JUST IN: Ivanka Trump shutting down her fashion company

Ivanka Trump has announced that she is shutting down her fashion company, just weeks after Hudson Bay announced it would no longer carry Ivanka’s brand:

As Ruhle points out, it’s a private company so no one can claim to know how sales were actually doing. But given that both Nordstroms and Hudson Bay no longer carry her brand, it seems like that would have something to do with it.

Also Ruhle notes that all of Ivanka’s manufacturing is overseas, which stands in opposition to President Trump’s view that manufacturing stuff outside of America is bad.

In any event, she’s shuttering it and CNN loves this news. They have been all over this story in the last hour as if it’s the only news to report on. Well that and some Porny Daniels news.
