Hannity went after Rep. Adam Smith tonight when he suggested we’d default if we don’t raise the debt ceiling. But more than a smackdown, this clip shows how Democrats will distort and redefine the language to fit the narrative they want to push. Hannity got Smith to agree that we will be able to service the debt, but because we can’t pay ‘everything’ if the debt ceiling isn’t raised, he claims we’re defaulting. But Hannity pointed out that we would even be able to pay the big bills like Social Security, the Military, Medicare, etc. But Smith kept insisting we wouldn’t be able to pay for ‘everything’ or something. Just stupid.
