White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough accidentally revealed the first name of a previously unidentified hostage being held by ISIS.

The embarrassing slip up was noted by journalists on Twitter:

Whoops! On #ThisWeek WH Chief of Staff McDonough just named American woman being held hostage by #ISIS. Not previously been named.
