Lindsey Graham, John McCain and Ron Johnson have officially come out against the skinny repeal bill, unless they can get guarantees by the House that they won’t just rubber stamp the bill and instead send it to a bicameral conference.

So basically they don’t want the bill to become law. But they will vote for it if it furthers the process toward a House/Senate conference.

You know a year ago I would have never told you that Republicans would screw up the Obamacare repeal so badly. If anything, repealing Obamacare would be a slam dunk for 2017. Boy was I wrong.
