There is only one survivor after a ‘Good Samaritan’ couple and their daughter helped Jesus Deniz Mendoza get gas for his car after it ran out of gas on the side of the road:
AP – Ada Shane told The Associated Press on Thursday that her niece, 26-year-old Jorah Shane, was shot in the back as she was running from the gunman who killed her mother and father.
Ada Shane says her niece told her the family picked up the man Wednesday in Pryor after he said he ran out of gas. The man pointed a gun at Jason Shane’s head, ordered them out of the car and told them to give him their money.
Ada Shane says Jason Shane told his daughter to run. She heard gunshots before she fell.
Authorities have detained a suspect, 18-year-old Jesus Deniz Mendoza, of Worland, Wyoming.

While it would seem likely that Mendoza is illegal, law enforcement appears not to be talking about his citizenship status yet. Either way, whether legal or not, this is a horrific crime and Mendoza should be put to death for it. Quickly.
