Jake Tapper gave his immediate reaction to the Vice Presidential debate, and said that Governor Mike Pence won.

On style, he said Pence won hands down. And because this is a change election, he’d win on that point too, given Republicans are out of the office. BUT there’s a big caveat – because Kaine’s strategy was to constantly hit Pence with Trump’s quotes, he could lose the week. That is, he could lose the narrative if they don’t get ahead of it and control it. I think Tapper mades a lot of good points here.
