Chris Christie repeated over and over that he believes in President Trump’s heart and that he’s looked into Trump’s heart and he knows Trump’s heart in this interview defending the Muslim ban that is not about Muslims nor is it a ban, so stop calling it that.
BUT, Christie says that it WAS implemented in a “haphazard” way, and that it was unfair to Trump.

Christie keeps repeating that everyone is unfair to Trump, because when you think about it, he’s really the biggest victim here. I wonder if this is the new talking points for Trumpers when he screws things up – you’re being unfair to him if you point it out, and you have to look into his heart.
And this is all odd because Mike Pence says that it wasn’t “done hastily” – he swears it went by swimmingly.
