Congressman Trey Gowdy grilled an official about their reticence to provide the information that the Benghazi congressional panel was demanding.

The money quotes comes at the very end when the State Department official says that they just don’t have the capabilities to answer the congressional request for information, to which Gowdy testily responds by saying if they had enough time to do condom demonstrations, they have enough time to answer a congressional inquiry.
