Judge Jeanine: Texas Rancher Drops Dime On Another Outrageous Land Grab, Hopes Folks Will Come Support Him

On tonight’s Judge Jeanine, Texas Rancher Layne Chapman lays out the details of another federal land grab. This time, the details are much worse than in the case of Cliven Bundy, as the land is not leased, and no money is owed. According to Chapman, the land is privately owned, and has been for generations. He also asserts that all taxes have been paid every year of ownership.

No mention of tortoises or venus flytraps in that clip, but it can be supposed that the feds will grab whatever pretense is handy when seizing private property for government use.

Chapman says he would welcome support at his property like was seen at the Bundy ranch, but notes that he doesn’t see any need for “force.” He says he would hope people around the country would be in favor of protecting private property rights.

One would hope that. But these days, and in light of the leftie backlash, one may not be able to expect that.

        ALL the above…

  • c4pfan

Ted Cruz has written a public letter to the BLM to stay out of Texas. So, he does have support.

    • North American

      Gov. Perry’s, too.

  • North American

Feds just realized social media and camera phones will be the death of all their plans to steal the people’s land and sell off to corporations and foreign countries.

  • stang289

Its the water in both cases .

  • sjmom

IMO this is about Agenda 21. The govt eventually wants to push people into the cities.

    • JacksonPearson

It must come to a stop. Our government has become to over bearing, controlling, and repressive. Government must get out of the way, and open up Western lands to We The People.

    • tvlgds

      And there you have it!

    • NJK

You’re right. They should be arrested for treason. I hope one day, we can put Harry Reid and others on trial. I’d like to see them executed for treason, but I would be willing to accept life, with hardened criminals, with no chance of parole. They should all die in prison.

They kill animals, also, so we have to add a cruelty to animals charge. Right, Har?

      • sjmom

        Right on all counts.

    • Amjean

I wish more attention would be paid to Agenda 21 on conservative blogs, radio programs, etc. We need to wake people to the fact that this is all orchestrated, has been in place for decades and is being
implemented behind the scenes while the public is being distracted
with race baiting and other nonsense.

  • JacksonPearson

Pushing the Bundy ranchh debacle aside. The amount of land controlled by our government of the West, is Plain old theft, and blatant control of the people.

    • sno_warrior

Jimmy Carter and Sen. Udall locked up Alaska….over 100 million acres.

  • toongoon

Liberals: They don’t debate, they don’t negotiate, they take what they want first by manipulating the law and then by force. For all their talk demonizing fossil fuels they will kill the private market and then restart it under their own control.
This is Fascism that would make Hitler blush.

  • JohnCraven

You are a great American Judge Jeanine and my Texas neighbor has my support. And Ditto! to what everyone has said here.

Same thing as the Colorado couple.
And this shouldn’t be a surprise since BLM has grabbed 85% of Nevada and the bulk of the West.

    • gigi0f3

If you’ve ever looked at the map of what the feds own east vs west, it’s amazing. Realizing that early on when the western part of the country first became states, there was thought to be less educated individuals there at the time. But alas, they were wrong. They were then and are even more so now. Too bad politics has always gotten in the way of a really free wild west! Ride ’em cowboy!

      • Laurel

When the West was settled we didn’t have an agency known as BLM. The land grab has come from several things. Enviro Nazi’s and their stupidity. government using said Enviro Nazis to hide behind so the government can grab resources like oil. Then the other factor is under the guise of stabilizing markets of food production but that really is crony capitalism.

As far as who is smart and who isn’t. East Coast has always has had a good deal more of pretentious behavior than they should but the bottom line is you couldn’t migrate and settle the West and be stupid.

  • NJK

My God, they’re stealing land like Stalin did. John Boehner is helping them.

  • NJK

I hope the Gov. calls out the National Guard to protect this land. .

To think a Muslim terrorist is in the White House, put there by the Democrat party, and conducting a terror attack. And he’s getting away with it.

I think dem got a hold of gop donor list and they’re using the fed agencies to harass gop donors

  • RTUT

We are the frogs in the pot and Obama is turning up the heat while the republicans are aping Obama’s tactic’s of: “you better not cross that line!”

  • RevnantDream

    Imminent Domain.
The law that killed Private property for stealing others land.

  • dave7777

The Oklahoma militia says they are on standby and will support Texas in rebuffing the BLM. Unbeknownst to most of us, the BLM is a huge money making machine. It controls 30% of the world’s helium. Between owning the rights to helium and the mining leasing rights, The BLM contributes billions to the national treasury. They are a business, and are apparently ruthless.

  • Poptoy1949

It is Past Time for the Republican Party to do something…..anything…but please do something……

  • clubgitmo

Until this gets settled on the battlefield, this government will continue with its tyrannical ways. Unfortunately this will be the only way for true freedom to be won.

    • Dr. Strangelove

I agree. I think we’re at that awkward stage where it’s too late to vote them out and too early to start shooting.

  • stan francipane

The Red River is the red line in the sand. Fighting for what is right and belongs to us as individuals is our way of life and our stamp.

What part of “PRIVATE PROPERTY” do you BLM pukes not understand?
