This is just shamefully stupid. The rest of us know that Evangelicals made a deal with the devil by denying Cruz and swallowing Trump’s lies, and now he’s demanding they swallow bigger, harder lies to keep him. And good’ol Mike Pence sits there eagerly and asks for more, because power is more important to a politician than petty pathetic principles.
