Israel has asked the US for a resupply of ammo to continue it’s response to Hamas’ terror tunnels and rockets. According to CNN, the US has granted Israel access to US stockpiles already in Israel.
Wolf Blitzer points out that this may cause some diplomatic problems though, considering the statement the US issued on the UN school that occurred when Israel was responding to terrorist mortars.

I must say it gives me a little consternation knowing that the we are supplying Israel with ammo and that the Obama administration could say ‘no’ to fulfilling a resupply request from Israel. I absolutely wouldn’t put it past this president to do such a thing, especially when the casualties are double, triple, or more what they are now.
But I’m glad for now that the request was honored. I just hope Israel has a backup plan.
