Heritage: What Congress ISN’T telling you about the farm bill

Ugh. They call it the farm bill, but 80% of this near-TRILLION dollar beast goes to the SNAP program (food stamps). And if Congress passes the Boehner-supported-bill as it is now, according to Heritage, it will “lock in the Obama era’s historically high levels of food stamp spending.” Right now the SNAP program feeds 1 in 7 Americans.
