand
        Between their loved home and the war’s desolation;
Blest with vict’ry and peace, may the Heav’n-rescued land
Praise the Pow’r that hath made and preserved us a nation!
        Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just;
And this be our motto, “In God is our trust!”
And the Star Spangled Banner in triumph shall wave
O’er the land of the free and the Home of the Brave!

    • http://cfp4us.org/ AmericanborninCanada

PatrickProctor You ever hear of the Mayflower Compact? Ever read any of the Individual State Constitution preambles? Ever read the Declaration of Independence? Ever read any of the words of the Founding Fathers?
You may want to educate yourself.

    • notebene

PatrickProctor God gives humanity free will and man does his best to bend that will to its knees!  If you have faith in humanity, it will disappoint you every time because man is fallible and selfish at his core.  God is not!  Here’s a quote from one of the author’s of the Constitution.  A little guy known as John Adams.  He knew where man’s will would lead this free nation!  “Our Constitution was made for a moral and religious people.  It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”
Here is God’s plan vs. humanty’s plan
God: You shall have no other God’s before me
Man:  Worships anything that tickles his fancy at the moment- power, money, sex
God: You shall not make yourself an idol
Man:  Created American Idol…now we have Kelly Clarkson..woo hoo.
God: You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God.
Man:  Calls the Lord’s name for a paper cut.
God: Remember the Sabbath Day and keep it holy.
Man:  Super- God gave me a day to recover from my hangover after a night of drinking!
God: Honor your father and mother.
Man:  I know more than they do! They should be honored to have me!  Who’s my dad anyway?
      God:  You shall not murder.
Man:  Committed countless acts of genocide, infantcide, and doesn’t think twice to murder to get his way.
God:  Thou shall not commit adultery.
Man:  Sleeps with anything that moves and can’t figure out why he has an STD, and has zero intention of caring for any life he creates for doing so.  Does what he wants, but can’t figure out why he feels so empty.
      God:  Thou shall not steal.
Man:  I want it, it’s mine no matter what I have to do to get it!
God: Thou shall not make false testimony against his neighbor. (Lie)

Man:  Pathological liar and will do it for little and big things!
God: Thou shall not covet, (want something or obsess about what is not yours)
Man:  Can’t get the sports car, super model, luxury vacation, or powerful position his neighbor has out of his mind!
Yeah…I can see why you have faith in humanity…not!

    • Keyes

      PatrickProctor
The most deadly force in the shortest amount of time has been secularism…Communism and Fascism. Islam has been the deadliest overall.
In 1774 at our first Continental Congress they decided they MUST pray to God for His guidance. There is a painting of the prayer…they were not bowing their heads in prayer….they were on their KNEES praying fervently for HIS guidance.
Over 50 of the signers of the Declaration of Independence had seminary degrees. Many were preachers.
The Bible is what was taught in our schools.
The main reason our Founders thought teaching everyone to read was so important is because they wanted everyone to have read the Bible.
      The Declaration of Independence:
Thomas Jefferson looked to Locke’s “Two Treatises of Government” In that document there are 1500 verses from the Bible on government issues.
The Constitution was birthed from the Declaration of Independence.
The Bible actually describes the three branches of gov’t. I’m sorry that the verse escapes me at the moment.
Read our Founders’ quotes and speeches….they talked about God all the time.
You should start reading this wonderful website that will show you our history that is based on Jesus Christ.

Don’t forget John Adam’s summation on our Constitution:
“Our Constitution was made for a moral and religious people. It will work for no other.”
Not sure I got the quote word for word, but that is the gist of it.

    • JohnCraven

In the last century, the Marxist secular nations of the Third Reich, and the Soviet Union, and Communist China and Cuba all had a grand solution to the problems they had – The Third Reich even had the Final Solution.  And it all resulted in well over 100 million human beings being slaughtered in the name of socialism way far more than all of the religious wars combined since Jesus and the slaughter by totalitarian socialists continues to this day.
Our nation was never a theocracy but it was founded by people who clearly believed in God and put their beliefs into the Declaration of Independence and Our Constitution’s Bill of Rights.

Sarah Paliln is the “natural”, according to Mark Levin, in the Undefeated.  Sarah Palin comes shorter than a lot of other politicians.  This caused her to NOT look down on other people when speaking with them.  Call it God’s gift to her, if you will, that she has put to incredible use.
Here is a youtube video of the Palin, talking with Nicolas Tucker, at a campaign stop on the Gubernatorial run, on an issue important to this Alaskan Native.  Notice the full eye level contact, and the non stop focus, and total deference, despite the noise and distraction of the room.  Just incredible.  All these same qualities on full display in the Faith and Freedom Video.

    Who’s Tina Fey?

  • mder4thegov

It’s amazing, I went over to huffingtonpost.com, and not one of the comments I read, disputed any of the points Gov. Palin made during her Faith and Freedom speech. It was all hate and irrational insults, from the ” tolerant ” left.
They have no idea how stupid their words appear, nor do they care. When someone speaks the truth like Sarah,, the liberals ignore the content of the speech, and go right to insults. it’s all they have…they can’t defend Obama and his policies any longer.

    • BetseyRoss

They never could. It is just never ending onslaught of hate and corruption from their side. It’s really getting old. Why more people aren’t paying attention is mind boggling.

  • wodiej

She’s awesome.  Good enough to carry the water for the spineless men in DC and our country, but not good enough to be President.  I am not voting for another man for president until this country gets some sense and elects either Gov. Sarah Palin or her equal.  Right now there is none.
Men sit around all day bitching about the state of the country but who has been running it for the last 236+ years?

    Late to the party …
Just want to say this: I’ve admired Sarah Palin from the day she was ‘in play’ as a possible VP candidate, mentioned amongst others on some online paper.
I can’t think of one thing she said and did in those years which has made me revise my opinion of her – to the contrary. With every speech she makes, with every post she makes, my admiration for her grows.
May God protect her and her family always – because she is the hope not of your beautiful country, but of the world.

    • JohnCraven

Hey, colliemum, seven of the black robes on our Supreme Court, including Scalia, in rare form, have decided you don’t have to show proof you’re a citizen here to vote.  Of course the only two consistently sane conservatives on the Supreme Court, Justices Alito and Thomas, voted against this nonsense but nevertheless the judgement of the Seven Dwarfs stands all the same.
So maybe you can send away for an absentee ballot then and cast one for Sarah Palin in the next presidential election and get a whole lot of your friends to do the same.

I think that when Sarah Palin punched the Borg Queen, Nero Obama, the Identity-Chief-In-Chief, with the statement that “if we actually had someone in the White House who knew what he was doing” with regard to the Middle East and Syria, in particular, we wouldn’t take sides in this conflict and “let Allah sort it out!” since neither side in this conflict are any good, I think she also managed to punch Sen. John McLame and Sen. Lindsey Graham-nasty in the mouth too.
I was happy to see and hear her do this.  It’s about time the Three Stooges of our nation’s foreign policy, Nero Obama, McLame, and Graham-nasty, got figuratively punched in the mouth by someone with a backbone and the courage to do it. And Sarah Palin certainly has the backbone to do it.
